Me and my wife Love this place, but this time In Avon Ohio . We order a Lettuce Wrap Well done with CHEESE, The cheese and Burger is ICE cold. I just wanted a Credit but refused to give me a credit or replacement. They said we can send you a gift card which would come probably in a week or 2. Why would I want a gift card? I literally just wasted gas and time for an Ice Burger Lettuce Wrap and I want it replaced, How is that so hard to comprehend? Worst customer service. JEFF FLOWERS NEEDS TO FIX THIS ASAP.

Quick and friendly service. Good food. Their burgers are sweet so in my opinion so they have a different taste than most burgers. This isn’t in a bad way though. My only knock about Swensons is that their drinks are small and are mostly ice. The potato teezers were my favorite! They are like a love child of a jalapeño popper and a tater tot! Yum!

Dillion was an amazing server! He was very polite and familiar with the menu and recommended some good options. He was zippy quick, came right out to take our order and hustled to each and every customer he took care of! Excellent service.

Who doesn't like a place where the food is brought to your car. We had the fried bologna sandwich. It was good. Service was fast.

Today was the first time I tried Swensons and I’ll never go back. I got a Gally burger it looked good till I bit into it and it wasn’t cooked all the way thorough. The fries tasted like they were fried in salt (they may always be that way I’m not sure). The only thing that was great was the brownie.

My server was very friendly. Dylan was amazing. The food was fast and fresh. He gave me great alternatives and even sold me on some poppers (jalapeño). I recommend everyone come and visit. Best Swensons ever.

Food is great but…My God, Bailey (the curb server) was outstanding. He was extremely polite and helpful with it being my first time here! I don’t know what you are paying the guy but he deserves more! Thank you Swensons and Bailey for a great experience!!!

Their burgers are really good. I have to give 3 stars because its always a 50/50 chance that the burger isnt cooked all the way through. Theyve never gotten the order wrong and the food is always warm. I still order and hope for the best!

Brett was very helpful and informative! Didn’t know they put Cajun seasoning on the fries and he offered that right off the bat. Love this location! Everyone here is so friendly

So I was just at the Avon location of Swensons and I just want to sat that Dylan provided the best service I have ever experienced anywhere! The food was also amazing and arrived to my car very fast, while Dylan also approached my vehicle before I could even park. Talk about fast service!! Will definitely be coming back!

Service here is okay, wants to give ChikFilA but falls a little flat. Swenson's food is always hot and tasty, got the double cheeseburger, caramel milkshake and potato teezers. It was amazing and my family from out of town was very impressed.

All we got were shakes and it was fantastic! The service was unbeatable. Our server Maria went above and beyond for me and my family. We shared a fondness for cats and candy cane shakes.

Never really had an issue. However greatly disappointed in my online order for pickup experience. Not sure why the buns are burnt to oblivion. We're dancing on the line of charcoal here. Order missing paid for upcharge items. Not sure what happened.

Whenever we visit the Avon Area, we like to stop in and get a Galley Boy burger. For the money, it's one of the best burgers you can get. Great flavor and a very inexpensive price. Plenty of sides to choose from and the shakes are fantastic to top it off. Love coming here

Dylan was our server and he was great. Food came out exceptionally well and everything was to our liking. He was patient and friendly and very helpful when we had questions. Definitely will be coming here again

Dylan was a great server tonight. He was very helpful at letting me know his favorites. One of which was the galley boy. It was so good. There was just enough sauce on it. He also was super helpful in coming to my car quickly when I put my headlights on. He deserves a raise!

First time at Swensons! Very cool concept they have and the service was spectacular. Trevor handed us menus and told us what he recommended. Overall he was very friendly and helpful!

Really enjoyed the experience. The Ohio drink was up there with one of the best drinks I have ever had. Good burger, and good service.

Galley burger is not that good. Onion rings and jalapeño fryers tasted like old oil was used. Server was super fast and nice. But I do not think I will go back. Too many better choices out there.

My server Gage was awesome :)! He put me on to the new special shake that is just to die for! The other server Bridgette was super sweet when she brought me my food. Will definitely be back (specially if Gage is serving me)!

Park, order, and eat all from your car. Great service and decent food that is moderately price. Only negative is the food is not comparatively filling enough for the price. Would still recommend though, and worthy of additional visits.

My husband and I tried Swensons for the first time. We ordered cheeseburgers, onion rings, chicken tenders & milkshakes. Bridgette was our server. She came to our window almost immediately after we pulled in, despite the several other cars that we also present. She was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. She made recommendations that turned out perfect. Food came out fast and hot. We were so surprised how such a young girl could manage such a busy night and still give great service to us and what looked the same great service to the other cars as well! Swensons in Avon Lake is now our #1 go to!! Thanks Bridgette!

As a cook myself I can say the fryers had super clean oil, everything was fried & cooked perfect, and the milkshakes were amazing. & the service was matched to the best food! Thank you swensons crew! When they say America's best burger they mean it! Food was excellent, the staff was very quick and friendly. Definitely would recommend trying them! (I had the Galley Boy Burger, their signature burger)

Very fast and great food. It was my second time ever going to a Swensons and it's been like a year so I didn't really know what I was doing, but my servers, especially Bridgette, were super friendly and sweet. Y'all need to get that pumpkin pie milkshake!!!

I love Swenson 's. They have delicious food. Lots of choices from an American style menu (burgers, fries, sandwiches, milkshakes). Be aware, the portion sizes are a little bit smaller. I prefer this, but, if you are hungry, order two.

Gotta love this place and their always-chipper servers who run around from car to car taking orders. The menu is diverse--from the yummy and famous Galley Boy topped with an olive, to egg salad, soup, and sloppy Joe's. Beverages are also a plethora of flavors, in drinks and shakes. Brownie and ice cream sundaes for desert. They also have a different seasonal shake, like pumpkin.

First time coming here and let me tell you it did not disappoint. The burgers were on point juicy and delicious. The shake’s actually taste like what you order I got a root beer one and like I said did not disappoint. The onion rings are a must and so are the zucchini fries! Definitely worth the money 10/10 would recommend!

I finally had Swenson's for the first time last night and I have to say, it's not bad at all. The service is amazing, the employees are nice and are well dressed, and the fries are amazing. The only thing I do wish is that the chicken patties were fatter, but other than that the money was well spent.

First time eating here the guy who took my order helped me order, as i just said whats popular. No hesitation, super friendly and quick was able to manage having a conversation and keeping to his work schedule. The girl who ran the food out she was really nice. Food tasted great. Service was incredible! This was my first time and the bbq sauce on the burger knocked it out the park! I love the curbside food approach. All around great experience. Food was so good I forgot to take a pic.

Stopped to try the “Galley Boy” after reading a story about it online. I see why it is rated best in Ohio! The curbside service was great, with a friendly, cheerful server that gave us the lowdown on some of their items they have that other places don’t. Great burger and potato teezers… I will definitely be back.
