My gluten free cheese pizza was delivered with a free topping of HAIR, which was essentially baked into the pizza under the melted cheese. 🤢 This shouldn't have happened & is easily preventable. I hope you guys step your game up before the health department finds a violation. Maybe implement some staff training and hair nets?

Went to NYPD pizza for Father's Day. They give fathers a free 8" pizza. We ordered a large Brooklyn family, upstate wings, two of the 8" pizzas, and Mac n cheese for the kids. We got there right at 11am, and by 1145am, it was really busy. Our server was fast and patient. They always give a veteran's discount. Highly recommended family friendly pizza establishment.

I did wait an hour for delivery on a Wednesday night. Which seemed odd, however, I'm from out of state and in a hotel so I waited patiently....and boy am I glad I did! I order a my 'za size with mushrooms, artichokes, ricotta cheese, and fresh garlic on Sicilian crust. As well as their fried cheese, which came with balsamic reduction and marinara. BEST PIZZA! I really recommend getting it. It is worth the wait o promise!

I am an uber driver and gave a ride to a very friendly Hispanic female to work. After dropping her off, in my car she surprised me with a slice! She was awesome to speak with and extremely friendly, I hope the manager sees this and gives her a raise! Thank you Aug 7 1130 am

Food and atmosphere feel like a NYC , hole in the wall haunt. Service is kinda trashtastic...they are kinda rude, which sort of lends to the feel but at the same time, the guys seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than actually checking on their tables. Overall though, totally worth it for the food.

Such a sweet cozy spot! We went on a chilly Friday night and were happy to be seated quickly. Our server was wonderful and our food delicious. We have previously had take out from there which I definitely recommend as well. Their pizza is amazing! This time I had a calzone and we also tried the chicken parm. The portions were generous and as I said, delicious. This is a new favorite place for us for sure.

Flavor! Flavor! Flavor! The crust is not too thick and not too thin. The cheese garlic knots are a must. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. This 👉 🍕 pizza just hits right! Try it you won't be disappointed

Delivery was quoted as 1 hour, it took 2 and zero communication until we called them, then they forgot a huge portion of the order. Kids withheld trick or treating for an hour because they thought pizza was coming, then were disappointed when they forgot the mac& cheese. If they’re going to start delivering again, they should probably give accurate quotes and hire competent drivers first.

Only lived here a few months & this quickly became our favorite pizza in town. The soho salad pizza is a game changer. Had our first delivery issue where the driver forgot part of it & the other pizza toppings had all slid off after taking it out incorrectly. They quickly brought an entire new order & went above & beyond making it right with coupons. Will definitely keep coming back!

First time we try this place and it was delicious! We tried a slice of cheese pizza and another called “the works”. Michael our server was great! He let us know about their deals and the best food they serve, one being “the works pizza” full of veggies and cheese with a little spice. Their ranch is also great, it’s almost like sweet and sour, went well with the crust. Definitely going back!!!

First time here. Orders a house salad which was great. Our server even made sure we got our salads and fried zucchini before our pizza arrived . Pizza was fresh ,hot. It tasted 👍. Going back

I absolutely love coming here for my lunch breaks. The servers are always so kind to me and others, very attentive to what you ask for, and the building is so comfortable to eat in and relax to enjoy your food. The food is also so so good to me!!! Definitely recommend.

Very good New York Pizza. The crust was the perfect amount of crispy and chewy with a great homemade taste. I'm glad there is a location not too far from our area. Will definitely be going back.

Consistently over the years these folks have never knowingly dropped the ball. They always care. Shortage of labor or abundance they always are able to show up with a crew that at least cares and gives a solid effort. Tonight Jasmine and Robert teamed up to complete our difficult to make and process order on a Friday night between 7-8. If they would’ve said we don’t have time on a Friday night I would’ve understood. Instead. Jasmine and Robert combined with a solution and said they’d figure it out, and they did. In this Era of expectation dropping for restaurants NYPD and their crew say “Not on our watch!” Impressed. Thank you Robert and Jasmine.

Placed an order online. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Was shown my pizza before leaving. The pizza and wings were both really good. Would definitely return again!

I love NYPD Pizza. Great Brooklyn style pizza with delicious garlic knots with cheese. The dough is soft and fluffy, the toppings are always perfectly proportioned. The Brooklyn family is my favorite. Have eaten in a few times, always good service, but mostly utilized the carry out deals on Mon and Tues

Their pizza is consistently good and freshly prepared. The lasagna pizza eats like a meal and reheats just as well. I have also tried their salads and desserts. All good!

best pizza i’ve ever had. all of the ingredients and fresh and real, they have a lot of great options, and they’re very quick. i had it a couple times when i lived in the area and i raves about it to all my friends lol so good

I ate here back in May 22 and loved it. This time you couldn't eat in. Staffing issues forced the business to shut down the seating area. The bad thing was the large party already seated never got to eat and they had been there for over an hour. We showed up and it took them 5 minutes to acknowledge we were there and that they couldn't seat us. Very sad. I really wanted to enjoy their food.

Tonight was my families first time trying their pizza and wings and they were amazing! Their customer service was excellent and my order was ready way before the time I thought it would be. Will definitely be eating here more often!

Great Pizza, but unreliable delivery. It used to be my go-to Pizza place but lately delivery is 90-minutes out and one time they told me "no delivery today because it is taking too long" let me decide if it is too long!!! Looking for more reliable location.

First time in the restaurant and got a small pepperoni and jalapeño pizza was the best I have had in Arizona. Best customer service and will always be the place to get my pizza

Food was excellent, service exceptional 👌 We tried the wings, pizza, baked ziti, Mac and cheese, spaghetti and meatballs and the bread knots. Everything tasted homemade, and not sour-y like other "italian" places. The only comment would be that the spaghetti could have been warmer, but since it was for my 5 year old, it was OK. My kids were given dough to play with, they loved that. It is reasonably priced, but is not fast food priced (obviously).. party of 7 payed about $70ish plus tip. The server was more than attentive. Very impressed 👏 we will be visiting again soon for sure.

This is the best pizza in the West valley! They are super quick also which is a huge plus. It’s a bit on the pricey side for pizza but totally worth it. All of the pastas are also awesome. I recommend the Ziti!

We called in an order for TWO CHEESE pizzas for pickup. Nothing crazy. We were told it would be an hour which seemed like a lot but it’s totally understandable when a place is busy. We showed up exactly an hour later to get the pizzas and had to wait an extra 37 minutes before we finally got our pizzas. We asked for ranch and the cashier had the audacity to charge us for the ranch after having to wait an hour and 37 minutes for two cheese pizzas. We had gotten wings from a different place and by the time we got our pizza the wings were cold. It completely ruined our dinner experience. The employees at this location did absolutely nothing to make up for our horrible experience or to show remorse even. We love NYPD pizza but we probably won’t be going back after this experience.

This location is terribly incompetent and has gone way downhill. I have been a regular here for about 17 years and I can’t stress how bad it’s gotten. There is always an issue with the coupons they send out, the people answering the phones give wrong information, and management has no clue how to fix the issues they create. The food has also become just mediocre for the price. Today we ordered a pizza and drink and let them know by phone we were using their newest coupon which is $10 off of $20. I was told the pizza was $18.99 and I asked her to add a drink on so my subtotal would be over $20. I let her know I had the coupon… and I double checked before hanging up that my subtotal was above $20 so the coupon could apply and she said yes, and that she would apply the coupon when we arrive. We show up to pick up our food, and apparently they couldn’t get the coupon to apply (which is typical of this location)… the manager Christian says the subtotal wasn’t actually above $20 like I was told on the phone. The girl goes “oh it’s supposed to be subtotal?” like she had no clue how coupons work, and confirming it was her screw up. I asked him how this was our fault when his employees were giving wrong info by phone. He just sat there saying he didn’t know and that he couldn’t apply the coupon. He refused to make it right even though it was their screw up… and get this, the subtotal was off by 2 CENTS! We had to add on extra food to make the coupon work because they are so incompetent. The only reason I didn’t walk out and tell them to shove the pizza is because my kids are waiting on dinner and we have an appt we can’t be late for. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, you’ll be glad you did. It takes a lot to frustrate me, but this place has proven over and over that they are incompetent and when you put in a complaint, nothing is done or fixed. You won’t be acknowledged as a valued customer. Save your money and save yourself a headache and go anywhere but here.

If I could give 0 I honestly would. The bread was underbaked the spaghetti was nasty and the fried zucchini was careless the zucchini literally fell out of the breading and wasn’t soft at all on top of the server not giving me a second to even sit down as I’m still trying to sit in the booth with my daughter has asking me what drink I want as if I’ve been able to sit and look at the menu whatsoever
