Everything was fine until we were leaving and the lady at the door stopped us and wanted to see our receipt which is fine I have no problem with that at all but behind us a white male was leaving and the lady did not stop and ask him for his receipt we felt discriminated against we work hard just like anybody else why should we be singled out! I plan on contacting management over this situation

I like this location. It's well staffed and always stocked. What's interesting is I've found a few items cheaper at this location than Brockton, and it's about 5 mins away. I think of all things I like the exit greeters .... 😆, there is only lady who is really sweet.

Avoid this place if you can. I think the only safe time to go is the minute it opens on a weekday. Anytime after 9am is no good. I am very patient but the last few times I just left the line and went elsewhere. Now the prices have moved up to other local grocery stores. It was worth paying more for less stress elsewhere but now the prices are the same so there is no reason to choose here. If you can go elsewhere for what you need do it. Even if you pay a bit more. Otherwise only go here within minutes of opening. It's not worth it.

I would like to know why do they have a person at the exit stopping the customers to check there receipts. Some people have a carriage full of groceries. Its not like they can compare the products in the carriage to the receipts. I think it's aggravating. They can see the person has just left the register paying for their merchandise. Just really silly to me.

It's a walmart. This one is usually pretty crowded. Cleaner than most. They have more human checkouts than self checkouts. They check your receipts against what you buy when you leave which causes crowding. Seems they think everyone is a shoplifter.

Came here in need of a motorized chair. I parked in the handicap parking (with my placard), hobbled to the entrance, and found no carts. It was about 2:30pm today, and I asked the blond-haired, middle-aged greeter (could not find a name tag) where I could get one. She said they must all be in use. “Thats fine.” I said. “Where can I sit to wait for one? Do you have a bench or chair, or should I give you my number and go to my car so you can call me when one is available?” She argued that there were no benches and I just had to wait. Finally she said to wait and she’d get me a chair. I was in a lot of pain but waiting, and she started to walk away and then saw someone with dog and ran over to pet the dog and chat the owner up and I just stood there and stood there. Finally I calculated I could walk to customer service or back to my car. I hobbled to customer service. I leaned in the counter and waited my turn and asked for a chair. I was told to ask the lady out front I asked if a manager could be sent to Dunkin, and I’d sit there. No one came. I decided to leave. Just as it was Leaving, someone using a chair finished and left it out front so I did shop, but this customer service was awful, and I filed and official complaint with corporate.

If you get a grocery delivery they steal your items and money and say they delivered them, if you try to call the store after they ignore your calls and keep disconnecting you. Very ignorant staff.

What i like about the Walmart's in Avon is their large supply of everything including their grocery, good produce & bakery areas & so much more. A one stop shopping location for all your family needs. I recommend trying.
