Enjoyed this experience today! I did try their breakfast burrito, it was more of a panini, the add on salsa was decent. I had my own tapatio to add spice / flavor. They actually have the wifi password posted which was nice, amazing ambiance for working, catching up with a friend or just reading a book. Really enjoyed the coffee, had just a dark roast but they take their roasting serious! Sundays they turn into a church, so don’t expect coffee that day.

Lots of choices for coffees and other beverages. Spacious and welcoming atmosphere. Outdoor seating and plenty of parking make this a great stop for a quick bite or hang out for working on your laptop or hanging with friends.

I absolutely love coffee and have experience roasting and working as a barista. For years I’ve been a patron of just about every coffee shop in the area and can conclude that Coastal Peaks Coffee is the best coffee here in SLO. It may not be the coziest place to sit down but it’s still a pleasant place to relax or work. They sell coffee by the pound and it blows anything I get from a grocery store out of the water. The baristas are very knowledgeable and friendly, even when it’s very busy they’re still patient with me and answer any questions I have about certain roasts. Keep it up 👍

Another great coffee shop in SLO. My vanilla latte was prepared quickly and tasted good. I also got some monkey bread that they warmed up which was really good. Lots of seating inside and outside. 4.7/5.

Golden latte is a must try. Small cup for its price but a local special. Blueberry scone is delicious when warmed. Always good service. Very nice ambiance vibe in the shop.

Beautifully decorated and great customer service. However their large cups are small. They advertise that they have loose tea , however they are packaged tea bags. When recieving the iced tea, it had very little flavoring.

Good coffee and nice staff and beautiful cafe set up. I ordered coffee and breakfast burrito. The coffee was good but burrito is so so. I usually buy coffee from them when I’m in SLO.

Lovely local coffee shop with great coffee and food! The slo bagel is insanely good, my favorite! Their breakfast burrito is fantastic too and the premade lunch sandwiches are so fancy and delicious!

Finally got the chance to stop in here. Service was good, but I want to go back and try coffee once more to truly give my thoughts on it, I'll be back to update my review from the coffee standpoint, I got a turkey sandwich with pretty good flavor, and added good flavors without overcomplicating it which I like. We also go burrito which I feel can use work, not my favorite, I also feel salsa should come with particular food items not added on as and “charge” ever all good place and I'll be back to try again

Nomad coffee snob approved! 🤤☕ traveling from Portland to SoCal and I find this amazing little gem. I got a 6 shot cinnamon mocha and the pack got pup cups. I could stay in here all day and just smell the smells 🤤 100% will be stopping back when I come through again.... Complaint: no stickers to add to my van's window of fame 😞 hopefully that's a thing next season 😉

They've always been good to me. The coffee has always been delicious. The owner is a sweet man who always says "Hello".

Consistently the best coffee in SLO & Five Cities. Hands down. My almond milk cappuccino tastes just as delicious as the last time, every single time. This is one of the only places in SLO (besides Kreuzberg...unless there's another I'm unaware of) that makes a third-wave style cappuccino with silky microfoam. Amazing! Beans are roasted in house apparently? I bought a bag of whole beans to enjoy at home when I can't make it into the shop. Tasted great in my pour over!

The SLO bagel is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Will 100% be back. The scones look really good

Absolute best coffee spot! First and foremost the humans who work here are so kind and beautiful, all a delight upon entering. The food offering is on point and they get it right. Today I ordered a bagel I’d only find in NY and it was the first time I found something as good in this area. Sheridan coined a iced cappuccino that’s out of this world. Their COVID standards feel safe and aware. I don’t get to go to Coastal Peak Roasters often but when I’m there it’s the happiest treat and I highly recommend going for their incredible coffee, staff, food, space…all of the above!

Nice coffee shop away from the main part of town. Typically very quiet. In my opinion, the best roasters in town!

I love love love this coffee place. We accidentally found this few years back when travelling around the central coast. They roast their own beans. Doesn't have another branch as of the time of this review. Really good beans and coffee. I would swim in their coffee if I could. Whoever they get their pastries from please keep them forever and ever. Have tried the chocolate croissant and the morning bread and monkey bread and it was the bomb. My fave cold drink is their iced mocha. This will always be in our stop when passing by the 101 area.
