Had dinner here before heading to the airport. Great vibes, we went on a Friday and they had an amazing live singer. Does get abit windy outside, so bring a jumper. Ordered the steak and chips, grilled fish and chips, fish of the day and sashimi. All pretty good!

We went to the night show and dinner. We were picked up and delivered back to resort .the evening was amazing food had local dishes as well which were delicious. The show after was excellent. Dance and songs from each island. Highly

Great food friendly service, pick the right spot for seating as it can fet super windy in there. Had prawn and paw paw salad and fish n chips both meals were super tasty. Great location to stop at if u are needing somewhere close to the airport.

Never coming here ever again Went in with my grandmother my father and his partner for dinner just after 5pm, my dad and his partner went to the bar to grab a drink but were ignored by the staff who was too busy chatting away to another customer. Another staff member arrived at the bar but ignored them as well. Were they invisible to the staff or something. Meanwhile me and my grandmother were going to order off the snack menu but were told to wait until 6pm as apparently the chef had a busy lunch time, not really my fault plus if dinner says it starts at 5 then it starts at 5, not at 6 just because the chef had a busy day. Plus i saw the chef cooking stuff in the kitchen so what difference does that make. Does the chef own or run the place or something. The Wait Staff told my grandmother to move her seat over as there is another table and then came back and told her to move again. Eventually the 4 of us had enough and just got up walked out and left, This establishment ended up losing 4 customers. We went over to Trader Jacks instead and the service there was much better. Service was terrible and shocking, beyond a joke

Stopped here for a couple of beers before our flight home. Service was great as was the welcome and farewell as we left. The Hula Bar deck overlooking the lagoon teaming with fish and birdlife was a fantastic end to a holiday. We are regular travellers to Raro, and will definitely be back here for a meal and drinks again, not just a farewell drink.

Nice and clean rooms and friendly staff. But there are no hot or warm showers. And also the wait time on food is crazy on both days we ordered. Tasted great tho. People partying right outside our window all night with disco lights flashing. Had people knocking on our door 15 mins before checking out time telling us to go see the boss only to be told what we already know. Which was 10.00 checking out time. Not really worth $230 per night imo

We dined there as a family of 14 for the 2 course meal $25pp. Great deal, and the meal was filling. The chocolate cake was nice and hot with ice cream. Highly recommend if on a budget.

Was there having a couple of drinks waiting to catch a plane as it's across from the airport and decided to order a bowl of chips. After an hour of waiting I gave up and headed to the airport. Very bad service and when I asked about the chips I was rudely spoken to by the bar staff. I am still waiting for the chips. Don't go there to order food only drinks cause you know you will at least get them. To the manager , I was there on Thursday 17th and it wasn't busy so stop making excuses for very bad service. Reading previous reviews, it seems you haven't dealt with the rude staff and bad service. So stop making excuses and train your staff in manners and getting people what they order.

Stopped here for dinner before our flight and it was so delicious! $30 for ribeye steak with fries and salad and your choice of dessert. The steak was cooked perfectly, large portion and so tasty! I wish we came here sooner and not at the end of our trip. Views were beautiful, staff were friendly. 10/10

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Visiting from New Zealand. Service was abysmal. Food order was messed up; asked by the waiter on numerous occasions for our order, he said our order was lost or something to that effect. Overcharged and mislead on food portions. Drinks took twenty minutes to arrive. Questioned all this with whom I believed to be the manager, he blame us as the customers for what they self admitted to be the errors of their staff, basic hospitality 101 not to do’s. Refusal to correct problems. Can’t emphasis how bad all this was. As for the food 6/10, but not worth the risk of being overcharged and not refunded, receiving the wrong food items, or being blamed for staff errors.

Our stay was great, the lid of the toilet seat however didn’t stay up and was yucky to touch on the back of body. The restaurant and bar crew were amazing. We loved all food and drinks here so tasty but the seafood pizza blew us away it was the best ever had. Great location just missing a kids game room but overall satisfied. Awesome location also to the airport

Stopped here before my flight. The seafood chowder was delicious but wish they had it in a main size for a bigger portion. I was extra happy because there was a cat during my meal just visiting the patrons. Five stars for the seafood chowder and adorable cat visitor!

Popped into the restaurant & the waiters were so friendly. Food was quick to come out and super yummy. Good deals too! Great view.🍹 The Long Island iced tea was so interesting, tasted like a 50% alcohol to nonalcoholic ratio, we had one and left buzzy (not complaining) haha
