I Just left Austin Endodontics south location after having a root canal. I can’t say enough about what a positive experience they provided. Registration ahead of time and check in once I arrived were both very easy - Priscilla was very helpful booking my appointment, and took great care of me when I arrived and when I checked out. Dr Galvan performed the procedure - quickly, flawlessly, and without any pain or discomfort to me at all!! The rock star of the entire crew was my Dental Assistant Sara!! She got me oriented and set up in the chair, explained everything that was going to happen thoroughly, and then at the end explained and showed me all that was done and all my post-op instructions and suggestions. She also kept me informed and comfortable (and comforted) along the way - even patting me on the shoulder reassuringly while Dr Galvan was shoving large needles into my mouth!! I’ve had routine dental cleanings that were more painful and uncomfortable than the root canal I just had at Austin Endodontics!!! Thank you Dr Galvan, Priscilla, and especially Sara!! D Gross

Amazing experience!! First time getting a root canal and everyone could tell I was a little nervous but Dr, Galvan and his entire staff were kind, patient, and helpful with any questions I had. The root canal was painless and quick, I was in and out the office within an hour! Setting up the appointment was great also! Called and they were able to get me in same day which is so rare but was a great surprise! They even called me the day after to make sure I was feeling okay after the root canal! Can’t recommend this staff enough!!

I had a wonderful experience here. I was having pain in an old root canal/crown and found out I had a large infection, which would require a re-treatment. I was able to get an appointment at Austin Endodontics just a few days later, and I'm glad I ended up here. Dr. Galian was extremely kind and put me at ease. I had two appointments to complete the process and both were very fast and as comfortable as can be. I'm writing this review the day after my second appointment, and I have no pain at all. They want me to come back periodically for appointments to see how the area heals, which gives me confidence that they'll ensure the damage that was done completely reverts, and I'll have no more issues. Highly recommend!

A root canal is never fun but the staff here make it as pleasant as possible. Dr. Ganne was very caring and took time to explain everything to me. Her assistant Lacretia was beyond amazing!!! I had a minor issue on my first visit and the office manager Candace took the time to understand my issue and went above and beyond to resolve it. If you have to have a root canal, I high recommend Austin Endodontics!

Great place to have work on your teeth done. Elle at the front desk was very pleasant, along with Karen, and Chasitty. Dr. Galvan was very fast and professional, made this the best visit to the dentist in a long time! Can you say that when getting a root canal?? Thank you team! Highly recommended.

They took great care of me here. I was recommended this Endodontics practice by my dentist for a root canal and am glad I went here. Very professional staff. Dr. Galvan and his assistant Sara were very patient and thoroughly explained the treatment to me. I was in a lot of pain from a dying tooth nerve before the treatment and haven't felt any pain or discomfort at all after getting the root canal. I'm very happy with my results and will definitely consider this place in the future if I ever need another root canal (hoping that I won't ever need one though, haha).

I was able to get an appointment the next day to have my issue checked out. I assumed a Root Canal would be needed and Dr Galvan Jr explained each test as he was determining if a root canal was needed. The procedure took much less time than I was expecting and I felt no pain. Sara was assisting Dr Galvan Jr and she was all about making sure I was comfortable and answered all of the questions I had. She did an excellent job. When I told the Doctor I was going out of town, he assured me the work he had done would be fine even with the extended amount of time till I could see him again.

Root canals are never fun, but this is one of my better ones...if not best one. Dr. Galvan, Jr. was great. The entire treatment/process didn’t take as long as I thought it would. No pain at all outside of the numbing (very minimal). Chastity was great throughout the entire appointment. She made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. Chastity also made sure I was aware of everything after the treatment. Great first impression Austin Endodontics!

The staff here are amazing!!!! Priscilla at the front desk is so welcoming. She help me figure out what to do in my financial situation. She is truly a gem. Lucretia was so awesome. She made sure I was comfortable and talked me about everything I felt like I made a friend. Dr. Galian was amazing not only did he make sure I wasn’t in any pain but he talked to me like a person rather than just a patient. This place is awesome the entire staff was just wonderful. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit for part 2 of my root canal.

My recent experiences with three root canals at this location have confirmed this is one of the top practices in Austin. They are very responsive to patients and efficient in getting work finished. I have the highest confidence in Dr. Galvan’s skills and determination of what is required. The staff is also outstanding with a professional interface at the front desk. I am grateful for their understanding of my handicaps that make getting to appointments challenging. For dental assistants, one person particularly stands out: Sara is the best. She remembers the small things prior to working on teeth in difficult locations and staying in touch with the patient’s well-being. Her ready wit makes the time fly by.
