Parents of sick littles take your kidos here! We were walk-ins and we only waited 25 minutes. That was with their system being down! The staff sprung into action and had us fill out paper forms instead. Our son has autism and so the nerves of being in a unfamiliar setting were definitely there. However the nurse practitioner/doctor who saw us was amazing with all of his sensory needs! Our son was very comfortable and happy because of their kid friendly demeanor!

Other than the wait time, it was a very good experience. Everyone at each level were courteous, friendly, attentive and answered every question. I appreciated the wonderful service.

It was okay until I went to the pharmacy and realized the P.A sent in different prescriptions then we discussed. I had to call and argue to receive the correct prescription. I expect better service since it is associated with Banner. I hope they get better doctors who know what they are doing, listen to their patients, and then actually order the right medicine. I won't go there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

I arrived 15 minutes early but, I was not seen until 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. In addition, they were unable to do any imaging of my injury as the tech had called out sick or something. They didn’t even bother to let me know until I showed up for my appointment. The examiner was nice but was in a big hurry as the waiting room was full and they were very backed up. This was my second time using this urgent care. The first time was great.

Longer than usual wait periods even with appointment but the staff are overall caring, compassionate, and thoroughly professional. They have such great personalities, wonderful sense of humor, and amazing bedside manner that they can make a bad situation seem less worrisome.

My provider and staff were excellent. They were very nice and kind. I’ve never been to an urgent care before. It was great care.

This place was awesome. Everyone was really nice. The doctor came in and was very pleasant and thorough. She got to the point and was very quick and very professional! I would continue to go to this urgent Care instead of the urgent care close to where I live. I have a new urgent care now

Their team took amazing care of me and my son today. We both came in very sick today and my son was screaming about his ear. I had already taken him to his pediatrician, who did nothing for his sickness but send me home and tell me to take a Covid test, but this Banner team took the extra effort to really see what was wrong with him and really cared about getting us out with the information and treatment we needed. The front desk lady was super friendly even after I got snippy because of how much pain my son was in. Thank you guys for helping us out and your patience meant a lot to us.

Short wait time. Wouldn’t say friendly staff, but I was feeling pretty sick so I didn’t care much about it. I think the front desk lady didn’t really want to be there. I was in and out within the hour with a prescription. It’s close to where I live, so I’ll probably keep it in mind. Facility is large, treatment rooms are large and appear clean. One thing that was annoying was the tv blasting loud country music in the waiting area.

I don’t remember the woman I saw but she was a beautiful pregnant lady. She was so understanding and helpful. Validated the pain I’m in and had a solution. The front desk lady could’ve been more friendly but still had a great experience. Thanks again ❤️

Everyone was very helpful, friendly and calming. Diana A. Houle, PA was extremely thorough, caring and explained my situation in an easy-to-understand way. She also was patient and answered all of my questions. Her prognosis was right on the mark too!! I am so grateful to her and the entire team for resolving my issue quickly while I was on vacation and far away from home. They are the best!!

I was feeling very sick, I work nights and woke feeling worse. I walked into the office and the front desk Admin. Assistant was very nice and pleasant, as well as the Tech and the PA. I filled out short painless forms, got called back to be checked and that took about an hour or less. I am very satisfied with my services today.

The physician Anatole was awesome, she was very gentle and caring. My daughter really likes her. She ran up to her and gave her a hug and my daughter is not too friendly but today’s visit was awesome. My niece was also seen today and she handled my niece with care, so I really appreciate that. Thank you so much physician Natalie, you were great..

Was a great visit from the the receptionist to the provider. And the techs in-between. All were helpful and friendly, from start to end. I would definitely return to this place again if it's not a emergency. Great staff!

The care and time spent was exceptional! They answered all my questions and concerns. I was given good care along with what to look for if my fever persisted. I am happy with the service given. Definitely my go to place for any urgent care.

We traveled from CA and needed our daughter to be seen for sinus problems that we were not able to handle on our own. The staff was absolutely amazing and wonderful. Our daughter was completely comfortable and gave us ease knowing she was well taken care of.
