We seen it on Diners Drive Ins & Dives, and Man vs Food. I heard it was good, so on our way back from PA, we decided to take a detour to try it. The place is amazing! We had to wait on a Sunday afternoon for a table, for whatever reason they didn't use the side room. The wait was worth it. The food came out in a reasonable time, quicker than I thought with as busy as they were. Service was great. Our waitress stopped by several times to see if we needed anything, if food was tasting good etc. Quick on the refill. Can't ask for more. I had a cheeseburger, my wife the mac n cheese burger. Both were big, and filling. We both took food home. My wife ordered appetizers, they were great too. She wasn't fond of the coleslaw that came with hers, but only because she said onions were pretty hot. I thought it was good. I'd recommend it!

Pretty slow service but the Jalapeño popper sandwich never fails me (add bacon to it, I promise you won’t regret it) & the strawberry preserve sauce is amazing with it! My all time fav meal whenever I visit Ohio!

The team member working was so friendly helpful. I don’t know his name but he’s super nice. The menu is extensive. Just found that His name is Caleb.

Was hype about going here as I hear good things. It's decent, not somewhere I'll be going constantly as the food is average but price is a little pricey. I will say I do like that you can choose your portion size for how hungry you are! The service was amazing as our server was great and very helpful! Overall a good place and we will be back, just every so often.

Decided to visit this location after a few disappointing experiences. We saw they had a new menu and came to try it out. Tried the new wrap option and it was very good and crispy. The staff was kind and the service was quick. Excited to come back!

The meals were just amazing. I had the Philly cheese steak sandwich, my wife American cheese burger, my daughter had the Monte Cristo sandwich and my son in law had the cowabunga sandwich. I also got some samples of their ciders and found one a just loved. You will find many choices on the menu. Restrooms were well kept. Good cleaniless through out the restaurant. This is my second time eating at this location and I am always very pleased with the food and drinks, as well as the price for the meals.

STAY AWAY FROM THE AVON LOCATION! Me my wife and 2 year old daughter went to the Avon location and got seated right away. Server came by (Never introduced herself) and took our order. We both ordered the The New Bomb Turkey sandwich. She asked if we both wanted tofu (Since we're vegetarian) we said yes, and ordered kiddo Chicken tenders with applesauce. She left and we didn't see her for roughly 20 minutes. She then came by with our drinks and said she was gonna check on the milk for our daughter (That she had to get behind the bar.) About another 15 minutes came by and she said they were out of milk and offered apple juice. Then we waited. And waited. And guess what? Waited some more. Finally flagged her down, asking if we could get our kids dinner. She instantly brought it out. Then waited more. Eventually she brought out the food, but only one had food and the other plate was empty. She asked if everything was fine because we looked "confused." At which point I awkwardly had to point out my wife's plate didn't have food. She told us she was under the impression we were sharing? We never specified we were. I need to point out that almost every interaction with her, she seemed annoyd with us. Then when it was time to pay, she just dropped the clipboard and receipt on the table and stormed off. Then we AGAIN had to point out my wife never got her food. After yet another 20 minutes we got her food in a to -go container. We get home and the fries were missing. Save yourself the headache and go to the Lakewood or Independence location. We're never going back. Aside from the horrible, abysmal service ..The food was in fact the only saving grace. It came out really good.

It's been at least a year since I've eaten at a Melt. I used to love it but was not impressed yesterday. My sandwich was ok.. nothing special. The fries were so overly salted neither my husband or I could eat them.
