    Visited the Imaging centre 20 minutes later than the schedule appointment due to first time visit and walked to the wrong clinic. The receptionist named Michelle was very rude and made me waited for 1 hour before my 32 weeks scan. There was no other patients waiting apart from another man who came in after me for later appointment and he got called in first. She was nice to subsequent non Asian walk-ins. Can't believe to have received such treatment and customer service at North Park Private, but regardless, this shouldn't be the attitude as the face of the clinic.

    A big thank you to Virna and Michelle for being so helpful and professional while l was there for my Ultrasound. Their caring nature and making me feel comfortable was outstanding. They went beyond the call of duty to help push my results along that were marked urgent. Much appreciated ladies!! I highly recommend Northpark Health Care Imaging especially with these 2 amazing ladies in charge.

    Refused to see me because I didn't wear a mask as I have an exemption. Absolutely terrible place. Would not recommend. Plus they don't bulk bill.

    the lady who did my wife's pregnancy scan was so rude and cold, didnt explain anything no communications no nothing, not recommended. the other clinic outside of the hospital is way better than this place.

    Pathetic customer service. Horrible behaviour by staff . They humiliating their patients. I was there for my Ultra sound. It was a big day for me as i am expecting twins n there for my 20 week US to reveal gender . But as soon i entered there at 9:30am (my appointment was at 9:10) the receptionist n sonographer both treated me very badly. Made me cry in front of other patients. Wasn't expecting such behaviour. What if patient got late because not feeling well. I tried to call them to inform about my health. Never recommend anyone

    Paul in MRI, thank you. My claustrophobic mother-in-law went for one and she was very scared. We all had work and couldn't be there. Paul was kind and supportive. Thank you again!!

    Very very bad experince , unprofessional & over smartness .pls guys dont go there u wont get any result clear even you baby continue cry to get ultrasound pls god bless all .and pls check their rating before u go there . Very suprise from the health department they dont see why they have so bad rating this should be closed

    The service for my daughter's scan was fine and at the end I paid my share. As I waited for the check to come from medicare I kept getting sent late payment notifications. Finally when the check came in the mail I huried to the post office to send it to Bundoora imaging. A year later and I am still receiving late notices and letters from debt collectors even though medicare tell me that the payment has gone through. I have spoken to the finance department at healthcare imaging countless times telling them that they need to work it out with Medicare but are obviously too lazy or incompetent otherwise I wouldn't be getting these letters

    Absolute worst. I will be raising a complaint for medical negligence. Me, my doctor and the reception called them atleast 20 times (i have the call logs) with no answer. That was over the course of an entire week. We finally got through to someone to send the results and the next day we go to the doctor again and they still havnt sent them. I emailed the complaint line no response. What if it was a cancerous tumour and i lose another week
