Took over 25 min to receive two subs. Crew made the order of the people behind us before ours for some reason even though they ordered after us. Cashier made the ordering process way overly complicated and then messed up our subs anyways. In the end paid $34 for two messed up subs. I came here because I expected it to be better than subway but it was worse in just about every regard.

We stopped in this past week for subs at lunch. The subs were excellent!!! The employees were also super nice and appreciative of our business. They have daily sub specials which we will be back to try. I recommend checking out Firehouse if you’re looking for a great sub that’s a step up in taste and freshness!

Great food and excellent customer service! The worker was very friendly and professional during a busy rush. The place was very clean too!

Food good. Location hard to get to from back road. Lights appear off or dim from outside. I was not sure if they were open until I walked up to the door.

Firehouse Subs consistently provides tasty food that is freshly made. The bread is super tasty and the variety available is amazing. The prices aren't super low, but the quality exceeds most sub places in that price range. I will definitely be a return customer!

We got the Italian Sub. It was ideal. Flavor and portion were the best sub sandwich we’ve ever had. The service at the Avon location was fantastic too. We’ll soon return!

Always a great lunch or fast dinner...quality ingredients. Fast. Just wish easier to get to from road- I think they would be busier if more access provided...however zero complaints outherwise!!!
