I came in with a frozen shoulder and losing my hopes. They used several modalities and I am on a verge of healing this. The therapist Riccardo and all the staff is amazingly nice and competent. The facility is great. Highly recommend this placed

Very disappointed. I’m an OT myself, called for my dad and they took his information- told me they’d call me back if his insurance wasn’t approved. My dad, an elderly man in pain, goes in and they say he has to pay. I called them and they tell me 1) it’s not covered 2) first appointment is usually free as consult, but need to pay for after—— that might be the case for chiropractor but not for therapy esp a Medicare/insurance covered patient- sounds like fraud. So disappointed. I never write reviews but shameful. Get your front desk in order especially for an established place.

I come to USA 🇺🇸 sports therapy at least once a week and I always get a very good helpful friendly team willing to work with my schedule. The doctors are very knowledgeable. It’s a good time. the friendly a front desk people they are just out of this world nice. They also make great coffee or tea (which ever is your preference)

Absolutely LOVE everyone here! From the front desk staff to the doctors. Everyone is professional but somehow also makes you feel like you’ve known them forever. Its very comfortable and also accommodates my schedule. They actually don’t accept my insurance however i go to them anyway and that should tell you everything. Results after 1 session -i was sold!

Very good good service to say the least. The staff is very friendly from the moment you walk-in. Dr. Stavros was able to identify my needs right away and address them. After a few visits my pain was gone. I highly recommend this office.

Came her after a car accident to get treatment for whiplash. My neck was stiff and I had lots of pain in my upper back/shoulders area. Everybody is very friendly and helpful. All the staff answers my questions wit patience, which I appreciate. The doctors are extremely profesional and with every visit I feel better. It’s nice to come for the therapy and leave feeling better. The pain after the accident caused me to be a little bit down. As a mother of 2 I was upset and frustrated I had to limit myself with my daily activities. I’m very grateful to everybody in the practice because I’m slowly feeling back like myself. Regaining full movement of my neck, arms and the pain is almost gone. Thank you!

I’ve been living with lower back pain and pain in my leg for months now. I finally went to see Dr. Cooper at USA Sports therapy. I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to diagnose what was wrong. He was personable and compassionate, and everything you’d want in a doctor. I had 8 sessions with the team. Every doctor is amazing. They really helped me heal when I really thought there was no hope anymore. They’re alternative treatments and instructed exercises set them apart from everyone else. USA Sports Therapy — Dr. Dave— is great in helping with my hip and lower back pain, which came out of nowhere and not only made every day life much less fun, it was wreaking havoc with my tennis game (I’m an avid tennis player). Now I’m on the mend and should be back on the courts any day now!

The front desk is helpful. We are always greeted by a professional staff. UPDATE: As soon as I posted this review, another chiropractor showed up to provide services instead of Dr Cooper. We have been 5 times for adjustments. We saw Dr. T once and another doctor who we have no idea what his name is twice. We were never given notice that there was a change with provider. These adjustments are $75 each session and my son’s symptoms have worsened. We were referred to Dr Copper and saw him twice. We will be returning to Kendall to Drs. Grusky and Esposito in Kendall to remediate and more respectful services.

The office receptionist informed me that she was instructed not to tell me if they took my insurance. I filled out the office portal information as requested including insurance information. Why not tell me if they took my insurance prior to my visit? I am a doctor and have had my office staff be fully transparent as to what insurances I take as does every other office that I am aware. I was told that I have to first go in and have a consult. Then they would go over insurance. This does not make any sense. By not informing me weather they take my insurance, I could be charged out of network fees.
