Love this store for all my craft needs. I always find whatvI want, and could also make orders online. Particularly like their buy one get one 50% off offer on craft kits for kids. I have twin God children and those discounts really help out 😉 With the pandemic we also have gotten into knitting and crochet.

Great staff! Super helpful and no matter how many questions you ask them, the team never seems bothered. They have a good variety of items. However it's slightly pricey!

My mother and I went to Micheals for the in store class event: Makebreak pumpkin Fest on Sunday. When we got there we found out that they did not have the supplies needed to create the project. It was very Disappointing to hear that! The only supplies that was provided was paint and paint brush. We Did Not not signup for the class to paint the pumpkin! I brought the pumpkin in the store but everything else that was needed to do the project was not provided. What was advertised on-line for the class... was not provided in store! Micheals: Please make sure that whatever in store project that is being advertised on-line ... is going to be delivered in the in-store-classes...as it should be. However, my mother and I stayed & decorated the pumpkin with the paint that was provided to the best of our abilities. We decided NOT to let this situation ruined our mother and daughter day!

Is a nice store but too expensive. It has beautiful stuff but it is not for my pocket. Comparing it with Hobby lobby has better prices and specials

God I love a craft store. When I went all Xmas items were 50% off and Halloween was 75% off. I wish I had more money, but am quite pleased with all the things I bought

Usually I don't go to these places, but when I go, I need assistance to find things. And every time I go, I can't find anybody to help. This Michaels in Aventura, is not an exception... had to go to the storage at the end of the store to ask for help... the lady who answered my prayers was very helpful, but again, customers are not supposed to waste 10 min looking for any store associates...

My daughter loves crafting. She was able to pick up the crafting supplies she needed. She says, “best crafting store in the universe!” “That place is crafting heaven!” I was able to pick up somethings for autumn & Thanksgiving.

I've been shopping for jewelry supplies there for many years. Their stores have kept me supplied with many items throughout my career as a jewelry designer.

Is a big store with different materials for bakers, crafter, schools, kids, and more but just a few employees and of course no one wants to work there for 9$ hour totally understandable.

Manager Alejandro is extremely incompetent and arrogant person who thinks is the CEO of the company and ok not to follow their own policy. I made an online order with many items, all received together except one that was shipped I assume directly from manufacturer and that is why it did not come with a scan barcode for him to scan. The item is unopened with tag, price, received 4 days ago, available online to purchase but because his scanner was not picking it he could not process refund. 5 times he said I am trying to help you but can’t do nothing about it since cannot find item. The picture of item is online, tag on item, I have order # and he gave me refund on another item from same order but not on this one. Got mad, walked away, I called customer service and they said will issue credit and submit a complain. Another person said can override it and he was asking how is he suppose to know what item costs same 🤦🏻‍♀️ like $29.95 then he said he can do an exception and give me store credit which I could have easily taken but why when he has my email, order #, item with tags and within few days from delivery. I said no and he said to walk out. Seriously the most incompetent person.

The supervisor or managers in charge of the store project a negative attitude, like thy are tired of you shopping at their store 😦and interrupting their personal time. My latest experiences at Michael’s ended in a positive note due to the two young ladies at the register, from provided a discounts coupon to being attentive and polite. This store needs a make over also and lower their inventory price, totally ov is overprice

Without Mrs Geraldine❤ (2 HOURS, from1-2pm), I'd not have any clue what I needed/wanted. She was so helpful, caring, knowledgeable, multitasking, cause she was day manager and still spent 2 HOURS without a fuss. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. All sales associates were kind, caring, knowledgeable with smiles. LOVE YA ALL. Then went back to Marshalls, bought another sweater, needed matching yarn AND OMG, FRANCES, WHAT WAS SOOOOOO WRONG, YES, maybe you had bad DAY BUT DON'T BRING TO WORK. I TRIED OVER AN HOUR, you ok, need a hug, tried to make jokes, helped her restock shelves. All ok, why you treating me like I was bothering YOU. I HAD TO FORCE HER TO HELP ME, She gave me 1 yarn at half price, WOW AFTER I TRIED DO HARD TO PUT A SMILE ON HER FACE, REALLY??? IDK, I don't get some people? At the end I AGAIN offered another hug AND/OR VIRTUAL HUG (DUE TO COVID),(u could tell something was bothering her, even other shoppers felt it to!!!), and said I LOVE YOU. HER RESPONSE, GAVE ME HER BACK and walked back to the office? 🤷‍♀️ Spent 1st trip (Geraldine) under $300, with Frances about $60. It's upsetting to have a sales associate, WAIT THE NIGHT MANAGER treat customers like that. NOT 1 SMILE. AT SEVERAL TIMES GAVE ME THAT LOOK, SHAKING HER HEAD, ROLLING THE EYES, LIKE go AWAY. WELL Cest La Vie. Hope she feels better or FIND ANOTHER JOB!!!
