👍 There were only a handful of bats (too windy?), but there was also a guided tour around the lake that was informative and had many photo ops. People often mention bats, tour, bridge, experience,

Holy bat cloud, Batman! This was a bucket list spot to visit for my son and I both. We had a blast watching the endless bats stream out from beneath the bridge at dusk. We love bats, and this is the most we have ever seen at once. I love how the local community has embraced these wonderful creatures and encourages others to appreciate them as well. Go watch the bats, you won't regret it. This made a great memory for us.

The Bat Tour was amazing. It was really cool to learn more about the local bats! Watching the bats take flight at sunset was something I’ll never forget. The sunset and views of the skyline were beautiful! I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone no matter if they are local to Austin or just visiting! We will be repeating this tour again. Thanks so much!

Super fun. I've lived here almost 20 years and have never seen the Bats from the water. It's a totally different experience than being in the bridge and completely worth it.

So we’ve been wanting to see the bats, but they were a no show. Now we did see and hear a few that flew over us. Talked to a local and he mentioned that May, June is best for a great view! So we’ll definitely make it back down there. Luckily The view was incredible!

I was disappointed, a few bats came flying out. Nothing like they advertised so I'm glad we didn't do the whole tour. It does get super packed so keep that in mind. There aren't many free places to park. There is a lot of information about the bats and their history so that was fun. I would love to go back and actually see a ton of bats.

It is a decent outdoor activity for a family but nothing special about it. The tour offers good downtown views. You also see bats under the bridge but it's dark, it's hard to see and almost everything can be sighted from the bridge or the bank. Take this tour if you want to spend sometime in a pontoon without much expectations.

Watch out for the poison ivy along the fence. But perfect viewing spot. As you can see the bats come out of the wholes under the bridge and go towards the trees. Spectacular viewing experience.

Had a great trip around the lake before the bats came out. Our captain got us right at and under the bridge as the show began it was crazy seeing that many bat at one time. Highly recommend take the time to see it from the water.

Great experience and definitely recommend if you are passing by Austin or a resident. The boat ride was enjoyable and the tour guide was informative, funny and the overall experience is something I'd recommend to do once for sure... And yes we did see the colony of bats take off for the night.., unique experience indeed

Highly recommend! They were very professional and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everyone had the best experience possible! They sent wonderful pictures as promised, but it gets even better! I accidentally left my sunglasses behind, which was nobody's problem other than my own. He found them and actually texted me and made arrangements for me to pick them back up before we left town! Above and beyond!🖤
