This is an amazing store. The manager was extremely helpful working with me on a chair I had bought at another Ashley Furniture store. That being said, the Ashley Furniture stores are mostly made to order Furniture stores with a typical lead time of 6 to 12 weeks on nearly all their products. If you need something fast, these stores probably aren't for you. If you can handle the wait then you'll probably find some high quality furniture made in the USA. It just stinks that buying furniture has turned into the same paperwork process as buying a car. For that reason, I wanted to give the stores a 3 star but honesty the workers were great and the product is great and for that, I'm sticking with the good rating.

We went into Ashley Furniture a few weeks ago to look around. Fred helped us and was knowledgeable, not pushy, and very nice! We wanted to just look and “think on it”. We went back today and requested Fred as our salesman and he helped us with our beautiful sectional purchase! He made the purchase process very smooth and we enjoyed him as a person and salesman from start to finish! Highly recommend requesting Fred for your furniture purchases at Ashley!

The salesman was awesome. He did not follow me around the store like the lady at Godby did. He gave me plenty of time and space to browse, compare, think etc. At the end he worked with me to get something within my budget. Will definitely be going back the next time I need furniture.

Enjoyed our experience with the floor staff, however delivery and poor customer service has resulted in a one star review. The delivery of the couch was missing a back cushion. A picture was sent and was informed that day that a replacement would be delivered. Four days later when I called customer service they hadn’t order it yet but said they would. After a week a cushion cover only was delivered not the actually cushion. I called back several times with my order number but stated they couldn’t help me because they didn’t know what couch I had ordered even though they had my order number. Multiple phone calls in and still no help and an incomplete couch. Three weeks in and can’t get a simple cushion sent

Chance was very good with all my needs and had very good customer service. It was challenging for them because there were only 3 working but they all pulled together and did excellent. Thank you Chance if I need anything else I will definitely come see you.

Ashley furniture was amazing! We bought our furniture in June thinking our closing on our home was July 5. That didn’t happen. We actually just moved into our home Dec 16th. They held onto our sale patiently for us. When it was time for it to be delivered they sent two of the nicest delivery guys. Great job Ashley furniture!!!!

I was approached by the sales lady Suzanne and we clicked. She didn’t pressure me she allowed me to walk and look as I pleased. I ended up buying a really nice sofa and I’ll be going back for the mattress next. Thank you Suzanne for making my purchase not so scary and look forward to buying from you again.

Chad, the salesman, was very helpful. I had lots of questions and he was able to answer them all. I am so happy that I made the decision to go into the Avon store today. The prices were right and the quality is excellent. I'm looking forward to the delivery of my new furniture.
