TACO JOHN’S N AUSTIN MINNESOTA CALLED THE POLICE 👮🏾‍♀️ N SAID MY KID WAS NOT N A CARSEAT BUT I HAD 2 CARSEATS N MY CAR THEY LIED 🤥 ON ME THE OFFICER CAME ALL THE WAY 2 MY HOUSE 2 SEE WHY MY SON DIDNT HAVE A CARSEAT BUT HE DID WE WERE STILL OUTSIDE N THE CAR WHEN THE OFFICE PULLED UP MY SON WAS STILL N HIS CARSEAT

I was there BEFORE 11:00. There were people in front of me. I wanted breakfast. Was told they were all done with breakfast. Got in car, it was 11:02. NOT A HAPPY PERSON !!!!

I came in to order a simple nacho crunch beef burrito, and they denied me service because I brought my bicycle inside. It would have been a 1-2 min interaction but no, I had to put my 1000$+ bike outside and risk getting it stolen. Lady at the counter was rude in general, I'm assuming because I was younger she didn't respect me.

Food is good, guacamole is actually fresh made, and service is friendly and expedient. They had a sign banishing high school students from the restaurant awhile ago, but I recently returned and saw a chaperone with students there, that’s totally fine with me! Let the kids eat wherever they want to. The bathroom fan doesn’t work, so a few things need to be addressed. Mostly, though, the carpet is disgusting and MUST be replaced asap.

For the record the food is great, and I personally did not have a problem with my last trip. But within the half hour that we were there, we witnessed At least 7 mistakes from the employees.. We got our food before at least 3 guests that ordered before us. I asked for mild sauce and got hot sauce instead, not a big deal. one of the guest that ordered before us and had yet to get his food, went and asked for a refund and got attitude from the front cashier stating that she couldn’t do it because she was not the manager. As he was trying to get the refund they called for our food again, everything we ordered, but we just finished eating. The couple that got the refund said that the employees did not apologize for their mistakes and seemed to get ruder to him, which wasn’t okay considering he was clam and collective trying to resolve the problem. I saw 2 guests come in stating that they didn’t get everything they ordered through drive thru. And I’m not sure how many people dining in, didn’t get everything they ordered and were not happy. It was a Sunday after 12 so it was quite busy, but I’ve never seen it not only busy but make as many mistakes or be as rude as they did. Not trying to get anyone in trouble just wanted to bring it to Taco John’s attention. GREAT FOOD THO! 👍🏻👍🏻

Wish I would of went to the Mexican restaurant on main. $32.00 and it was only 2 meals. both small size. We asked for hot sauce and got none. Never again!!!

At our mid-afternoon stop here in Austin, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. One was cleaning in the lobby and working with the ice machine. Lots of smiles. Helpful with questions on the menu. The salsa bar was stocked with great salsa!! Kudos to the management and staff of this Taco John's location!!!

Food is always good and fresh. Generally good staff, some can be a little crabby but Carter is wonderful and has amazing customer service.

Whole family got sick as hell from eating here. Avoid this place at all cost.

It's been a long time since I tried the tacos and they are worse than I remember. The ground beef is 🤢

Went to the drive-through late as u didn't ear a lunch. My friend and I had to go pick up a stranded friend. They were super nice, courteous, and patient. I just had a super 🌯. Received the food fast, and it was 😋 delicious.

Vulgar language Hannah swinging and playing with her hair around the food. Didn't wash her hands afterwards and started making customers food.

I like to get the burrito with the soft shell taco. I get the burrito, my 3 year old gets the taco and we split the ole. Don't forget you can order a side of ole spice to spice it up more if you want!

Really clean restaurant, fast food service by friendly personnel even with only 2 people working and a busy drive up.
