I
recently
had
the
misfortune
of
dealing
with
the
leasing
team
at
The
Groves
South
Lamar,
and
I
must
say,
it
was
a
dreadful
experience.
The
level
of
communication
displayed
by
the
leasing
team
was
shockingly
inadequate,
leaving
me
frustrated
and
dissatisfied.
From
the
beginning,
it
was
evident
that
effective
communication
was
not
a
priority
for
this
luxury
apartment
complex.
Emails
went
unanswered
for
days,
and
phone
calls
were
met
with
voicemails,
with
no
callbacks.
It
felt
like
I
was
talking
to
a
brick
wall.
For
a
place
that
claims
to
offer
luxurious
living,
the
complete
lack
of
responsiveness
was
beyond
disappointing.
To
make
matters
worse,
the
leasing
agent
I
interacted
with
was
unbelievably
rude
and
unprofessional.
Their
tone
was
condescending,
and
it
was
clear
that
they
had
no
interest
in
assisting
me.
Basic
questions
were
met
with
sighs
and
eye
rolls,
making
me
feel
like
a
burden
rather
than
a
potential
tenant.
I
expected
a
certain
level
of
courtesy
and
respect,
especially
considering
the
upscale
nature
of
this
apartment
complex,
but
I
was
sorely
disappointed.
I
believe
that
a
luxury
living
experience
should
not
only
encompass
beautiful
amenities
and
well-designed
spaces
but
also
exceptional
customer
service.
Unfortunately,
The
Groves
South
Lamar
failed
miserably
in
this
regard.
The
leasing
team's
lack
of
communication
and
the
leasing
agent's
rudeness
have
left
a
lasting
negative
impression.
I
would
strongly
caution
anyone
considering
this
complex
to
think
twice
before
making
the
decision
to
live
here.
There
are
plenty
of
other
options
in
the
area
where
you
can
expect
to
be
treated
with
respect
and
professionalism,
which
sadly,
seems
to
be
sorely
lacking
at
The
Groves
South
Lamar.
