Kudos to the chef. The Mac n cheese was the BEST I've had from any Chick FIL A. Frosted coffee and chicken sandwich was on point. The perfect meal has been achieved! Oh and FYI, make sure to use the app. You'll thank me later 😉

Not really sure why this place is always popping, but it always seems to be. I got the 4 pc chicken strips. Really can't go wrong with zesty Buffalo sauce. Quite tangy and delicious

Busy during lunch time on Saturday. Chicken wrap is good. Kid love the nuggets and crisscross fries. My little like this place cuz it got a kid playground.

They have Server's go to your car to get your order, Fast Service, Clean Area...

Food is good but the drive thru is sooo dirty all the time...gross take a pressure blaster and clean off the wall in front of the drive thru window been like this for at least two weeks.

Yum, our first time there. We got a chicken supreme sandwich with a salad and a spicy chicken supreme sandwich with Mac and cheese. And sweet teas. It was all perfect! Yum. We love the chick FIL a sauce! We highly recommend this awesome place!

OMG, this was my first time eating here, and I was so glad I decided to wait in that line. The line (by fashion fair in fresno) is so long and looks intimidating. I thought it would be an hour wait, but I waited less than 20min! The servers stand by the line and take orders so it goes quicker, and the lady was so patient with my kids and I as we asked questions about the menu. I will definitely recommend this place and I will go back in the future!

Please note that if you arrive on a Saturday after 5pm you will be waiting for at least 25 min for food + what you wait in line to order. There’s no seats to dine in and the playground area has kids that conduct wrestling matches inside. This location would benefit from expanding.

Overall experience was nice, tables had to be cleaned which is the only reason why a 4 star was given. Otherwise it was a great experience. Staff was good and kind in nature. UPDATED REVIEW: Second Visit, lines are long as always but it is to be expected at chick fil a, lovely staff and great amazing food. Updating to 5 stars based on a constant good experience at this location.

Great place to get chicken sandwiches in my opinion. Service for me is always fast when I do curbside. Inside is clean even the bathroom lol.

This location was very crowded and the staff couldn't keep up with keeping the dining room clean. My usual CFA would ask if you needed a beverage refresh this restaurant the folks wouldn't even make eye contact. They close off parking areas for the drive thru so you have to walk a fair distance to get to the store.

The only thing I wanted for my birthday was some Chik-fil-A. We drove all the way from Lemoore, and I'm glad we did. We were greeted by Michael at the drive-thru line with a smile and an awesome personality! They were extremely busy. But, they had a well organized layout. We received our food and it was fresh and delicious! Thank you! Shout out to Michael! ❤️

Worst breakfast I had! I have happened to stop by here to give their breakfast a shot. My sandwich was way too dry, and the coffee far too strong. I took a bite and since then I've been ill. Next time, I'll stick with the fruit and juice with the hash browns. Not worth spending $12 on a meal. Plus waited longer than I expected too, which caused me to be late to an appointment, and it was not busy .

We did drive-thru. Our choice. So, I'm not sure about the atmosphere inside. It was super busy outside, though. Lol Food is great. Customer service is awesome! Those young kiddos rock! They work hard and are good at making sure you have everything you ordered.

The line is always long, but it goes by faster then you would think. Food is always fresh and I think of the many times I have eaten here they only messed up and order once. I order the spicy chicken deluxe meal with 2 ranches and strawberry lemonade and nuggets for my puppies

Customer service was on point and everyone the employees were on point and they did an excellent job. The Cobb salad is now my favorite dish there. I've ordered a lot of things there but the Salad was amazing! The only thing that I did not enjoy was finding the way to the ridiculous drive-thru. I wish they got a different location since the mall parking lot is always packed. Thanks again.

I understand we all make mistakes and forget an item. Which is fine as long as you correct it. I called and spoke with Francisco who was absolutely great by the way. He offered to remake my entire order that way it’s fresh but what I didn’t enjoy, was the lady who brought out my order. She was very rude when she brought out my order. Didn’t even great me with a goodbye, enjoy, have a great day. Instead she said nothing at all and walked away. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. Other than that. The good and Francisco was great.

Food taste great. Lines move fast considering there is like 30 car lines. Sauces you get w the order are real good. But definitely Pricey. Paid $40 for 3 meals. It's not like I was ordering a grade A burger sirloin. Just chicken which is 1 of the cheapest meats. But realistically it was great food and I'll probably be back, just not too often for the price.

Food was great. Most staff was polite. The young girl who took my order seemed more interested in what was going on behind me and had a little bit of an attitude when I couldn't hear her mumbling.

The food is always delicious here. As usual there was a long line but it moves quickly because of orders being taken by employees as you are in line. I so appreciate the kindness and helpful attitude of the employees! I feel like I am treated like royalty every time I come here.

Adding onto my first review…. You guys managed to do it again. I ordered two counts of 12 piece nuggets and one, 8 piece. You guys failed to give me my second 12 piece. You guys sure didn’t forget to take my money. My order was $60 plus. And to the owner, thanks for not making it right last time. You probably won’t make it right this time, either. Thanks buddy. You guys lost a customer, forever. First of all, I ordered two large meals. They failed to give me a large drink and fry with one of the meals. Second, the large fry wasn’t even three quarts full. It’s sad. Especially when you pay $50 plus for your order.

Chick-fil-A is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the US and deserves a visit. The Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich is simply delicious because the chicken is perfectly tender and the sauce complements it very well. Unfortunately, during our visit, instead of a deluxe sandwich, a spicy deluxe sandwich was delivered, which at least also tasted good. The fanned fries are always a highlight, but could do with more salt. Since there is salt on site, this is not a point of criticism.

Just right amount for me, and the diet lemonade is delicious (my 1st time trying it)

Very fast service, accurate order and the food is delicious. Make sure to look at the menu online when the lines are long because the workers who come to your car to talk the order only show about half the menu on their displays attached to their tablets used to take your order. You can't see the entire menu untill you drive through the line and by then you've already placed your order. I would have ordered a chocolate shake had I known it was on the menu but I had my order taken by a worker with a tablet and half a menu.

I ordered a red curry here and it had a mix of flavors. It was evident that time was spent getting the vegetables to taste different than the rest of the dish. However it is important to note that for the prices it isn't that great. The different flavors are present however it doesn't justify the prices. The service was very kind and extremely quick.

I am writing to share a concerning experience I had at one of your locations, specifically the one an hour away from my house. During my recent visit at Fresno CA. Fashion fair. , I was asked to leave the drive-through line under the false pretense of cutting, even though there was no one else in line. I was informed by the drive-through attendant that the manager, instructed them to ask me to step out of the line. However, when I called the restaurant to address the incident with two managers, including one named Fernando, both denied having requested me to leave. As a loyal customer with numerous rewards, this incident has left me disappointed and confused. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
