I walked over from my hotel around 10 PM because I was craving some ice cream and was initially saddened because they closed early for upgrades. I asked them if I could just buy some ice cream and he graciously gave me a pint for free even after I offered to pay for it. It’s that kind of empathy and customer service that will keep me coming back here and also telling all my friends to go eat at this spot. Thanks so much!

We went to Culver’s on our visit to Austin from Toronto and we had such a great time and experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was great. Loved how hot everything was from the burgers, fries, onion rings, and cheese curds. The custard was a great way to end our meal as well.

We ordered online “curbside” and the food was delicious! The batter fish platter was our favorite! The fish was tender and moist and the batter delicious! We also loved the cheese curds and pumpkin milkshake. I would highly recommend!

This is the best “fast food” on the planet. It’s always hot and fresh; every single thing I’ve ever eaten has been good. The owner, Austin, is the nicest dude. Remembers our names (my bf eats there nearly every day- and he’s not a giant man). Their half/half iced tea is also the best in town. You can never go wrong here. Every single employee has been wonderful throughout the years. AND you can always get a free custard…just keep the receipt and do the small survey! I have so many of these…

This Culver's gets busy especially on the drive in with uphill entrance on Northside Kramer entrance and easier entrance off Breaker on going west ward. That being said this is a franchise focused on Wisconsin based dairy products, lots of curd options, ice cream concretes, butter burgers, cheese curd burgers, flavors of the day, and even curd plush toys lol. Love the service and people here, hard working friendly folk that go above and beyond to help with lunch specials, fish baskets, and happy hour specials. (No alcohol options) They also have ice cream in to go form and keep this place clean, tables clean, restrooms clean, and will go above and beyond to correct it if otherwise. Highly recommend the Blackberry cobbler with cheesecake medium concrete! :) They also play sports on TVs here too! And have outlets under the tables with wifi so great place to get some work done and outside patio for family :)

We visit this Culver’s frequently. Always a great experience. Good, HOT and FRESH food! The staff is always nice and quick to get your order to you. Great friendly atmosphere. Manager is really nice and explained the menu to us in detail the first time we ever tried Culver’s and we never forgot the friendly service. All burgers are great and we enjoy their fish dinner as well.

Had Culver's for the first time a few weeks ago and been back a few times. Overall, they are just fine. I wouldn't rate them as top tier or anything but it does the job. The beef on the ButterBurger Cheese and The Culver's Deluxe has been a bit on the salty side and I am indifferent to the style of the meat. The Northwoods Walleye Sandwich was kinda bland, the Wisconsin Cheese Curds was piping hot and looked fresh but it dried out really fast and was kinda meh and salty. The Crinkle Cut Fries were pretty average and unremarkable. No complaints overall but nothing to rave about either. Apparently they are known for the Wisconsin Cheese and the cheese curds but nothing really stood out for me. While I prefer In-N-Out Burger (which is cheaper) and Shake Shake (pricey side), I'm glad to have another option to include when in the area.

The Butter burgers are amazing, love the crinkle fries, but the cheese will keep you coming back. Plus they have happy hour shakes. They really strive for customer service

Culver’s arguably has the most polite, respectful customer-centric staff of any fast food chain. And they’re also the only burger chain that makes the effort to offer a gluten free bun for those of us with a gluten allergy. I’ve been to Culver’s in multiple states and had the same great experience at every location.
