We had booked 2 Bedroom Hall room but got only 2 Bedrooms..They were asking for extra Money for Hall. The Place is a Bit on the Remote side but in the Monsoon it would be good as Lingmala Falls is visible from the Hotel. On a Whole an Average Place to be in.

Hotel services are good. Staff is too good. Food is tasty. Interior design of rooms are attractive. The view from window is amazing! Thanks Mr. Avinash for providing best services to us.

It was a very pleasant stay and absolutely lived it. The Location was great and the Hotel was very nice. The road to the Hotel maybe a bit tricky at night. The view were gras well.

Very good hotel, it's just the road that leads to the hotel is basicly an off-roading experience and scary post sunset. Food is very average breakfast in the morning is only Poha/Upma... you can order food from restaurants outside though.

The rooms were very clean and neatly maintained. Service was good too. Lingmala waterfall was visible from the room and scene was just refreshing and awesome.

Place you can just relax in the lap of nature far from Hustle Bustle of City. View from the balcony is stunning. You can enjoy sunrise from your balcony having a sip of tea 😇 It's a good value for money place Good homemade food will be there for your hunger.

Very inside from the main road. We were literally scared to go to the Sahyadri farm. Stud farm so but obviously horse smell was there. So we couldn't open the windows. But that smell was there in the bathroom so we had to bare with it. They have mentioned hundreds of amenities on the page but they had provided hardly 1percent of it. We had included breakfast in the package. They had mentioned that breakfast will be available from 7.30 am but We actually get it at 9.45 which was limited, paav size was very small. Misal was tasteless. We had requested the salt which we got after half an hour. So called coffee (hot) was very cool. No sugar available in the room. We had requested for it but we never got it. No toothpaste, brush, shampoo, conditioner, hair iron machine, tea kettle etc.(they had mentioned it in the amenities) not available in the room. No internet connection, no tv/dth connection, lights were not working. Also, they had mentioned in the amenities that they will provide the horse riding but when we asked about it they refused to it. We had booked the family suite but when we were at the reception they refused to give the suite they asked to stay in separate rooms. We were four people (husband, wife, daughter and son) how can we stay in the separate rooms?in the scaryyyy place? They told that the owner is coming to the farm so he uses that family suite. After lot of arguments he got ready to provide the suite. But in one day, couple of times he mentioned that just because of us the owner has to stay in single room. Was it our fault? If your owner had a plan to visit the farm then why did you accept the booking? If you are asking to pay rupees 7700 for the suite then it is your responsibility to provide at list basis amenities. This sahyadri farm had wasted our money and spoil our trip. Don't go to sahyadri farm if you don't want to waste your time, trip and money. I would give zero rating to the service, location etc. But zero option is not available BIG NOOO
