We felt like being in a kindergarten. People talking behind others back constantly. Bunch of jealous old ladies. Small pool. Pool's furniture falling apart. Low class park.

Wonderful, quiet RV park with very accommodating manager, Donna, and her husband, Joe. Loved the warm, therapeutic pool. Park is clean and close to a bus stop to downtown Yuma. Felt right at home with all of the friendly people at the park. We highly recommend Garden Oasis Adult RV Park! Thanks again, Donna and Joe, for a lovely stay! I stayed there four nights with my small motor home. Donna and Joe was awesome. the place is very well kept. the pool was warm water and very well kept. I would stay there again when I'm in Yuma again.

We stayed with our travel trailer at Garden Oasis for five nights. Joe and Donna were very accommodating. We loved staying here. Nice and quiet, full service (electricity, water, sewer and good internet). Close to town. Nice, clean sites. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Yuma!

Friendly small adult park very close to Mexico. Nice pool. very dog friendly. Right on the canal so great for dog walking and bike riding. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Clean laundry room.

We stayed here after our broke down. The on-site manager was wonderful accomodating and super nice. Our dog is her fan for sure🐕. The other residents we met during our stay were also very friendly. It is a smaller park and due to covid a good portion of their regulars did not come this year. The park was mostly well kept park models (many older) and some mobile travelers. It is very clean, has a nice laundry facility, clean heated pool and was very quiet. If we come back to Yuma, we will check here first!

If you have a bus, DO NOT GO THERE! Totally misleading advertisement on the web. Cramped area. Could not turn around our bus, hit a dead end and backed ALL THE WAY OUT! Had to disconnect tow as well. A full community of houses and small RVs.

Wasn't sure where to stay in Yuma but took a chance on this place price with good sam was great stayed 5 days and loved it. Hosts were friendly. I will be back Scott from canada

They're a really great 55+ park and friendly management too. Their park is very clean, organized, and they have paved roads too! They even have a really nice club house and many amenities to keep busy with.

A very nice, clean park with full hookups, a nice laundry facility and nice level sites with grass and a pool. Donna in the office was very helpful and nice to us. It was a good place to stop after a long, hot day traveling and it’s far enough away from the highway to be quiet.

So friendly and welcoming. Easy to get here. Near everything. All you can ask for and more.

I would go back anytime for the managers Donna and Joe! I was lucky enough to have them as my neighbors! Love them both! Btw Hilda I was at the resort 2 and 1/2 months and you never said Hi to me. It looks to me anything wrong about this resort starts right from the top including whatever was falling apart when I was there and which badly needed to be replaced or worked on. You should really be thankful to have Donna and Joe for doing a great job with what they have. P.s I really don't think that you are one of the owners, you misleading people by putting "owner". Not professional.
