My
friends
and
I
came
in
at
4:30
pm
(check
in
is
at
3
pm)
we
had
booked
a
month
in
advance.
No
one
greeted
us.
On
the
contrary,
the
woman
was
on
her
phone.
Once
she
paid
attention
to
incoming
guests,
she
said
our
room
wouldn’t
be
ready
for
another
hour.
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
general
manager
in
and
in
a
calm

we

be

by

Flores.
I
asked
for
someone
above
him
and
he
said
there
is
no
one.
Save
your
time.
This
place
is
unprofessional,
dirty,
rude,
crass,
ghetto,
and
there
is
no
such
thing
as
hospitality.
Save
yourself
a
lot
of
time
and
e
every.
This
place
is
disgusting
and
the
management
does
not
exist.
