I really like this place but the manager in charge of the restaurant today was not properly trained in customer service. If the food that is served is not up to freshness and execution standards, make sure you take note of it and fix it, don’t offer excuses and try to deflect the blame to the patrons. Please make sure your management staff gets proper training as this establishment deserves better and serves people who expect excellent. The other servers were competent and well intentioned. I’m taking the time to write this because I want to make sure this place remains a reference point for the region, not just in how it looks but also in terms of service level.

Had to go order my own beer at the bar server never asked and the food I ordered from the menu was no longer available was disappointing location is very nice though

Check in…. Newly renovated in a very quaint style, confusing check in , staff completely disorganized and seemingly very stressed. Room, although nicely decorated lacked in basic amenities, iron, ironing board , Kleenex . Any kind of phone service to reach reception , no mini fridge exceptionally small tv…. And the entire room smelled like backed up sewage!! Headed down for supper and drinks. Fireplace and decoration very charming , before dinner drinks fantastic A+ Supper was less than satisfactory, having to ask for clean glasses, bread because apparently its upon request and a main meal that felt like two plates where divided by two!!! Very disappointing especially when there seemed to be a complete lack of management.1st stay ,very well be the last ….

had dinner in this not to long newly opened Restaurant, Service was very promptly and friendly, menu was explained nicely in English . Pricing lets talk ... there is zero value, way and I mean way over priced I guess they dont want locals in this place, and I dont care what the setting is , a seven once N.Y strip for 53.00 ...outrageouse , my sons 5 oz Swordfish medallion 58.00 ja sure and ja please rip me off a little more, I actullayt went there for the Calfs Liver but I was explained that is only available for lunch so make that clear on your Online Menue , yeahh ....a NO Go for me you just can keep it......

Enjoyed a delicious brunch at this lovely restored historic property located directly on the shores of Lake Memphremagog. The service was prompt and courteous and the food was very tasty. I highly recommend a meal if you are in the area, but make sure to make a reservation.

Amazing little spot on the water! We stopped in from Magog for lunch and we were pleasantly happy with the location on the water, food and service! Would highly recommend. Would have loved to stay the night, next time!

What a great place to eat. The service was great, the food was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better 40th anniversary lunch with my family.

Great place. The place was completely redone and is amazing. Food was delicious. Would have liked a bit more "normal" options but there was 2 good choices. I ordered pizza and it was delicious. We've been here a few times and it never disappoints. The menu seems to change from time to time which makes coming back good to see what's new.

Wow, I had no idea the changes this place has undergone since 2020 (my last visit). The rebuild is stunning! The menu is definitely up a notch as well (I had described it to my dinner companion as 'upscale pub food', which it is not anymore!) The flavours were really inventive - we had the table d'hote and every dish had many distinctive elements and the presentation was beautiful. The preparation of the duck was a bit on the rubbery side, which kept it from being perfect, but I still enjoyed every bite. We were initially seated at what I would have called the worst table (i.e. the only one with one seat that looked only at wall and no windows), despite there being other tables open when we arrived... we expressed our disappointment and a few minutes later the host had us move to a better table with a nicer view, which was appreciated. The service was very attentive throughout the meal.
