** DO NOT MOVE HERE** The worst place I've ever lived in Phoenix, or in general, and I've lived on several military bases. No place compares to how horrible this place was. Avoid this place at all costs. When I first moved in, my apartment was still filthy and smelled strongly of incense. The entire apartment complex is dirty, too. I don't know which part of Bella Mirage was luxurious. Maybe just the rooms they show? My a/c broke 5–6 times during the summer, twice in the same week. I constantly had people coming to my door, looking for the previous person that lived at my apartment, trying to serve her paperwork. My package was stolen; there were no cameras, and the cameras around did not work. There are many extra fees, like being forced to pay for valet trash, but nobody picks it up. People are constantly walking their dogs without leashes, and feces are everywhere. I only stayed for six months, but it was a nightmare, and I'm glad it's over. I have so much to say about this place, but I wanted to keep it brief and straightforward.

I rarely leave a negative review but I was highly disappointed with the application process. Moving from out of state for work. We applied and paid the fees and we’re denied same day for credit with no further explanation. We have excellent rental history (been at the same place for 7 years with not one late payment). We also have a steady source of income that exceeds the requirement for how much we would need to be approved. I understand denial due to credit but don’t think it’s right that I was promised an admin fee refund and it’s been weeks and I can’t get anyone to reply. This place took our money and just denied us without even looking further into the application or situation. Unprofessional!!

Place is trash. Sounds like a club at the pool and they won't don anything about it. I have a young baby. That can't sleep. I would do anything to break my lease. Already contacting a lawyer. This is unbelievable. It's 2200 dollars for rent and if you want to watch tv. I have to turn it up to 75 out of 100. Unprofessional is all this ghetto apartment complex is..

Wendy is awesome!! She helped me with everything in my application, she throughly explained everything and was super transparent from the start! She helped me get everything I needed from day 1 and I was able to move in the next day! If you want the best experience at Bella Mirage find Wendy she will take care of you!

Very friendly staff! Quick maintenance lots of great amenities! New gym coming soon can’t wait. Sasha was very outstanding friendly an did everything to help my move in go smoothly! Love my apartment. Four stars just do to the fact lots of vehicles loud enough for drag racing an upstairs neighbor is loud .

It’s a quiet complex and staff is friendly. It just sucks that parking is limited but besides that it’s a good living space :) I don’t understand why others leave negative reviews. I actually like it here and rent isn’t expensive.

I recently applied for an apartment at Bellamirage and got disappointed with all of the high hidden fees they included at the end of your application process including a high administration fee for which you lose if something unexpected comes up and your not able to move in at that time. I felt like I really got cheated out of my $300.00 fees they charged me up front and did not want to refund me a penny of it. Please be aware of their unfair practices and fees. Came in to last a1 bedroom apartment. Sat in the office for 20 minutes and not one person tried to help me, in fact they wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Definitely felt like my business wasn't wanted.
