How
does
a
place
turn
away
a
family
of
20
in
town
for
a
funeral?
Amazing
we
call
to
make
reservations
for
our
family
already
going
thru
a
difficult
time
and
the
lady
on
the
other
end
tells
us
it
could
be
up
to
an
hour/-and
half
wait
even
after
we
have
called
at
2pm
letting
them
know
our
arrival
6pm
seating
arrangement.
Longhorn
has
always
a
family
and
friendly
go
to
place
here
and
Avon,
that
had
never
let
us
down.
I
even
had
written
so
many
great
food
reviews
in
the
past
and
to
help
things
it's
endorsed
by
AMEX
platinum.
However
incident
set
us
back
during
a
hard
time,
cut
the
entire
family.
The
action
of
1
single
person
also
hurt
Longhorns
reputation
and
took
money
away
from
servers/waitresses
that
work
so
hard.
As
a
result
of
not
being
accommodating
we
placed
a
call
to
the
Avon
staple
restaurant
"OPA"
and
no
issues.
We
got
reservations
there
with
ease.
I
will
also
say
this
isn't
the
first
time
we
have
had
issue
with
the
seating
in
past
here
at
Longhorn.
They
have
before
said
to
us
as
we
entered
it
will
be
an
hour
wait;
only
to
be
seated
within
15mins.
Leadership
needs
to
help
these
younger
kids
understand
where
their
bread
gets
buttered.
Update
to
next
visit
(2
of
us):
This
place
continues
to
always
struggling
with
seating,
and
definitely
needs
more
help
with
accommodating
the
walk-ins.
Still
the
only
sticking
point
at
this
location.
Everything
else
including
our
waitress,
food,
and
overall
price
was
spot
on.
We
were
completely
satisfied
and
feel
if
they
can
do
a
better
welcoming
experience
the
restaurant
would
be
worthy
of
a
perfect
score
-
but
they
must
improve.

wife
and

superstars
and
if
I
was
a
millionaire
with
my
own
business
on
the
beach,
you
both
would
be
running
it
because
I
would
steal
you
both
and
pay
you
what
you
deserve!!!
Thanks
to
you
both:
We
got
ahold
of
gift
card
services
and
found
that
our
gift
card
funds
had
been
stolen
remotely.
They
see
the
errors
and
now
just
waiting
on
a
new
card
next
week
and
we
will
definitely
return!
