    I just want to share my experience when it comes to moving to AZ over a year ago. I left my last apartment due to a lack of customer service and the quality of the community overall. When I began my search for a new apartment home, as I shopped around, I noticed the customer service was just not there at many locations until I walked into the door of Village at the Blvd. I was quickly greeted by Darlene with a smile and genuine kindness. She was very informative and friendly. Showed me around the community and explained what they had to offer. The property is brand new so of course, everything looked beautiful. The pool area is gorgeous and inviting, the grill area is top-notch, and being that I have a dog, the dog park area and doggie spa are something I have never seen before, very nice! They really put a lot of thought into this community. I was very impressed, with the professionalism, helpfulness, and how Darlene answered all my questions. The whole staff there is very friendly and helpful. Each time I walk into the office I am greeted with a smile, offered coffee or water and candy! I found my home and I know I am in good with such an excellent staff that is always willing to help me, such a great team! If you are looking for a nice beautiful place to live and call home I would highly recommend this place.

    Great customer service all the way from applying to moving-in! Clista and the staff were extremely helpful and kind in helping me fill out docs and answering any questions that came up. Couldn't be happier with how smooth the process was!

    Have been touring a few places. This by far has had the best customer service. They offer you water, have a coffee station, and CANDY, very nice for the kiddos. Kim was very knowledgeable looks like she’s been working there for a long time. Everyone is the office was very friendly!

    I had a great experience with clista and the front office they made the process so easy and fast. They did a great job with explaining and breaking down everything for us. They were also very patient with our question.

    My roommate and I were in a rush to find a new place when I lease was coming to a close. We checked a few places, and we ended up falling in love with this place! Darlene has been nothing but helpful, from the tours, to my constant questions(which is a lot). We moved in Sept, we then realized we had some issues with our cable and internet. We let Darlene know and she quickly resolved all our issues! I would highly recommend speaking to Darlene when considering a tour or to even lease, she knows this place like the back of her hand.

    The leasing agent really made my family and I wait for almost ten minutes while they were on the phone. Proceeded to say that was the owner or manager was on the phone. I hope the property owner is aware of how you handle potential occupants who are waiting patiently. I'll be with you or anything would have worked. So good luck with the leasing office, as they don't treat future residents with any respect. I guess we dodged a bullet because we weren't able to view the apartment anyway. My 16 year old daughter didn't have her ID (🙄) or my husband.

    So far, so great! Nothing but positives regarding Village at the BLVD. The apartments are new and beautiful, with amenities at another level (e.g. inclusive internet/wifi, cable/satellite, etc.). The move-in process was seamless, thanks to Darlene and Clista. Their professionalism and pleasant way of interacting only adds to the community's attractiveness, and made my choice to live here very easy. Village at the BLVD has set the bar high!
