This is my favorite Costco and most enjoyable to shop at! It’s the neatest, cleanest, and least chaotic. The food court is the nicest as well. However, what really stood out to me is if you call with a question, the Manager is very helpful, pleasant, and gives you all the right information! From dealing with Costco corporate and other locations, customer service is hit or miss and sometimes you go around in circles. This is the only location where I didn’t feel like a number and got amazing customer service.

The store has a variety of items at a good price. However, the staff will benefit from training on customer service . When I asked for assistance, they reacted as I was bothering. Their self check out registers are horrible. You can't remove any items from the counter until you finish paying all items. However the size where you place items after paying is extremely small, and the system keeps shutting down. In addition you can't pay cash only credit card. One employee was available for 4 machines, and she was doing a price check. I was waiting for assistance over 10 minutes.

Selection is pretty good. Prices are awesome. Good deals and products in the jewelry/majors. Meats and fish are top notch. Great pricing on liquor and special stock rotates with some frequency. Their house brand, Kirkland Signature, is top quality at bargain price. Fantastic. Lines move very quick.

Although I don't have a membership I have gone a few times with my friend Tabitha who is a long time subscriber. I can't say anything bad about this place I love it, they have everything from potato chips to couches. you can buy in bulk obviously and the prices are pretty good. Also everything is kept clean and tidy, very well managed. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will get a membership one day...

This location is excellent when its not busy. The food court does a good job and pre-ordered pizzas are ready on time. Overall the store is nice and tidy. Do not go on weekends unless you want to wait in lines that extend to the rear of the building. Im not sure if they are relying on their self checkout too much or lack the manpower, but I hardly ever see more than two registers open at a time.

Love Costco. Large selection with great price. The food is absolutely fantastic. Best rotisserie chicken anywhere.

I usually find everything I need, but the quantity of items works for families. I do well when I buy toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, aspirin, vitamins, and supplements. Tuna Kirkland brand is the best I have ever tasted.

Even if the store is very busy, the self service check out keeps you moving. I won't buy my yogurt at the supermarket anymore because getting it by the case at Costco, along with my Dunkin' Donut coffee pods, saves me a significant amount of money. Their $4.99 rotisserie chicken has to be one of the best deals going! Glad they've kept the price low on that over the years.
