My son had a watchband put on my old watch at this shop for Christmas but it was too small. Went in today to exchange it and the owner told me anything larger would be a special order and cost $190 and wouldn't refund our money ($35) because HE "already threw away the box". Really poor customer service. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Too bad because I prefer to support locally owned small businesses.

Nice, got the job done, and I think is bilingual. Unfortunately he didn't tell me the price until AFTER the work was done. He set the time on my watch, but everything else was all over the place. Edit: ever since getting my battery replaced here, the light function has been wonky. The digits can only be viewed from a certain angle while using the light and often when using it, the watch gets completely reset.

Worst place to get your necklace repaired, he did a poor job and after was done now necklace is weaker and he had the courage to say “it’s gonna break again” then don’t do the job in the first place. I wish I could rate 0 stars

I had a watch with a really large face. I visited 4 other watch repair shops and no on had the tools to open the watch to simply change the battery. The jeweler at Southwest & Western Jewelers was able to handle the job with no problem. They were quick and less expensive than the other shops. I will be going back to them for all my watch repair needs.

I came to get 3 fossil watch batteries replaced. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and had all 3 ready in about 10 minutes! Super fast and prices were pretty reasonable too! Will come back.

Had my custom wedding band appraised and the staff was really informative, the appraisal was thorough, and it was fast turnaround. Will definitely return for future ring sizing or repairs!
