SPM has lots of cool places to shop and eat. The big play area in the center has been used for years now though.

I went to the Super Target and had some fun. We don't have Target this size where I'm from so it was nice to see everything they had to offer. Very nice and clean and kept up with. Staff was very friendly and polite!

Summary: Decent parking, fun play ground for the kiddies. The details: This place is clean and has a lot of stores to choose from. Some of my personal favorites are Carter's and Amy's ice cream. Beware though, the cute electric rides for kids don't all work and will swallow your money. If you need a place to do some shopping and let the kids play on a super duper play structure under the shade of a huge Oak Tree, this is your spot. Tip: Jason's deli has ice cream too, it's help yourself though only chocolate or vanilla.

This morning I went to Southpark Meadows Shopping Center with my truck and trailer and I parked behind Old Navy out of the way where 18 wheelers can still load and unload. Told my wife to come pick me up so we can do some shopping and get some breakfast. At South Park Meadows were there for a couple hours came back to my truck was relaxing for a bit before I hit the road Then the security approaches me and tells me I cannot park there no more because I’ve been there for a couple hours and not conducting business

The WiFi is so bad at South Park Meadows, Some of the roads need to be fixed.. The pot holes are so bad. There is one area near Waterloo that should be removed. So many cars go over a piece of curbside that have probably damaged their cars.

It's a great location with a lot of fun shops, the problem lies with getting in and getting out. The service road is a perpetual death race and people drive like maniacs through the parking lot. I know it's not the establishments fault, but it's what this place struggles with.

My husband, three of our grandchildren, our son, and I are at the movies at Southpark Meadows. The large parking lot is clean and well-lit. There is a wide variety of clean, attractive stores, with decent prices. Recommended!

If you are walking or driving you must pay attention. This place is quite horribly designed for cars and pedestrians. The stores however are fantastic. Also the park has been indefinitely closed. I feel like they may open it up in 2024 as they are working on it right now. Excluding all the anti-pedestrian and even anti-car antics hah the store selection here is hard to compare to anything else. If you want it; it is here.

Enjoy shopping and eating at the businesses of South Park Meeadows. The biggest issue I ever have is the homeless population is ever present, which increases my safety concerns when shopping 🛍 alone or with my kids.

South Park Meadows is dangerous now and Gabriella’s has become a spot for criminals. 2 weeks ago there was a shooting at the restaurant. Yesterday, I went in for happy hour with my husband and a homeless man was inside. Harassing tables and a young female manager. The employees have to carry weapons for their protection… when the homeless man was walking around, I also had a knife handy just incase he came over to our table. When will the owners of South Park Meadows establishments stand together, get with the city and clean up their shopping center? I love the food, the staff and atmosphere. We love that place but it’s way too dangerous now. Especially don’t bring any kids. Stay safe guys, Austin is not safe anymore.

Great to get essentials here. I get sent in with a shopping list whenever I'm in the US to bring goodies back to England for the kids.

Great selection of stores. But you are better off driving a few extra miles down the road for better prices. Same stores off the highway are much more reasonably priced for the same items.

Very nice in/outdoor, country style wedding venue. It can occupy plenty of space for medium or large sized weddings. Beautiful country scenery, lots of tree shade and space for dance or outside activities.
