Resonance Nail Salon is a great place to come get your nails done in the west valley because the environment is clean. First, when customers walk into the salon it smells like flowers. Usually, when one walks into a nail salon they can smell the alcohol and acetone quite strongly. In fact, sometimes people will look around to see if there was some sort of plug-in or wax warmer near to justify why it smelled so good. It may not be noticeable at first, but people will find out later in their visit that it was the lotion that they used to massage their customers. Second, customers look at the corners of the floors while waiting to be called back. They will find themselves happy to see that there was not a collection of dust bunnies or hairballs pushed to the corners. This is another indication of just how great of a job they do of cleaning up their store. To clarify, people tend to notice that they are doing this all within the few minutes that they are waiting to be called back to a chair to start their manicure and pedicure. Lastly, customers will be impressed when the nail technician takes out a packet that looked like it had been run through the autoclave machine. Working in the medical field, people tend to notice these things when they see them outside of a doctor’s office or hospital setting. Indeed, this was another reassuring factor for the facility’s cleanliness. People will know that by the nail tools being in this specific packaging, they will be the only ones that they had been used on since they were last cleaned. This will help them have peace of mind and help them relax better. This is why Resonance Nail Salon is a great place for customers to come get their nails done in the west valley. It has proven cleanliness in many ways.

As with any salon, it all depends on who you get to sit down with. Tammy is the best of the best. Despite having multiple layers of gel and one of these nails being a dipped tip (can't even tell which one, right?), they are still thin and light and subtle. What I think I admire most is Tammy was open to feedback and making adjustments along the way. Whether shape, or color or appearance of bubbles she doesn't hesitate to make things right and is incredibly understanding. What's even more impressive is her OCD matched mine so there wasn't much that got away from her.

This is honestly the best nail shop I’ve been to in Arizona. The most friendly people, and the nails are perfect every time. The most relaxing pedicure you’ve had. Please give them a call because they are the best, very skilled artists.

My own cherished nail tech, who I had seen for several years, retired due to health reasons and I had to go shopping for a new person to form a relationship with...someone I could trust to take care of my very specific needs. (That can be somewhat stressful) I found the care I was looking for at Resonance. My new nail tech, Ann, is a sweet-natured person who took very special care of me. She is both kind and impressively skilled...taking great care to understand what I prefer and pay attention to the detail. She was gentle and did an excellent job. My experience couldn't have been more perfect. Everyone in the salon is very kind and professional and the atmosphere is quite pleasant as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am happy to be a faithful Resonance customer.

After bouncing around from salon to salon trying to find a decent nail tech in the area, I decided to try Resonance and I wish I would have found this place sooner! Hannah does my dip powder manicures and is amazing at what she does. She is detail oriented, very thorough and executes all of my asks better than I can imagine! Everyone at the salon is kind and welcoming. I enjoy that they focus on quality over trying to rush people in and out the door. Pricing is also reasonable. Thanks for what you do Resonance Nails!

Love this place! My Mither-in-Law and I drive here from Surprise every couple of weeks to get our nails done. The wonderful staff is always busy but never leave us feeling rushed or unattended to. Everyone is super friendly and obviously take pride in their work and in keeping the salon clean and we'll organized. 💜

My pedicure was very nice and great massage chairs. However, the prices are a little higher than normal places and I don’t considerate any different than other nails salons for a basic pedicure. My mom got me a gift certificate for Mother’s Day which was amazing but I wouldn’t go out my way to go here due to their prices.

This is my 2nd time going here for a pedicure since moving and they’re pretty good!! The staff is always so friendly and do their best to accommodate you while you’re there, the techs I’ve had both times have taken their time and don’t rush, even if you’re still getting your nails worked on once they’re technically closed. I would say the only downside is the pricing. I know prices have increased everywhere, but they do charge $15 extra if you want gel, and $8 extra for French tip- which I just so happened to get my last visit, so I paid $23 extra just for those things. Other than that, they’re very kind and hard working!!

I absolutely love this place. I’ve only had my nails done a couple of times and they were always good but mainly do pedicures gel pedicures. I’m new to the area now for 2 1/2 years and I tried several different places before I found this place, and the experience was not pleasant. They were way over price and just terrible jobs. I then started seeing Michelle here. She is awesome and took her time with me on each appointment love her, but she took some time off so I decided to try flower and I love her just as much. She’s also is very very good. These people are very nice, conscientious of their time and scheduled appointments along with your time as well! and they do an excellent job on your feet! ❤️

Resonance Nails is my favorite spot! The staffs are so friendly and attentive, making sure my nails look great even when they're busy. Their holiday decorations are adorable, something you don't see often in other salons. Big thanks to the Resonance team for always giving top-notch care to their clients!

My husband and I both went in for pedicures and what a nice treat to sit and have such a wonderful treatment done. We both picked #4 and since he didn’t get polish his massage went longer which he loved. We plan on going back monthly. They are friendly, store is clean, and prices are good too. Today I had the joy of getting my nails and feet done at this incredible clean, welcoming, and friendly salon. I’m new to the area and have only been to one other nail salon, and the experience wasn’t good at all. I was so nervous to try another new place. From the phone call I made inquiring about pricing, services, and availability to my appointment, I was made to feel important and taken care of. My nail tech Quinn was so gentle and paid attention to detail. She was so incredibly nice!! I didn’t catch the lady’s name that did my feet, but she was equally detailed and very nice! I believe the owner is who I talked to on the phone and one of the ladies that made sure I was ok and taken care of. I also don’t remember her name, but she was beyond professional, courteous, kind, and very welcoming! This salon is my new place to get my nails done. I’m so happy I found this little gem here in AZ. Thank you ladies for making me feel special and happy today!! I absolutely LOVE my nails!! 💕

Great Service! My technician was very nice. She did a great job and asked questions to make sure I was good. Example:Is the water ok, are the towels to hot etc. I highly recommend this nail salon. The owner is very helpful and friendly!
