What a beautiful gem in the Portuguese country side. Alpacas are lovely, sensitive and intelligent creatures, who are understood here and treated with all the love and respect they need. The story about their needs and the personalities within the pack, was a joy to hear. And if you take the time, going for a walk with these lovely animals is just a fun experience. I highly recommend!!

Wonderful quiet farm-stay. 20 min driving from Aveiro. Close to the nature with all necessary facilities. Lisa, the host, is helpful and attentive. I stayed 3 days in a little paradise with cats, dogs, chickens and alpacas. The best way to escape from the city rush and stressful routine.

We had an amazing time at Lisa's place! We came a few friends to do the alpaca experience and it was so nice! We got to cuddle and feed the alpacas, Tor is very impressive :) In the workshop, it was very interesting and informative. It seems Lisa is very professional and she tough us a lot. We can wait to come back and stay in one of her B&B rooms in the summer when we are coming back!

A wonderful place for kids and parents activity! Feels like a good memory for the whole life. We had a great time with a 3 yo being with amazing alpacas and making a wool toys.

We stayed at Lisa’s place for two nights and booked through Airbnb (I recommend booking directly with Lisa). We can’t say enough nice things about Lisa and her two boys. They were so attentive, friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I loved learning about yarn spinning and watching a pair of socks being made from her vintage machine. You can buy hand spun and dyed yarn from the alpaca fleece on the farm and pre made items such as socks and hats. Please note that since you are staying on a farm, there are some flies and bugs that may enter the living space. Windows are open throughout the day and the furniture is antique and well worn. If you are looking for a cozy place to re connect back with nature, this is for you.

An absolutely amazing experience. Lisa was very passionate and told us many great stories about the alpacas. We got to brush, feed, and hang out with the alpacas Thor and Roan for a while and then walked them to the fields at the end of our time there.

The experience with alpacas is amazing! Highly recommend to visit! Also loved master class of doing small alpacas using alpacas wool Lisa is incredible storyteller!

Amazing experience, Lisa is so knowledgeable and great with kids. There is so much more behind this beautiful animal to learn. She is giving an excellent example of how to keep and treat animals. My kids can't stop talking about Thor 😉 FYI , we booked directly. We also bought some fleece and can't wait to turn it into something warm for the winter. I will come back for sure.

Staying at the Farm with Lisa and her two boys was such an experience! Alpacas are not native to Portugal, so staying at the Farm and learning about what Lisa does, her environmental goals and aspirations for the country was a wonderful experience! If you are making a trip to Portugal, take some time to stop and stay here (we booked through Airbnb but I believe you can book with Lisa directly). It is a great place to unwind and calm your soul. If you are looking for an authentic Portuguese experience, the nearby town of Palhaca will provide that experience.

This was once in a lifetime experience. Alpacas were amazing💓Lisa was very calm and spent with us extra time to explain everything regarding alpacas. She has truly amazing personality. If I am ever again in Aveiro I will definitely visit the place.
