One thing I wish Austin could have more of are rooftop bars. It’s just so much fun being high up in the sky, hanging with friends, and sipping on some fun drinks. The most recent one I went to was here and I rented a cabana which I found to be a great idea because it provides for an extra level of comfort especially when the drinks kick in. I tried two different cocktails: their Mangojito and their Frozen Rosé. Both are great, but my favorite was definitely the frozen rosé because it’s pretty sweet and almost felt like drinking juice! (Which I personally enjoy) All in all, this is a nice spot to visit to have a good time and enjoy the great vibes that the bar has to offer. Add them to your list for your next night out! They’re located right next to 6th Street, so they make for a great pre-game spot too! I give em a 4.25/5!

This is a wonderful rooftop bar that also has a pool. The views of the city are terrific and the staff is excellent. Gabrielle, Alicya, Sabrina, Heather, Trevor, Brandon and Daniel were all outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and helpful. They all played a role in making my vacation in Austin special.

Came to Austin on a last minute whim and we saw this rooftop bar across from our Airbnb. Walked into the hotel and asked if we could come here. Front desk was so nice, gave us a key to the roof. Got here and the sweetest waitress named Sabrina greeted us, got us a seat in a cabana with a fire pit overlooking the city. Amazing views!! And the drinks were amazing! Highly recommend the green tea shots! This place is a MUST for viewing the city and a great place to start the night!

Beautiful rooftop bar experience. It nice to sit & chill. Look at the beautiful buildings, laugh & talk with my friends. It was a great night. Beautiful ambiance under the blue lights. 💙

Cool rooftop bar with a variety of comfortable seats all around. Drinks are dun and very delicious. The skyline view is spectacular, especially during sunset. It's definitely a place to check out.

Been looking for a good rooftop for the summer. Sadly this one wasn’t for me. We didn’t have a reservation but walked right in which was nice. Unfortunately when we got there around 7-8pm most of the people were obviously very drunk, stumbling around in their swimsuits and getting water all over. It felt more like a public pool than an upscale rooftop bar (even had children). I couldn’t even drink half of my watermelon marg because it was so acidic and sour. The view is the only redeeming quality unfortunately

Azul is where I go to just kick back and relax, watch the sunset and the Austin city skyline. The drinks, staff and venue does not disappoint!

Loved the view, the pools and the whole atmosphere...the vibes and decor was so beautiful and serene. My visit was included with my hotel stay. There are limited food options. The pool is small, but it was not crowded so I was ok with the size. I enjoyed my time here - all else was a great experience!

Such a nice experience to enjoy Austin without dying on this heat lol the frozen drinks were delicious, especially the Vice one!! We tried other ones too and were delicious! The staff was friendly!

Omg finally I found best and tallest rooftop in austin with such a beautiful view . Surely go for drinks . They have 2 options for vegetarian . Staff is so friendly and crowd is really nice . We do have to reserve table before going but Sunday is open . Must try .

very beautiful view. if you are parking elsewhere, be wary of the people that are on the street level if you know what i mean. definitely is not the safest area, but the second you enter the hotel and see that view, you forget about that. our server was great, i wish i could remember her name. was a great place to bring our friends from out of town.

We were 20 mins late to our reservation through Google last night but because the night was slow due to the weather, we were still able to be seated without delay when we arrived. Sabrina was an amazing server at the rooftop at the Azul!!! From the moment we were sat by the hostess through the 1.5h we were in our spot by the pool, she kept checking in with us in a considerate way without being annoying. I also saw her take pictures for other groups WHILE she was working. I felt she checked in with us the perfect amount, and we never felt pressured or rushed to order more or to leave. She’s really amazing at what she does and exudes a friendly and warm energy. Also, THESE BLANKETS are THE BEST CONCEPT AND IDEA FOR A ROOFTOP BAR, so soft, fluffy, and warm, and are the only reason we were able to stay for the time that we did.!!! I was in a strapless dress and the ambiance is amazing here (music loud and calm enough without being instructive) but the wind really hits! My partner and I had an amazing conversation while we were here and had such an amazing time. The hot drinks are DELICIOUS and PHENOMENAL. And this other guy who works for the hotel and was walking around took our pictures. I’m so happy we were able to fulfill our reservation here; and I think the drinks, atmosphere, view, and service were excellent. We are visitors from NYC, and we really enjoyed our time at this rooftop bar!

We stayed at the Westin just to use the pool. Great bar that's open all day. Its a smaller pool so it can get busy but we never saw it full. They had some extra sunscreen which saved the few of us that forgot extra. Day and night it's a good time. Great bartenders.

Jillian was the best and cutest!!! She took some awesome pictures for our group when we came and she gave us awesome drink suggestions!

We had an awesome time at this fun rooftop pool overlooking downtown Austin! It’s a fun spot to hang out during the hot Texas summers and our server Britney took great care of us all afternoon and helped us with recommendations for what to get (the drinks are really good and fresh!). I went Sunday and the view was beautiful. The drinks were tasty and the service I received from Brittany and Trevor was fast and courteous. I thought it would be just bar service but Brittany was very attentive and kept coming to check on us at just the right time. We had a great time, the atmosphere was fun and trendy and the music was great. I’ll definitely be back!

Our server Sabrina was AMAZING!! Our reservation was not till 815pm but Sabrina sat us down immediately and was attentive the whole time. I was actually pretty surprised of how much I loved the tacos!! I was born and raised in San Antonio, so needless to say I'm extremely picky when it comes to tacos, but we tried the chicken, brisket, and pork tacos. Our favorite was the pork with chicharron and pickled onions. Now, I've never been an onion fan but the pickled onion, mixed with the salsa, chicharron and pork brought joy to my tastebuds. The view was so beautiful and although it was packed, you were still able to enjoy the sereness of the view. The prices were actually pretty reasonable and what I expected to pay for the ambiance and view.

Last minute 'day bed' at the pool for some sun. Menu is small, definitely eat before but drinks were good. Cabanas are large with fans and fire pits...with an unobtrusive view facing south towards Lady Bird Lake. Great sunset photo ops.

Both day time around the pool or after dark soaking in the rooftop sights of the city this place doesn't disappoint. Cocktails are a bit on the pricey side and not the strongest but we find that is pretty normal for these types of venues. All in all it is a great spot!

Beautiful rooftop patio with a pool! Entre thru the hotel front and get an elevator key first. The front desk is friendly too. Live fire 🔥 maybe too hot for summer, but it’s still good to enjoy the skyline and downtown night scenes. Great for a date or friends gatherings w some drinks. Food is prep food as they don’t have a hot kitchen here. Wish they could at least give silver forks vs dispensable ones.

Love this place! Small and cozy, with pool, great cocktails, and more important beautiful beautiful view of downtown Austin! We didn't try the food but the cocktails were great. We tried the Rooftop Vice (sweet and delicious!), and the Mangojito (if you like sour, this is for you). Highly recommended

The pool is delicious. The view stunning. The drinks could have a bigger variety. Would I return? Everyday. :)
