    Service was friendly and quick. The great thing is my order is correct very time I visit!! Way to go crew😃 I went here for the second time and I have to say the fish sandwich is totally amazing!! I will be back for one again!! Service was once again over the top excellent, very friendly and order was correct again!! Go TEAM SONIC!!😄

    I actually got my order through uber eats and the delivery was perfect, but the tater tots were LACKING for a large and my "limeade" was SPRITE and no straw. These things may seem trivial, but when ordering delivered food I think we ALL expect the order to be correct. Oh and the food was BARELY warm and I live four miles away from this location.

    A great place for a footlong coney and tots. Pair it with a shake and you're good to go. *Disclaimer* Restaurant is not owned by Sonic the hedgehog but overall still fast service.

    I work close by I went to get lunch today. I love Sonic but today I got a number 1 with tots and it was not good. The burger was cold the cheese was on the bottom undee the patty, i said mustard but they didnt get that even right . Everything tasted old. So dissapointed. The sonic hop was nice but thats it. I thought it was strange I got my good so fast...literally was 5 minutes or less.

    Got into the drive thru at 12:30am, and waited over half an hour to be told they were closed. We were the third car in line and they chose not to take the second car in lines order just so that they wouldn't have to make their food, our food, or the 3 cars food that were behind us. They had ample room to take the 2nd cars order, our order, and then to have a 4th pulled up to the order window WELL before close. 0 star experience from a 0 star establishment. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired and I pray that asamy people as possible see this and chose to go to anywhere else for food. 🖕🏻

    I will NEVER eat here. Cross contamination on the tater tots. Vomited all night, I only ate a couple because the taste was weird. Kids love your milkshakes but I'm a "we will find another place". Shame on you. Good grief it was disgusting! Be ware people!

    I got off work and was wanting a cheeseburger and some onion rings. They were out of onion rings so I ordered a double cheeseburger. They are good. I got my sandwich and drove across Meijer and parked. It was dark outside. I got a crispy chicken instead. It was actually supposed to be a double cheeseburger. I just got off work and took a bite. Let it go but that's not what I ordered.

    We went through the drive-thru for a quick meal, two burgers and two slushes. Our slushes were out pretty much right away. But then we sat. And sat. And sat. The number of cars in the spaces weren't too numerous (Maybe 8?), but you never know how many people are in the cars or how much food is ordered, so I understand waiting a bit, even at the drive-thru, but not for very long. We waited a full 10 min at the window and, when our burgers were handed to us, they were warm, not hot, and the buns seemed a little... old? Not fresh, anyway. The young lady at the window was very polite when she was interacting with us, but, when the window was closed, she sat down. After several minutes, I figured she'd say something about the wait, but nothing. I saw one person behind the counter texting/using their cell phone. (I honestly don't mind that if there is nothing going on, but there were customers at the window, and there was no urgency to get the food out. I do love Sonic, but our experience at this location was less than stellar. Maybe they were having a bad day. Maybe the crew wasn't working well together. Maybe the system wasn't working well, although that wasn't explained to us during our wait. I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt here. Maybe another visit on another day will be better.

    We waited for about 15 minutes for our food, and it came out missing stuff. We went through the drive-through to get the stuff we were missing, and it took them nearly 45 minutes to get our food. I feel really bad since they obviously had almost no one working. The store definitely needs a new manager.

    My husband order a strawberry cheese cake blast but we received regular strawberry shakes on 02/20/2022 at approximately 8:00pm . I accidentally dropped by drink and approximately 3/4 of the drink spilled . I look at the bottom and found a hair . I’m truly disgusted . BTW I have sisterlocks. Unless my naturally curly hair that are loc’d , fell out of my head and miraculously became straight, and somehow transferred to their kitchen . It could not be my hair .

    Lilly, the general manager has a horrible snobby attitude. She was rude before I even started talking. Who wants to pay for old food. If im paying for it they should make sure the food isnt old and hard.

    I haven’t been to a Sonic in a long time because all of them had closed near my old hometown, so this was a bit of a new experience for me. I parked in a stall and ordered, the guy asked if everything looked right on the screen, to which I informed him there wasn’t anything on the screen. He read my order back to me and gave me my total. I asked if I needed to pay at that time at the stall (because nothing was on the screen, so I didn’t know) and I was either ignored or the guy had already turned his headset off. After about 5-10 minutes of waiting, and watching a single person running food out to all of the cars, I flagged her down to ask about how I was supposed to pay; she was very polite and courteous and answered my question. But then she went back inside and I kept waiting. After about 20 minutes of waiting I pressed the call button again, and somebody asked for my order. I replied that I had already ordered, and I wanted to make sure it went through since it’d been about 20 minutes. I got NO response from her. I brushed this off as they were busy and probably understaffed, and I remained patient. But after 40 minutes of waiting, I went up to the kitchen area and opened the door to see a kitchen full of people that appeared to be messing around/playing with slime, etc. I was able to get the attention of the one girl who had been running orders outside and explained to her that I’d been waiting 40 minutes and I was curious as to what the holdup had been. She looked through the screen and NO ORDER HAD BEEN ENTERED! She was apologetic and took my order there and comped it, but even after that my soft drink had been forgotten. I was very disappointed, as I had gone out of my way to go to Sonic, and it was a huge waste of time.

    It took 45 minutes with a full staff of people to get my order. When I go in they're all playing around except the girl running food. My order was awful. Everything was cold. Forgot the tots, somehow got a cord dog? Chicken almost broke my tooth.

    Food took over 40 minutes and had to knock on the window to get anyone to acknowledge me after I'd paid for dinner. No one would communicate anything. I was told that the entire crew was new. Worst service ever and my food was cold.

    My son, & I stopped in the drive thru. What a fantastic experience. Food was very fresh, quick service. The young man working who waited on us was very quick, helpful, pleasant and very friendly. Thank you for a great 1st experience. We will frequent your business again.

    They still use carhops year round. She was cheerful, in spite of the cold. Man that took my order was very patient with my "special" order. Food was fresh, and as ordered, brought quickly.

    Usually have no issues but I ordered an M & M Blast with added Reese's peanut butter sauce in drive thru and did not get any of the sauce and no receipt so I now can't prove it. I didn't realize until I'd gotten to work that it was missing the sauce I paid extra for.

    If your stalls do not work, there should be signs on all the ones that are broken! Update: which ever female employee was working the window at 7 PM today, Clearly didn’t understand the concept of customer service or being friendly.

    Got a couple of drinks off of The Sonic app. The app is premature. The app needs a drive thru task and a no ICE button. We pulled into a car hop slot slot numbers a hard to locate. After 5 minutes push the talk button. Attendant was rude, then still had to wait for the drive thru to be cleared out appox 7 minutes before our drinks came.

    I always receive good service and good food for the most part. The fries are usually a lil cold my hubby said, i get tot's! The chili cheese tot's 🥰 Hubby loves the cheesecake shakes!

    The coffee was not sweet at all. It tasted like it was unsweetened when i asked for chocolate moca. That was the only bad thing. The honey barbecue chicken bites where really good. They have a different flavor but ate not too sweet or too bitter. The side of cheese fries where a good size kinda bland but good.

    I really love Sonic but this Sonic has gone downhill. I ordered chicken tenders with buffalo sauce that the sauce was just thrown on the tenders. Some had sauce and the others were dry. The chicken looked old. The tater tots were very dry and had been sitting around awhile. I do understand that employees may be hard to find and it may be slower service. That's ok. But I don't think that should mean the food has to be subpar.

    Unfortunately the the chicken I ordered here was sub par. Not very appetizing. They do offer the gamot of fried foods if you're in the mood. Mozzarella sticks were yummy. Maybe stick with the frozen items and not go looking for a meal here.
