Love my Parcel Pal 2 parcel mailbox! The build quality is so solid and I love that the front panel has a combination lock so that the mailman can leave larger parcels that can’t fit into the shute. The Charcoal and Merbau colour scheme matches the design of my new house perfectly and was the perfect finishing touch for my front yard and looks very classy.

I bought a black round wood storage for my cabin in the Blue Mountains. It is sturdy, looks authentic, the compartments are brilliantly useful and it holds sooo much wood !!! No more messy basket. Kindling, matches and wood all contained and it looks awesome in my timber cabin. I would have given more stars if i could have ❤️👏

Came across Milkcan when looking for a letterbox for our newly constructed house. The design options fit with our theme and I heard good things about the quality. We ordered the Ascot in white, along with the decal for our street name and number. We received it a couple of weeks later, on time very well packaged, and were happy to have made the decision we did as it's beautiful, an odd thing to say about something like this but it is what we envisaged to start finishing the front of the house. Since ordering, a friend also purchased the same model in another colour and was very happy as well.

I purchased 'Austin 2 Parcel Pillar Black - Merbau' from Milk Can. The parcel box is really solid and sturdy. The flap for both Letters and Parcels look super cool and easy to open to put the parcel/Letter. The parcel box has got a cushion at the bottom to protect any damage while dropping the parcels through the flap . The colour and the design is greatly attractive .The size of the parcel box is just perfect . One of the unique difference that I found is ,it can be opened only at the back of the box to collect the mails/parcels. Ideally, the other mail boxes have got the opening at the front. With the key offered, one can open the back door and access both mail and parcels. The customer service is really great. The staffs are helpful, so friendly, when I asked about the number stickers, they spent so much time to choose the right number that fits well in the parcel box. Delivery was on time, everything I ordered was included. No damages found.-that's really impressive. Keep up the fort !

$500 is a lot for a letterbox, but I looked at the reviews and thought it to be a good purchase. Reasonably happy with the box itself. My main concern is that it has only one anchor point in the centre of the base, meaning it's not as stable as it should be. I would have expected 4 anchor points at each corner. With only one anchor, it moves quite a bit and wouldn't take much to knock out. The main reason for the 3 star rating, however, is the appalling after sales service. I ordered the box with an address decal. It was delivered with the street spelled incorrectly (an error by Milkcan, not me). I was forced to chase up the replacement for a month before one was finally arranged. Close to a dozen emails sent with little reply. No apologies or reasons for the delay/lack of response offered by the after sales service at all. Very disappointing from an Australian company. Edit - one day after this review post, I had a call from the owner of Milkcan apologising and explaining the issues I had. Well and truly went above and beyond to address the issues and make up for them. Review edited to reflect this.

We are completely satisfied with our new Parcel Pal 2 mailbox. It arrived in perfect condition, due to the well thought out packaging. Installation was a breeze, I just poured a small slab below finished level and bedded a 500x500 concrete paver into it for a well finished aesthetic. Then a single masonry anchor was all I needed to complete the job. It looks great and the quality is top notch! I installed ours to face the driveway, as we had limited space from the front brick fence and needed to be able to access the rear door. I’m happy to say that it looks great from any angle.

Absolutely delighted with our new mailbox which has replaced a sad old rusty tin! It sits in a garden bed waiting for grasses and kangaroo paws to be planted around it - what an entrance to the house. I love the workmanship and design, both very professional. So happy!

I purchased Monza Stainless Steel Parcel + Mail Fence from Milkcan Outdoor. The Parcel + Mail Fence is really solid and sturdy. The colour and the design is greatly attractive. The size of the parcel box is just perfect on our new black blade fence. Also, bought 621 Address Decal Sticker - Medium - Black and 316 Stainless Custom Sign Large - Black Laser Etched they both really very great on our new fence. Bought mailbox and address sticker from Milkcan Outdoor products. Mailbox is of good quality, nice and sturdy. Decal stickers are also quite good quality and reasonably easy to apply. All products are rather expensive and our mailbox colour was not in stock, so we had to wait for about 2 months. Not an issue for us as we had construction underway.

After doing a front yard make over, we decided not to replace our old letterbox your typical run of the mill ugly stick looking things and bought a milkman parcel pillar in the charcoal. Very happy with the results. The charcoal colour compliments the other black trim and shade sail we have out the front and we are pleased with the comments we get from people walking past on how good it looks. Also means no more packages being left on our front doorstep, just waiting to be pinched.

Firstly the staff were very welcoming and super helpful. The showroom was amazing showing all the products and colours available for purchase. Well worth the one hour drive there and back. Our new look post box style letter box with parcel compartment is sturdy and stylish and our fold down clothes line is a perfect space saver and easy to erect. Very happy with the quality and price. I bought the "Hamilton Parcel + Mail Charcoal Pillar" with Bark front on it. You will see on their website that there is another review from me that I was encouraged to send in pretty much a few weeks after delivery - it was in haste to win a competition. So here is the second review three and a half months on. The letterbox itself is fantastic. Great structure and works perfectly - as advertised. However, the front has faded completely, and the bark colour is turning white. There is no UV protection at all, and it now looks terrible. I tried to remediate this with the team, and the said colour fading doesn't fall under the warranty conditions. They offered me a 25% refund only. But now I need to buy a whole new mailbox because it looks terrible, so I feel I am out of pocket a long way. I would still recommend that company, but if your mailbox is in the sun, do not expect it to last long.

We recently purchased a fire pit and table cover for our backyard. It looks amazing! The service at the showroom was excellent. In fact, we have our eye on some other products.

I got the Zurich Parcel + Mail Fence / Brick post box, fitted into a tubular fence rather than a picket or brick fence and it looks fantastic. It doesn't leak, holds quite a bit and I've found the postie and the junk mail people are actually using it. I love it!! The whole process was so easy and Milkcan kept me updated every step of the way. I also bought beautiful metal numbers for the letterbox and now have a house sign with numbers and the street name. The quality of all the products is fantastic and the service has been great. Highly recommend Milkcan.

Visited their showroom just to purchase our house number but then I saw this Hamilton letterbox and dng definitely had to purchase it. Thanks to Anabelle who assisteed us with our purchase and gave me a great deal for our letterbox and house number. We ordered a simple fence mounted letterbox, although we were sorely tempted by the various options available on their website. Their pricing was reasonable, there are a LOT of EXPENSIVE letterboxes out there! The unit arrived SUPER fast, within a day or two. They had packaged to two components separately but had bound them together with strapping, which means that the delivery service would have to work hard to loose a component! They also labelled it VERY clearly so that the delivery person knew it was fragile. The unit itself is very well made & the finish is very nice. Construction is very simple, the hardest part being cutting the actual fence! I would like for them to have found a way to protect the threads on the face plate, so that when it was powder coated the threads were unaffected. But you juts have to spend a bit of time working the nuts on & off, back & forth a few times to loosen it up. Fine for me to manage, but some folks may not know the right tricks to get the nuts to move smoothly on the threads. Otherwise it's a really nice unit & we've been getting compliments on our letterbox since we installed it, even though I haven't had a chance to stain it since it's been raining so much! A well made Aussie product!

Excellent product - quick to deliver and really impressed with the quality and value for money. I painted mine 'Monument' to match my homes colour scheme. The original colour was lovely but it's nice to have the option to colour match and paint the render if you want to - really happy with the result.

Absolutely LOVE our new letter box. We have just finished building our first house and had seen some letterboxes similar to the one we bought around the estate, and we KNEW we had to have one. We are both big online shoppers, so having a letterbox with a parcel drop off is a HUGE plus. Also, you can have friends drop things off while you're not home and you know it's safe. They had processed and sent our order the next day, so quick and efficient. The quality is also outstanding. The letter box is sturdy and looks fantastic. We chose this one specifically because it has a key to open the back, whereas others only had a 3 digit code lock. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Delivery was so quick, way faster than expected. The letterbox itself is also amazing! I basically never have to go to the post office to collect my parcels now, and I know everything will be safe in there.
