Very nice place super decorated and the kids had so much fun 🤩 this is my second time. Good classic sweets 🍭

We brought our kids, cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents to this event and it was the BEST time. It was a sold out night, but it didn’t feel crowded at all and we were able to do all the attractions in under two hours with plenty of time for photos and snacking! There is something for all age groups, the areas are stroller-friendly and parking is easy.

Compared to the advertising, it is a total let down. It should be called Carpet Carnival, since the snow is few and far. Very long waits. The place needs air conditioning it was unbearably hot.

Good Time a little expensive but it was worth it. My kids did enjoy it

Great family fun! Fun for all ages of children. Definitely felt like Christmas inside and outside the venue. Lines werent too long and moved fairly quickly. Food and drinks were equally good! Definitely recommend!

Had such a great time with the kids and family, the decorations were so cute & got my babies attention from the second we walked in, nothing better than some snow in Miami

So much fun!! Super cute for the kids, not a super large area but big enough to not be cramped inside. Everything seemed very well organized and it was really easy to sign the waivers and get into the carnival. Food was yummy too, lots of sweet treats!!

Went with our family on thankgiving weekend and had a great time, the kids had a blast. A little bit of winter in s fla is always welcomed.

When we went they canceled us due to rain and they have not returned our money for the tickets. We have tried to contact us and they do not respond.
