Macy's galleria mall -Fort Lauderdale-FL For upscale shopping and a variety of dining options, you can’t beat The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale. I love to shop at Macys . I have a very good helpful and nice sales person Ms. Catherine at Galleria Mall sunrise Blvd in Fort Lauderdale. She always have cupons and spend time helping to find anything that you need.

It gets confusing at first when you asking for help with people not standing at their positions at the perfume section, and the fact that they each work for different brands, but it's all ok when they assist you and explain everything. It's a good shopping experience their, staff is cool, they're happier once you buy something they're selling or advertising which can make you feel pressured but it's all good though if you don't lol nobody bites lol 🤣... Overall it's a great shopping experience their, the store is beautiful.

Macy's is a maze. I usually use this entry to the garage for parking. But I had to visit the Toy's R US located on the top floor of the store just in time for the holidays. It's has a good variety of toys/games and photo opportunities but definitely not the toys r us from our childhood.

Really a great selection of products, well organized through all departments, making the shopping experience appealing. Prices are average and promotions and specials makes way to find exceptional values for you money. Associates are helpful and willing always to help you. Checkout was easy and fast.

Great variety of choices. Always some sale going on. We did our Christmas shopping there. The only problem is for such a big store they barely have anyone to help with sizes and fittings. And even when place is empty we didn’t see many helpers. I find mens department more helpful than Women’s.

I was at Macy’s a day before Thanksgiving and I was lost with a big box of sweaters that I had to return and, I wasn’t sure where to return it because there’s apparently two Macy’s in the mall , one for man and home and the other for woman etc, I didn’t know which one I was at. While I was roaming around, Gilda found me and asked how she could help, I explained to her I was lost and had to return some sweaters. She told me she would help me and directed me to the register. She’s such a sweet person and I appreciate her help, she worked efficiently and the return process was easy, she even kept the empty box to dispose of it for me. Thanks again for my experience easy and effortless.

Used to be better and used to have better prices, soon this will be close. Impossible to get someone at the checkout

I really liked it here, there are many brands of care, cosmetics, clothes, accessories, familiar to me and new for me, and you look and get aesthetic pleasure. There are affordable and expensive brands for which you have to work hard to have something from this store in your wardrobe, you have to wait for a sale or a holiday ☝️ share photos with prices 🙂📷

Great place to look for birthday gifts or to treat yourself. You can find clothes for men, women and kids. You also have furniture, kitchen appliances, kitchen accessories, decoration items for your home, cosmetics, perfumes, watches, jewelry and much more

Great experience. If you are going to buy jewelry, look for Maya in the women's section, she'll be more than you asked for in answering your doubts and providing great service. They should totally add a broader selection of male rings in the store, the wedding bands section is scarce.

When you've been. In one Macy's you pretty much have seen them all. The difference is the people. Most people that work retail are usually over worked. I have compassion and patience and they usually warm up. It's never easy dealing with the general public I just try to not add to their stress.

My visit to Macy's at 19535 Biscayne Blvd in Aventura, FL, 33180, was nothing short of outstanding. Dominique, the young lady manager, provided exceptional service during my time at the store. Her dedication and willingness to accommodate my needs were truly impressive. Thanks to Dominique's assistance, my shopping experience was a breeze, and I left with a smile on my face. I highly recommend this Macy's location for its excellent customer service.

How about we bought a dress for an event thirty days prior. After feasting on guava and cheese pastelitos, mangos, and whatever Miami has to offer, the dress no longer fit. Macy's declined our attempt to return or exchange, so we bought a prettier dress! All's well that ends well...

I had a great experience buying king mattress. The sales associate Mr. Peter Miller gave me very comprehensive information and helped me to choose the mattress I needed. Previously I bought the foundation for the mattress and bed in another store but Mr. Peter explained me that foundation I bought would be very high for the mattress I chosen. I returned the foundation to another store to be able to buy another one at Macy’s. Thank you very much for your great service, Mr. Miller!

Recently I was shopping at Macy’s mattress’s section. Mr. Peter Miller, furniture consultant was guiding me through the whole process, helping in choosing the mattress for my king bed and proper foundation. Previously I was in other stores looking for my mattress but only Peter was able to help me to choose my mattress. Very rude worker named Heleen at the jewellery department who refused to help us saying that she is waiting for some customer. She was standing doing nothing for 30 minutes. So unprofessional and unacceptable. Horrible customer service

I was getting a men's suit. They helped me pick the best fitting brand and got it appropriately altered. The staff was very friendly. It was one of my better experiences getting a new suit.

Macy's is Macy's! You can always expect to find good stuff here and many sales! Some of the Macy's staff in some stores aren't pleasant but not the case here. I think you'll be very pleased with your shopping experience here! Went for only a few minutes to buy a gift for a friend's birthday. We bought perfume for her. The sales associate was really good with us!

Wonderful place, I found all the fashion brands on independent Women's and Men's Clothing stores
