Hairs on the bed sheets and hairs on the towels. Dirty place. Shame on Hotels.com for including this "hotel* on their website! Do NOT book this place!

Horrible place. Don't go there. Pictures are very old and not accurate. There is no kitchen or commun area anymore. The building has been left in decay for a long time. Room was dirty with stains on the walls and on bed sheets that has clearly not been washed. Greasy floor. Shower barely working, water not draining, all rusted and dirty. This place should be closed.

The location is amazing but the rooms needs some improvement I cant deny the housecleaning was very good but I struggled with the shower facilities and toilet but if you are a traveler who wants just a place to stay for few days this one is great

We stayed with four people in a family room. The room was not as small as most of the reviews describe here. It had a new bathroom and we had a pleasant stay for two nights. You can eat a free small breakfast at a place nearby. Good value for money. You might want to bring earplugs, because the building is very noisy.

Great shower and a large, comfy bed. The only thing was that there was a bit of a musty smell upon arriving. Otherwise, we knew the room was small and did not care as we loved the location.

Nice, small, personal, clean. Can be a tad loud but, hey, you're in the centre of the old town.

Aveiro was busy, ACL still had a room. Pleasent staff. Just ok.

The most horrible place .TV doesn't work, the AC doesn't work. Bugs. No elevator. Only stairs.

Great location for ONE night. The rooms can be a bit hit and miss. My friends didn't have any trouble with the check in machine. Safe and secure right in the centre though.
