    This location usually has long wait times when it's late at night! Hardly, they have anyone working! Food is fine. But when you order in Doordash from this location, expect something to be missing! Every single time when I ordered a combo meal with some extra tacos, they always missed the tacos! After multiple occasions of this happening, I'm never ordering delivery from this location ever again!

    What is the deal with fast food in this area? Always get pulled around to park. We are waiting on your burgers. Ok. Fresh burgers. No they are cold and the cheese isn’t even melted. What were you waiting on? The guy to come back from taking out the trash to make the burger?

    Usually a good experience. This time not so good. Went through the drive thru and ordered a #10 combo with a Coke, two tacos and onion rings. No other vehicles in the drive thru. Got home and found no fries with the #10 combo. The franchise wasn’t really busy, no excuse for forgetting a simple thing as fries. Tried to call three times but no one answered every time. Very disappointed.

    So you know what to expect, if you order more than 1 item in the drive thru your going to get sent to the parking lot. This isnt because they are busy or making your order fresh, it's so they can clear your order to make corporate think they got you your food in record time. Well what corporate doesn't know is they leave you in the parking lot for 10 min. What a joke. Not going here again.

    All I wanted was a chicken sandwich and a Jr jumbo Jack and a small fries there was a guy named David that was in there wiping his hand on his pants rubbing his nose no gloves I told Christi that he was gross she offered to make our food and told David to put on gloves he didn’t !!! and there was only one other boy there doing the rest by himself Christie was asking them to take drive thru orders and nobody listened to her and check out these fries they were covered in black crust from the oil we didn’t eat the fries !!! we waited 21 mins to get our food poor customer service

    Not a gourmet restaurant but good for a quick bite. Food tastiness can vary by person and what is purchased. Today I tried their chicken wrap and it was tasty. Not sure if I ordered wrong or they misunderstood me but mine was spicy. It wasn't what I wanted but still was tasty. Next time I'll make sure my order isn't spicy.

    I ordered a fajita and it came COLD and RAW.. the impossible burger came with RAW PINK MEAT!! My uber eats driver warned me that they were being very unprofessional and that she was trying not to cancel my order. I should have cancelled it it was AWFUL. Don’t order here. Waste of a $50 order

    All I get are the egg rolls. Sometimes they are perfect, sometimes they are oily and dripping. It's a toss up. Most of time, I'm happily munching on crispy hot out of the fryer egg rolls.

    Love this location but only in the morning. The afternoon crew is a whole different story. Burgers were dripping grease. Dripping! Like a puddle in my dine in basket. They took a hot minute to take order when it wasn't busy at all. When she finally came around to us, it was like she was too busy to give us customer service. The morning crew is so friendly, so smiley, just a whole different vibe.

    Wow. Grand total of 30 minutes for 2 large frys, with me and one other car. By the time I got home my girlfriend fell asleep. Wasted $10 and 30 minutes on absolutely nothing. The frys as well cold and obviously old. You guys need new jobs. Clearly the food industry isn't for you. It went from 1 to 3, the manager was very kind which I find uncommon with fast food employees now days. But still every time I come here it's a disaster.

    Awful. I went at 12:15 on a Friday night. The waiting on the line was long. The cashier was wonderful. The rest of the stuff was awful. I had to deal with one girl who wore glasses who threw my food at me. The manager at the time didn't nothing to reprimand her at all. Very disappointing that authority doesn't sit down the law for fellow staff that's working for them and the company

    The staff here is really really patient and courteous. It seems like there's an abundance of really rude customers but the staff really shows professionalism when dealing with the issues presented to them. Fast service, our orders are always made correctly and taste delicious. I only give atmosphere 4 stars because the store is a bit run down inside, due to wear and tear, not to dirtiness or negligence. It's just a high traffic store and shows signs of that. But the staff and the food are top notch!

    Manager could not understand I had placed 12 orders of the 2 pc tacos. They couldn’t understand that 2x12= 24. I only received 18 tacos even after trying to do the math for them. Terrible service… maybe make sure your employees or managers know how to do grade school math before hiring them.

    Waited exactly 56 minutes to order through the drive thru and get our food. The order screen to drive thru was broken and they had a “no more monster tacos” sign covering the screen. When I tried to order from breakfast menu I was told that breakfast orders will be a 20 minute wait. They did not have any shakes available. I’m under the impression this establishment is under staffed or just lazy. I’ve never had to wait this long ever for “fast” food and I’ve never had a breakfast order rejected. We had an order of curly fries that was all clumped up and mixed with regular fries. The nuggets were very salty and over fried. You would think waiting this long that our order would all come out fresh but instead, the two $6.99 hamburger patties looked and tasted like they were microwaved. Avoid this location at all cost. The food was gross. For the amount of time we waited, we should of waited in the drive thru for In-N-Out next door knowing damn well our food would be fresh and way cheaper.

    Not a great experience. We went in as a last minute decision. It took about 10 mins before we got a cashier to take our order. She was running back and forth from out in the parking lot. Apparently there were orders messed up in drive. The cashier was neither friendly nor rude. Dining area did need cleanup as all the tables were dirty.

    I will give them 2 stars for actually removing the cheese as requested in my tacos BUT out of 4 tacos one was hot and 3 were still frozen!! Like crunchy but with ice.

    Didnt much care for the drive thru lady. She wouldn't let us finish asking for anything so we did not get all the items we had asked for. She was kind of rude and tried to rush her order complete which was not correct. I would have complained but I had bigger issues to handle early this morning so I opted for a incomplete meal and a terrible drive thru experience. Jack I know you can do better than this.

    This location was very upsetting for me. When I arrived at the drive thru the ordering screen had the windows blue screen so you could not see your order. I gave my order and when I arrived at the window the order was repeated to me. I corrected the employee saying he repeated the order incorrectly. He then proceeded to go to the computer to correct. I paid for my meal and then waited for the food to be given to me. It's a good thing I checked because the order was wrong. I only wanted a jumbo jack with no cheese, no onion, no tomato and easy mayonnaise. I had ordered two jumbo jacks with cheese in addition and only one jumbo jack came correct. The two with cheese had no special instructions. What made me more upset then the wrong order is that when I corrected the order the window in the drive thru was left open and I could hear everything that was said about me. The employee was saying I was complaining about my meal and was making uncalled for and unnecessary comments when I just wanted my meal to be as I ordered it. They eventually fixed my order but I will never go back to this location. If I had not already paid for my food I honestly would have driven off. If the employee was having a bad day just don't vent out loud and make an already disappointing experience even worse. Drive a few more blocks to another Jack in the Box if you want a meal.

    Went on 5/4/22 at 10:50ish, didn't leave the drive thru until 11:07, BUT the lady who was taking orders was hustling around. I don't know if she had help preparing the food, but she really did amazing considering how understaffed this location is at night. She had a great attitude despite the long line of cars waiting. Food was great too! We got a few Munchie Meals and the burgers were enormous and well put together. The individual(s) working tonight deserve more than 5 stars.

    The shells on the tacos I had at this location were just okay. Not crispy enough, felt like maybe they were stale before frying. Just not as good as the other locations for tacos. The filling was good, it can't make up for the shells. A previous visit to this location was good. I'll update it I go back. I liked that the server was wearing a mask, keeping customers safe.

    When I get off work nightshift it's always closed. Breakfast??!! Ask them to make your order fresh and always check your order before you leave. If you get home and your order is not right..hmm! Who wants to drive back to get it right. I just go to sleep hungry because calling don't help either. Now when opened for breakfast 5 stars for the cook. ( Black dude)I don't know his name but he's on the job. Cooks like him need tips and promotions. Next time I'll give you his name.

    It always feels like I'm interrupting the staff here. I know it's not a glamorous job or area, and i don't need to be treated like royalty. Food is pretty standard. Cleanliness is hit or miss during busy times. It's a solid "ok" from me.
