Came here to celebrate my birthday with a friend and had amazing service. Our server (Heather) was amazingly kind to us and even surprised me by getting some of the other girls to help her sing me happy birthday! Good service all in all, will definitely come back

Tried Hooters again after a long break. Food seems to be back to where it was when they first came to Austin (it was really bad for a while) and, when you can get service the girls are nice and attentive. Unfortunately, they are way understaffed and getting service is hit or miss. I waited at the hostess stand today for twenty minutes, had all three of the waitresses walk past me several times each. Only one of them spoke to me and that was in passing. The other two appeared to be intentionally avoiding even looking at me. Bartender was taking care of the few people at her bar and not much else. Never saw a manager on the floor, maybe they were busy helping in the kitchen. Who knows… Ended up leaving rather than continue to be ignored. Might try again sometime, probably not…

It's been years since I've been here. I've always eaten the wings but this trip I decided to try the build-your-own burger. As you can tell from the picture it's a mountain of a burger...and I just put the regular toppings on it plus bacon and jalapenos. Easily one of the tastiest burgers I've had lately. I ended up eating much of it with a fork because it was too much for the bun to contain for the whole meal. The service was excellent too. We'll be going back sooner than later, probably when college football gets back in full swing on TV.

Food is always good here today we had the beer queso and pretzel bites for our appetizers. For our main course I ate the shrimp platter with curly fries my wife ordered the boneless wings with regular fries

Great service, friendly staff, good food, I will definitely stop back by next time I'm through this way it's definitely worth it thanks again! The gal with the long dark hair was my waitress and did an excellent job and was very welcoming and great service! (Sorry terrible with names lol)

Don't waste your time here, unless you have placed a call in order. We used to frequently visit this location, but after this evening, Saturday @10PM, we won't ever be back. It really shouldn't be that difficult to seat 2 people when thier are only 15~20 people seated. After being seated we waited 15 minutes, for a waitress but nothing. got up went to the bar and STILL waited for bartender, Bella was her name. Only 3 others at bar. But that was pointless as well. It was such a struggle to place an order that I couldn't take the piss poor hospitality that all the staff had to offer so the best thing to do was just leave and go somewhere else where patrons can be treated like people. Because you will not find any respect or humanity at this location. And the only reason I placed 1☆, is because Google doesn't have Zero stars!

This is by far the worst Hooters I've visted. The cook is very lazy. I order 15 traditional wings 3 mile island extra wet. I got the wings in 3 minutes. They were lukewarm, hard, ans drownedin sauce. This establishment needs to fire that guy right away.

Wasn't too busy less than 50% occupancy. The server was friendly. However, it took 30 minutes to place my order, 20 minutes to get my order. The place seems very under staffed. But the wings are always good.

It has been a hot minute since I been to hooter. The new shorts for the waiters are a little riskay. Believe me, I don't hate. It is a nice scenery. The food was great and a good atmosphere.

Such fun to spend Sat Oct 7 rooting for UTexas against Oklahoma U with other fans while eating wings and shrimp. Cod sandwich big enough to share. Mozzarella sticks best daughter had ever had. Pink Jack drink supporting breast cancer research for a cure.

I've been to this location twice now. Both times the fries were terrible. The service was average. The music was tolerable. But the wings... THE WINGS. I would crawl over broken glass for these wings.

When I first walked up, the windows were filthy. We got seated at a dirty table. The server was nice when she greeted us. After ordering, I watched the server speaking with another table as she continued rubbing her butt cheek. I asked her to be sure to wash her hands before touching my food. Needless to say, she was offended and went to her manager to tattle and never came back. Even though they wear revealing uniforms for tips, they should still manage some decency and professional demeanor.

The new naked wings are great. They need quicker service...wasn't the servers fault but the cooks...took 30 mins for 6 wings... they fix that and it would be 5 stars...

Hooters is famous for their Customer service.. it was awesome especially the people who serves does a great job . We loved their hospitality..

Everything was great! Erin's customer service was on point...even my kids noticed! Hubby's bday dinner spot every year!

Very nice waitress. That’s why I give two stars. The food was old tasting and not hot. Fries hard, mozzarella sticks hard and the cook Drowning the wings in sauce didn’t help at all. The best thing I had was my sprite. I wouldn’t come back. The restroom was dirty and the doors were not attached

I can say I am a huge fan of Hooters but visiting this location tonight was a huge disappointment. Our server was Meca and at the time of our visit it wasn’t busy whatsoever, and it took a while to get our initial drink order. Once we got our drink order in it took an additional 15 minutes to get our food order in. Mind you there were four tables in the entire establishment, and our food sat at the expo line for at least another 15 minutes while she just looked at our food. When our food got to us, it was dried out from the heat lamps. Plus my order came out wrong, requested all flats but received mixed wings. Once we finished the bits of food that wasn’t too hard to eat our table sat dirty for another 20 minutes, after flagging her down for 10 minutes checks were dropped. I requested my check be changed since I didn’t receive all flats and wanted the charge removed, she said ok and took my bill with my card for ANOTHER 15 MINUTES along with the rest of the tables. When she came back she put the checks on the table and walked away. When I looked at my check the flats charge was still on there…. By far the worst experience I’ve had with Hooters. The Manager was no where to be found during our visit.

Food and the speed of the service was good but our waitress just didn't seem to want to be there at all. It felt like she tried to talk to us as little as possible, going as far as to not even tell us that there was a digital menu when she greeted us. For a first time experience it was really disappointing. :/

Chicken wings were slightly below average. Snow crab legs were pretty tasty and great bang for buck. Waitresses are polite on the surface but you can see the sadness in their eyes, they definitely don't wanna be there.

My granddaughter asked me to take her for wings and we happened to be in Austin so we stopped in. The wait staff was very friendly and since it was her first visit, brought some samples to see which one she liked best. She enjoyed herself and loved the food, and all the yelling and screaming from everyone watching the football game. Service was fast even with the place being full and our visit being in the middle of a shift change.

This Hooters is great. The food is delicious and the staff are amazing. They have all types of different food other than wings if thats not your jam, but their wings are some of the best. The staff were great at helping the picky 3 year old I nanny figure out what she would like. I even watched as the GM helped out in the kitchen to get the food out to all the customers nice and hot.

I havent been to Hooters in over 20 years so when my coworkers decided to go I was excited to check the place out. Upon entering we were greeted with a lovely smiling face. The ambience was inviting and the place was clean. Our waitress Maddie was very attractive and attentive. I ordered the 4 beef sliders with curly fries. I didnt not enjoy my food. The meat was dry and the fries were luke warm. I was disappointed. Maddie made the experience just a little bit better. 5 stars for Maddie.

Eh it was okay. The curly fries doesn’t have much of a taste. I got the BBQ wings.. they were probably a 8/10. Fries could have been better. The onion rings were great!

General Manager, Hopefully you can read this review. I have been coming to this location numerous times. Every time I visit this location I like to visit the bar. Why? Because I have seen that the bar gets faster service with everything. I have never had a problem being serviced by the bartenders. However, this is the third time I have had the privilege in being served by the bartender named: Mae. This is the 3rd time I have had this bartender. Each of the first two times I have had her she has served me poorly. For both times I have been reluctant in writing such a review because I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I can no longer leave it up to me to write such a review but here it goes. This afternoon I visited your restaurant. I sat at the bar as I usually do and Mae asked me what I would like to drink. As I wanted to let her know what I wanted she did not give me her attention but laughed and giggled with customers sitting at the bar to my right. I patiently waited as I requested a Big Daddy, lightly dressed and a small glass of limes. She proceeded to grab a mug and laughing and giggling with customers at the same time, and asked me if I wanted a Coors Light. I responded I wanted a Miller Light. Mae’s response: Well excuse me. I ignored her adolescence comment because I just wanted to move on from this childish comment. I drank my beer. After finishing my beer I placed it close the edge of the bar so she could see it and hopefully I can get another. She saw it, and walked right by it. Only to ask another customer sitting next to me if he wanted another. She proceeded to get his mug and finally looked towards me and ask me if I wanted another. I said yes. After 5 minutes I asked her I wanted 6 smoked garlic habanero wings, celery sticks and ranch. She then went to the register and repeated my order and I said yes. My food then comes out, everything I ordered but NO ranch. I ask the young woman who brought me food if she could bring me some ranch. She said yes. Mae, was sweeping the floor right in front of me and did not even ask me if all my food came out good. After a few minutes she asked me if they have brought me my ranch. I asked no. The young girl, after 5 minutes, brings me ranch. Mae comes out front the back and asks me if I have ranch but I couldn’t respond because she saw I finally have one. It is becoming tired some with this bartender. She shows lack of immaturity, no respect towards guests, doesn’t take her job seriously, plays too much rather than focusing on guests and does NOT listen to what I ask for. I do like coming to this restaurant but from this point forward, I will NOT sit at the bar if I see her working there. Please work on this bartender as her comments towards me is becoming very unprofessional. I do not want to file a direct complaint to Corporate and hope you can train this young staffer. Thanks.

Compared to the Dallas location way better, wish the parking lot was bigger and easier to access. Finally, Three Mile Island Sauce has some heat to it. I ordered in Dallas and asked for extra buffalo.sauce after I tasted their disappointing TMI sauce. That being said, I ordered the Breaded chicken sandwich and I've always loved it. However, this time was a disappointment. I was given such a huge piece of chicken that I didn't have another bun to hold the rest of the sandwich. Next time I order, ill order extra buns (no.pun.intended) with my Chicken sandwich to make up for it. Lastly my order was paid for by four gentlemen because I was in uniform. I don't wear the uniform for free meals, I wear it in service of this country. But I am grateful to them for paying for my meal. I will pass the kindness forward. Thank you Hooters PS Sandwich was so good, I didn't have time to take a picture of it.
