The food LOOKS fine, I was excited to try it even though our order was stolen before our doordasher had even gotten there. Immediately my chicken curry reeks of fish. The taste is bland, rubbery, and oddly sour/fishy. It left a nasty taste in my mouth and I'm assuming it's spoiled. Took 2 bites and I'm throwing the rest away. First and only time I will ever try this place.

They were extremely slow or under bad management. Food was stacking up as the cashier was taking orders, delivering food to the dining room and packing to go orders. The restroom was gross. The trash can was in the middle of the floor with no bag and the floors look like they haven't been mopped in years. The menu has been shrunk, but the food and tea were still good.

Ordered Pad Thai twice thru UberEats and both times have been bad. First time the noodles were way soggy and todays order had no Pad Thai sauce? So disappointing since the one in Phoenix is great every time I’ve ever ordered but this is just dry noodles with some chili flakes.

Always love their fresh, made-to-order Pan-Asian dishes as an easy go to casual, Friday-feel dinner. Dine in for optional experience. Our go-to right now is the Firecracker Chicken or Tofu : ) Yum.

Food was hot and cooked to perfection. Atmosphere needs some TLC place is looking worn and dated. Overall still good place to stop

I love coming to this location. It's usually busy but in my opinion it's because they always have such great deals going on! I would definitely recommend downloading the app and also signing up for their emails, you'll receive promotions here. The staff don't usually know about the promotions unless you tell them so don't get angry if you didn't receive a deal. I have NEVER had a problem with my food, everything is fresh and what I love the most is that they are consistent regardless of who is working that day.

Good location. They do keep up on the cleanliness and tables our handled in a timely manner. Only complaint I would have is this the music is ridiculously loud. They can lower that a bit.

First timer at this location. Restaurant is clean and very friendly staff . Good food . Good vibes . Will be coming back if I’m in the area .

Cook Robert is very courteous, and makes customers entrées to perfection.. & Michelle is super nice also and courteous. I was there last Sunday February 11, 2024. they are both very good employees very pleasant.

The owner of this Restaurant needs to hire enough people to give the correct customer service. We ordered our food but they took forever to bring it to the table. They only have one person at the front desk. The food was in the window for over 20 minutes.

Best Asian food in West Valley! We've been long time customers of 10+ years. Can't recommend anywhere better, and we've tried a bunch. Crew is polite and knows what they're doing. Some of their cooks have been here over 10 years. Best food around! Highly recommend!

Had to wait to order food more than 10 minutes but it was not busy at all. The cashier didn’t even say sorry for the wait. Quality of food was poor very salty or spicy. The chicken portions were small .Overall I will never go back for the rest of my life ! I really don’t know what people see in this place. I text my brother he even said food was not the same as before. Two people $$$$$

So ordered online not doordash on Pei Wei’s website to pickup at 12:15. I put in my order at 11:45am. I only have 1/2 hr for lunch. The food was not ready till 12:27pm. The place had maybe 10 people sitting. Ordered wonton soup and no wontons in my soup just broth. Will not be returning there again!!

My very first time at Pei Wei and I had the General Tso's chicken bowl. Spicy to a point and the "smokey" flavoring (if that's what that was) was overwhelming. The dining area was a mess. The utensils still had crusty food left on them. The one waitress worked as a hostess too while also bussing tables. Too much for one person but she didn't let her customers down whether take out or dine in. She was attentive to our needs. Management needs to hire more people or give this gal a substantial raise.

I placed an online order and arrived at the time my order should have been ready. I went to the only order pickup sign and waiting about 15 minutes while being completely ignored. I saw a couple take out bags sitting over by the food prep area and checked to see if one was mine. My order was there so not only was I ignored I had to hunt down my own order. When I got home I discovered the juice that was supposed to come with my kids meal was missing. After working a long day this didn't help make it any better.

I had a very pleasant experience here: My wife and I were dining with our 1 y/o son when the waitress came up to us and gave us a free apple juice! She said she wanted to give our son something “because he is just the cutest.” So nice! I don’t remember the waitresses name, but we are so thankful!

Don’t Recomend food is to expensive size very small for $10.99 i am remember before good food now is very expensive and small size please don’t forget customer service to very rude and no smile 😊 very upset 😠

5 stars for John! He was alone and handled customers well with courtesy. However the food was disappointing for what we paid. We purchased a family meal it came out to over $40. The portion of lo mein and white rice was huge but a family size I think not. Mostly white rice on the entrees and only enough for 2 when it is supposed to serve 4-5 (extremely small potions). However John made it right and gave us more of the entrees we ordered due to the small portions and was extremely apologetic. The food tasted great and fresh. Will return because of John's service but won't be ordering the family meal again.

Waited at the register with no one in line for 6 min for someone to take the order. Then waited 18 min for an utter disappointment of 2 entrees. There was little meat and veg on the rice and next to no sauce. $40 for 2 entrees and 2 shareable menu items. Save your money and go somewhere else. Ordered chicken Pad Thai and Honey-Seared chicken. They both were inedible due to overwhelming taste of burned oil. Not surprising after watching the cooks skip cleaning the woks in between orders. Food took 20min - The staff looked incapable of handling orders with the restaurant almost totally empty. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this establishment. Spend your money somewhere where the employees actually care about the finished product. Wasted my money and now I have nothing to eat for dinner. I’d rather throw my money out the car window than return to that Pei Wei. I want my money back.

Ordered online. My food was to take 12 mins. It as to be ready at 6:05. It is now 6:35 and I am being told another 15-20 minutes. Absolutely horrible. Change your site to how long it is really going to be.

Good food and easy to order on their website for pickup. Customer service is a little lacking with the feeling that they're doing you a favor by being there but it depends on the day and who is on the clock. Restaurant is right on two major cross streets so getting in and out is pretty quick.

Disappointed to hear that post covid they don’t serve any sushi rolls anymore ..but we went on a surprisingly slow Friday night so it was nice there was no wait , and our pick of tables . Kung Pão chicken on fried rice is very tasty - you can ask them to make it spicy .. my wife got the honey seared chicken which also excellent ..I like to drown my chicken in the sauce so I asked for extra honey sauce on the side. One negative thing was the crab wontons were very fishy tasting, like the meat had been left out too long before using .. but overall high quality food there most of the time.

My 1st time trying this location and the service was excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff. Food presentation was great as it came out quick and fresh! Will definitely be back to try more of their menu.
