I quite literally don’t understand the point of having a phone number listed if you are NEVER going to answer it. I have tried for multiple days, across a two-week period, throughout different times of the day to speak to the staff at this restaurant and not once has my phone call been answered. I understand if your restaurant staff is busy with orders every now and then, but how is not even one person has been able to pick up the phone? It’s absolutely ridiculous. If you are looking to place a catering order and want any freedom with customization, unfortunately Einstein bros will not be able to accommodate. If only there were more options for bagels in the West Campus area.

I had no issues with supply or service. Super nice staff ordered quick had my Order out in less than 5 minutes. Tasted fresh and the bagel was fantastic. I liked the sausage egg and cheese the best.

I’ll usually make a stop here after a morning exam for some breakfast. There’s usually a line and quite a few people waiting for their orders but it doesn’t take more than 10 minutes and you can usually find a spot to sit and enjoy your food.

First time visiting this location and it was a fantastic experience. I ordered the baker’s dozen with 2 cream cheeses. I’ve been buying bagels from Einstein for years and have never had my order packed so well. The 2 onion ones were placed separately in their own bag in the box. The rest were very neatly and well packed. They even offered freezer bags. At other locations, I’ve received bagels simply tossed inside or stacked but never so carefully. I felt very valued as a customer. See you again the next time I’m in Austin!

By far the worst experience I've had at this location I work in the area so I placed an order on their app then after about 20 minutes I'm on my way over as suggested by their app. They're signed inside to ask if you don't see your order so I asked And it was told that they were still working on it which I thought was odd seeing as there were only 2 other people in the building. So I wait another 10 minutes when I come back I ask again for my order clarifying the items and the person at the register hands me a bag and it's sitting on the counter and walks away I notice that there is an item missing for my order so I wait to let them know I get passed by 2 other team members, now there is a group of us at the register waiting on orders, and the original girl comes and asked me "what am I waiting for" I explained to her that my order is missing an item she hands me the item and then walks away again. By the time I get back to eat my now cold bagel I open it and it is the most pathetic bagel I've ever seen missing over half the ingredients that make up the order, I understand there are supply issues but if you can't make the order I don't think it should be given out with missing ingredients. I am beyond unsatisfied with my order and extremely upset that I paid almost $10 for a cold and incomplete order

I ordered from this location the food wad terrible. The bagels were doughty and cold. The eggs were cold and disgusting 🫣. Serious waste of money. Uber eats contributed to this bad review with delay in delivery of food. The food service was poor and this location is nasty. Stay away very dissatisfied !!!

Awesome service. 11/10. Couldn't show pictures because we ate them so fast. No line when we came.

Well I remember ordering the Santa Fe and a cinnamon sugar bagel with strawberry cream cheese. However, upon receiving my bagel I noticed there was no cream cheese and the bagel itself was rock hard and chewy like cold gum.. not very pleasant. Santa Fe wasn’t too great either. First half was a bit cold and tasted like one of the ingredients was spoiled. This was around opening time so I understand things are a bit busy and ingredients are being prepped but this was a yucky & sloppy experience. I do not remember being this disappointed at the other location up north. Hmm.
