Everything about this place is on point and very good. The food temperature could be better and hot as it should be but food taste and flavor is good either way.

Delicious food, with many side choices, fries, onion rings, side salad, soup, steamed broccoli and more. The mushroom Swiss burger is amazing, so is the chicken sandwich both the fried and grilled. Very good service and great atmosphere for families. Also the prices are very reasonable.

A good burger chain with nice menu options. I sampled quite a few items and enjoyed them. Burger was great, fries were good, cheese curds were good, and the Reuben melt wasn't bad either.

My first(and last) Culver's burger experience. Ordered a double burger with only lettuce and tomato but the burger I received was everything except lettuce and tomato. However the biggest issue is that the burgers are apparently only cooked well done. So it was expectedly dry, leathery and tasteless. No lie Wendy's is better tasting

I got a single Butterburger with onion rings. Burger patty was dry and warm, not fresh, and you can tell. The toppings were sloppily put on and had basically no lettuce and itsy bitsy pickles. Onion rings were a bit warmer but mid. Girl taking my order was impatient and guy at window did his job efficiently. With this being my first time here, I would say it's a C+ establishment with a lot to be desired. Wendys does fresh better.

Great food. Probably my favorite fast food. Reason for three stars is the accuracy. Make sure you double check your order! Got no napkins and no sauce with my order despite my sauce choice even being on the receipt.

Extremely disappointed on my first visit. My butterburger was overcooked and extremely dry. It didn't even come close to covering the bun. I asked for cheese, mustard, pickles, and lettuce. There were two small pickle slices and three pieces shredded lettuce. Definitely not what I expected. The fries were good and the custard was good. Not sure if I will go back and if I do it's going to be quite a while.

The customer service at the counter was great. The dining area was mostly clean. Fountain drinks were correctly flavored. The wait was long but it was lunchtime in a heavily traveled area. The order was incorrect, and of course, we didn't notice until we were back at work. The french fries are crinkle cut kids style which was weird for me. The burgers weren't as flavorful as I was expecting. Overall I wasn't impressed. I'll stop in again but it won't be a regular go-to for me.

Living in central New York, I'd never heard of this place. How I wish they'd open up here. Spicy chicken sandwich was so good. Hot, juicy and delicious with just enough spice to make it perfect. I shared fries and they, too, were spot on. Too bad they're so far away.

I’ve been eating at Culver’s for several years so it’s been pretty reliable on service while the food is mostly three stars. But the last several visits have been disappointing. Just tonight, we went through the drive-thru. I ordered a cod dinner and my wife ordered a cod sandwich, paid and pulled up and waited about 15 minutes for our order to come out. The bag contained the sandwich which was Luke warm but it was minus the dinner. So we circled around and claimed the dinner. After that we parked to eat. The wife was satisfied with the sandwich but the fish dinner was Luke warm and the fish was greasy and soggy as were the fries. But wait there’s more. I had asked for cocktail sauce but it wasn’t included, neither were utensils to eat. On the way home I stopped for gas and we threw everything in the trash. For a restaurant that only serves three-star food Culver’s has some work to do. Just last week Ai basically had the same issue with a Wendy’s meal. The fries were only half-cooked and the bacon on the burger was so hard it couldn’t be chewed. I’m going to learn how to be a better cook.

I always stop here when going to visit family in the area and I stop here all the time. Always friendly service, great food, and a laid back atmosphere. I was in the drive thru last time I went and forgot my wallet and had to run home to get it. They not only held my order for me, but remade it because it was cold when I got back and then gave me a free drink while I waited. Love this place and I will always be a customer.
