This place is without a doubt the most disgusting motel that I personally have ever seen. Was put in a room with a non working toilet and a literal infestation of cockroaches. Immediately talked to employees in the office and was told I would be moved quickly. It never happened. So I spent $100 for a night in deplorable, unexcusable conditions . Do yourself a favor and if you have any other option stay away from this cess pool

I would never stay here again! I am working in Cedar Park, Texas and needed a place to stay for a month. I contacted this hotel about wheelchair accessible rooms due to a broken leg. They have one wheelchair accessible room so I booked through Hotels.com to get the best rate, $60.00 per night compared to $93.00 per night through the hotel. After booking I called the hotel to reserve the wheelchair room and was told to just tell them I needed that room at check-in. When I arrived to check-in they had already given that room to a person on crutches. I was given a regular room that I could not even get my wheelchair through the restroom door and no seat in the shower. The manager located a shower chair but it was missing a foot and she made no further attempt to help any further, Imagine trying to stand on a broken leg to shower. There was no maid service, they wouldn't even bring me fresh towels even though I was in a wheelchair. The hotel was full of construction workers that got drunk and loud every night. All-in-all a horrible experience that I will never make the mistake of repeating. DO NOT stay here.

Truly awful. Room was very dirty with sticky floors and no night stands. Little beetles and roaches crawling all over the bathroom floors and walls and also when we turned the lamp on the wall, many small bugs were also crawling out from behind the lamp fixture scattering all over the walls. Sheets were filthy with red stains. People just hanging outside out in front of their rooms smoking and being loud and you get a feeling of being watched as you walk down to your car or go back up to your room. We weren’t even checked in for an hour and then asked to check out early. We were told there are no refunds for early checkouts even though they state “Our customers happiness is our number one priority” which clearly isn’t true. All other hotels were “sold out” so this was our last resort. The reviews for this place state 4.8 online and honestly I’m shocked how this could be, there is no way that’s accurate. Go there and see for yourself. We’ve stayed in motels all across the US and have seen plenty of “run down” places but this place by far takes the cake. You get a dirty bed with plenty of bugs to share with and hot water so if that’s all you want then go right ahead.

Trust me.. don’t do it. It’s not worth the price. I had to wait in my car 3 hours after check in to get in my room. Also there were little bugs everywhere bitting me all night. Everyone looks like they were shooting up drugs in their arms and one girl was even rocking back and forth and on the ground by a room when I was walking to my room. I felt unsafe the whole time I was there and noticed there’s hardly any security cameras. Also asked for more toilet paper and they couldn’t give me any. I’m mad at myself for not paying the extra money to have the option to cancel the booking. Please to whoever is reading this, spend the extra money and find somewhere safe.

This is the most disgusting place I ever stayed at. The room was not clean and red stains on the sheet and we had to clean up the room. Other People's clothes in the drawers. And we couldn't get a refund this whole place needs to be tore down! They don't even take out the trash! And it makes the hallways stink. We will never make this mistake again. They don't even deserve a star. 😡

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my entire life at a hotel the fire alarm was going off all night crackheads at every other doorstop, crowded stairwell full parking lot nowhere to park, dirty towels, stains on beds, rude management and they don’t clean rooms daily, or even if needed, toilets overflowing, and a lot of outside activity. I don’t feel safe at this hotel. In my opinion I am never the one to post a review or go out my way to complain, but this was completely unacceptable. There’s no way you can even get in contact with management here. This place is inhumane no human should come here.

I booked this place at the last minute because it was priced at $62/per night. But it turned out to be a nightmare. The front desk was good, and gave me the keys. The room was a non-smoking one, but the moment I entered there was a strong smell as if someone had smoked previously. The floor was sticky and moist. Kitchen sink was extremely dirty. The bedsheets, comforters had holes and stains on it. The shower area had hair stuck everywhere on the walls (seems like it was not cleaned from the previous people). The shower had limited water pressure. There were big roaches/bugs everywhere. The ac/refrigerator made awful sounds every 10-20 mins and disturbed my sleep the whole night. Also one of the rooms had clothes/undergarments hung up outside their room.

STAY AWAY! This is by far the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed and. This place makes Motel 6 loom like an Omni. Had to wait half a hour to get checked in despite having a reservation. The room... though "freshly cleaned" was horrible. My shoes stuck to the floor, the bed was covered in hair, dirt and the room had flies in it. The toilet was clogged. So I had them switch me rooms. The second one wasn't much better. No matter what they won't refund you no matter how you booked the room or if you're a walk-in. In the second room, the smoke alarm started going off at midnight. (Mind you, I do not smoke or vape) Called the front office, and they just said "sorry about it, can't do anything about it tonight". F this hotel!

I booked a one night stay, paid online, and I called ahead to make sure it was alright to check in later than 5pm. LSS, they over/double-booked our room and we ended up not being able to get our money back at that moment. I want to sue them to shreds for the incompetence, insolence, unaccommodating, and inconsiderate character displayed by everyone I had to deal with there!

Absolutely disgusting. There were trash cans not emptied from the last occupant, along with their paperwork for weekly rental still laying out. No toilet paper. No towels except the one vigorously tapped around the smoke detector. The bathroom/shower is a staph infection waiting to happen: visible mold/mildew; staining above the shower along the whole ceiling as well, that looks to be where the pool of water in the floor came from. Wifi never would work on any device.

Horrible place, to be at if your working in the area. They won't clean the rooms like they should, and they refuse to give me clean linen since they don't even do that. Management just saying they are under staff, when I see housekeeping just walking around. Don't recommend this place at all

Don’t ever stay here. It was filthy and lived-in. There were hairs on the shower drain. Scratches in the toilet bowl and on the kitchen drain filter. I even had to buy a pair of flip-flops to walk in the hotel. Apparently the hotel is short on staff, but no guest should have to stay in filth.

This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The photos were highly misleading, and the surroundings were far from ideal and very ghetto. The room was in poor condition with bugs and roaches, dirty walls, a deteriorating floor, and a lingering smell of smoke. When I requested a different room, the receptionist claimed they were all booked, which wasn't true as there were people without reservations seeking rooms. Additionally, another guest was forcibly removed from the room I was supposed to stay in and attempted to break in. I contacted Expedia for a refund, and the receptionist assured me of a full refund, which I was supposed to receive on Monday. However, when Monday came, I only received a refund for one night because the hotel falsely claimed I refused another room when, in fact, they said they were fully booked. It's frustrating that they lied and kept my money despite their wrongdoing. I've stayed in much cleaner and more professional 2-star hotels that were far more accommodating. I would appreciate it if they could refund my money back!!!!!!!

This place is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting 🤮 there was hair, food and stains on the bed. Not to mention roaches everywhere mysterious drips down the walls, what looked like blood splatters, hair all over the showers oh and don’t forget the mold all in the bathroom we told the girl at the front desk who’s response was “iv never had a complaint about that room, you’ll have to take it up with the manager” she then told me the manager would be in that morning at ten. So I called only to be told the same story. The room was so foul and clearly neglected we went ahead and fought to stay awake the rest of the drive home. It’s clear they don’t care about this establishment or your health do yourself a favor and find somewhere else!

After trying to find my room I walked in to such a strong bleach smell it was nauseating. It was late as I just needed a one night stay while helping my daughter move. I'm allergic to cats and can not stay in her apartment. I thought it would wane but it is burning my nose. Too late to change rooms so hopefully I can sleep. Bedspread has holes in it. TV has issues with picture. AC works great. The lady behind the counter was nice while another employee sat in the office very loudly watching a cops type show on her phone complete with bad language. As other people mentioned- you get what you paid for but I've gotten much better rooms for what I paid. I just didn't have time to look. I hope and pray the security does it's job and protects my car in this location I am at. I will do better at reading review next time. The area is not the greatest and clientele here seems concerning. Praying for sleep tonight....

Stay away from this property unless you have absolutely no where else to stay! Our room was not ready until 4:30pm and as soon as we walked in it smelled really bad and there was hair and stains all over the bed. Not sure exactly what they cleaned Roaches all over the walls. No towels, no soap provided. Very outdated property and I assume it was overpriced because of F1 this weekend.

The last time I was there in April there was cockroaches and wasn’t as clean as i thought it would be. Rooms are ok but could be better. Only thing good is location kind of.

Front desk was locked upon our arrival at 530pm knocked and called several times only to have the front desk personal rudely open the door to her man with his pants hanging around lower thighs. When asking for fresh towels we were rudely responded to because I still had one. Lean on to use for the shower I was taking while my husband asked for another so he could shower. Getting out of the shower I noticed a roach crawling on bathroom sink. Came out of bathroom to more crawling from behind the fridge and around the burners on the kitchen space. Moved our bags from the floors to shelving and saw more cockroaches crawling from the electric sockets. Save yourself from the nightmare and spend the extra funds for a hotel or somewhere other than this monstrosity

I arrived around 8:00 pm on Sunday Sep 3rd, 2023 and stayed one night. Poor customer service skills from lady at the from desk at that time. A/C from room was leaking a lot of water. They said no more rooms were available to switch. They offered me towells to put them on the floor. Instead, they let me have a couple of unfolded worn out rags which I had to pick up myself from the front desk because no maintenance people were on site. Shower had broken floor, Bed cover had holes on it. Crockroach fouund by the kitchenette area. I have stayed in different places for the same rate, but a lot more professionalism and cleanness.

Half decent, but definitely a 1 star. There were no sheets, just the comforter thing. The water pressure in the shower was so low that I had to splash myself with water from the kitchen sink to rinse off the soap.

NEVER STAY HERE. This place was absolutely disgusting. The front desk girl was rude and did not care about anything. When we walked in she was too busy taking to a friend, that was sitting there, with her dog, when the signs say not pets in office. There was dog hair everywhere. We had to interrupt them to tell them we wanted to check in. She could not figure anything out. Walking to the room it smelled like weed, this is Texas and it not legal. Once we got to the room it went down hill. First the smoke detector was beeping every few minutes. We looked at the beds and the sheets were dirty. There was black hair in the bed. The comforters had burn holes in them. There were two towels, for a four person room. There was half a roll of toilet paper and that was it, no extra roll. There was mold under the sink, and also a needle. We were in town for a swim meet and our kids were with us. We did not feel comfortable staying there with the condition of the room. My husband went to talk to the front desk girl about the weed and the room, and she immediately started yelling at him. And then they kicked us out of the property and refused to give us a refund. Which we were happy to leave. This place is a health and safety hazard. Do not stay here. Spend a few more dollars and go someplace else. We were in the room for 30 minutes, they kicked us out and the refuse to refund our money. We spoke to Mellissa the GM and also a front desk clerk named Tammy, they refuse to refund our money, even after we told them the condition of the room and property.

So I stayed at this hotel a month ago after my car accident for temporary housing. It was literally my worst experience and I tried so hard to make things work. For one the rooms are entirely too small and my rent was $1700 a month. They offer a refund after 30 days of taxes and promise to give it back in 15 days after 1 month but haven’t done that yet. They claim they don’t have any updates but I know they ripped me off. Another thing I got threatened twice but the staff. The staff made me feel so low and horrible at such a horrible time in my life. I tried apologizing a few times but things never changed. I understand having a bad day but every week it was always something I was dealing with. I personally feel like they hated me for no reason. They are rude, the rooms are dirty, and the staff will solve any of your problems. I’m just so happy I left I’m doing much better in life now that I left. All I’m saying is reconsider before ever staying at this hotel.

CON: Two stars for the staff who tried to accommodate such a filthy place. If I would have known what I was about to walk into. I would have spent the extra $20 -$40 for a nicer stay. I am appalled at how the management allows such filth. The saying is you get what you pay for is exactly true.. The first room I walked into with my children was roach infested! Nasty!! I politely declined the room. Sent me to a second and third room. Second room the door was stuck. The third room was better. Comfy beds. Cozy feel. I was thankful thy let me come early because we have been driving 16 hours straight and needed sleep. Wifi issues. PRO: The front desk was friendly and helpful. The beds was comfy and clean. No bugs. Amazing hot shower. Nice and clean apartment size fridge. Clean room. I always bring my own towels and soaps. Not a bad stay for a budget price.

Even though for some the area of which this hotel is located may seem sketchy, it’s a pretty decent hotel. The suites we’ll maintained, decent water pressure and hot water. Laundry on site and many restaurant and other attractions around. I would only ask they work up their pest control. Cause I caught a couple critters while I was there (3 small roaches). That’s was my only let down. Everything else was great.

Worse of the worst!!! People up all night yelling, fighting, partying! Room had no soap or toilet paper. Stove top was so dirty and unusable. Comforter had cigarette holes all over it. I was scared to get under covers for what else might be there! Miserable night!!!

  • 3/5 Laura C. 1 year ago on Google
We didn't realize there was so much going on over the weekend and didn't book ahead there was very little to offer that we could afford. $147 a night for a queen bed with a very small table and 2 chairs squeezed next to a fridge and sink. The bathroom felt like you were going to fall through the floor. Single shower no water pressure and a messed up water faucet with toilet and sink. It was a good location tho. Right next to the 183. Easy access .

I tried to book a room for tonight. The lady seemed annoyed with me from the beginning. She wouldn't give me the 10% senior discount that is clearly stated when you look up the hotel. "No ma'am we do NOT." Maybe someone is looking out for me by not making it possible for me to stay there. I stayed there several years ago, when deposits were required. I was never given my deposit back and all the managers sent rude emails, then stopped replying at all. I never got my money back. The rude tradition continues.

Hotel was nothing like it was shown online. If you want something that’s very basic and a bed then this wouldn’t be so bad but if you’re looking for quality don’t look here. They had homeless people around and lurking within the hallways of the property. There was also a heaping pile of urine all over , elevator included. The room itself was a huge disgrace , the ac ran and dripped a pool of water in front. There was also not to mention , two roaches were creeping up as the wall as I showered once at night and then the very next morning. I am beyond disappointed in my stay! I can go on and on about the condition of this hotel but you get the point. If you’re desperate by all means stay here but for a few dollars more you can find better quality !

Not to bad. Enjoyed my stay while it lasted. I would recommend it if your looking for something wallet friendly, in a decent location and if you need to be able to cook something with more than just a microwave. 👍

I made a reservation, called to confirm we were good to go and then was informed as i approached to check in that there was no rooms available and the gave up the rooms to people who walked in at 3pm over those who had reservations. There was 3 other families who were turned away and forced cancelations without warning, heads up, check in, etc. It would have been nice if they checked to see if those with reservations were coming or a heads up before they made the drive. The receptionists only response was "we had people at 3pm and you weren't here so we gave it to them and canceled your reservation." Mind you, check in starts at 3pm-11pm.
