so
helpful,
caring,
knowledgeable,
multitasking,
cause
she
was
day
manager
and
still
spent

HOURS
without
a
fuss.

EXPERIENCE
AND
SERVICE.
All
sales
associates
were
kind,
caring,
knowledgeable
with
smiles.
LOVE
YA
ALL.
Then
went
back
to
Marshalls,
bought
another
sweater,
needed
matching
yarn
AND
OMG,
FRANCES,
WHAT
WAS
SOOOOOO
WRONG,
YES,
maybe
you
had
bad
DAY
BUT
DON'T
BRING
TO
WORK.
I
TRIED
OVER
AN
HOUR,
you
ok,
need
a
hug,
tried
to
make
jokes,
helped
her
restock
shelves.
All
ok,
why
you
treating
me
like
I
was
bothering
YOU.
I
HAD
TO
FORCE
HER
TO
HELP
ME,
She
gave
me
1
yarn
at
half
price,
WOW
AFTER
I
TRIED
DO
HARD
TO
PUT
A
SMILE
ON
HER
FACE,
REALLY???
IDK,
I
don't
get
some
people?
At
the
end
I
AGAIN
offered
another
hug
AND/OR
VIRTUAL
HUG
(DUE
TO
COVID),(u
could
tell
something
was
bothering
her,
even
other
shoppers
felt
it
to!!!),
and
said
I
LOVE
YOU.
HER
RESPONSE,
GAVE
ME
HER
BACK
and
walked
back
to
the
office?
🤷♀️
Spent
1st
trip
(Geraldine)
under
$300,
with
Frances
about
$60.
It's
upsetting
to
have
a
sales
associate,
WAIT
THE
NIGHT
MANAGER
treat
customers
like
that.
NOT
1
SMILE.
AT
SEVERAL
TIMES
GAVE
ME
THAT
LOOK,
SHAKING
HER
HEAD,
ROLLING
THE
EYES,
LIKE
go
AWAY.
WELL
Cest
La
Vie.
Hope
she
feels
better
or
FIND
ANOTHER
