Yoli (team member) and Ana (shift manager) where horrible! I pulled to the window about 7 to 10 minutes before 10. They were busy. 4 cars ahead of me and 3 behind me. They had the worse attitude of the night. They did not want to make anything for paying customers. I mean I could have taken my buisness elsewhere but we wanted panda! So I'm asking for orange chicken and its something that is popular. And they argue that they cant make it. Now I have worked there before and you can make 1/2 the portions. Do why argue that they dont want to I'm not sure. Eventually after arguing they agreed to make the food. Then Ana comes to the window and explains the dont do food because they are about to close I'm sorry if you are open you should be able to serve the customer and give him what he would like to pay. I just dont get it. I wanted to pay to get what I wanted. The only thing fresh and good was the fresh orange chicken. The beigin beef was HARD and CRUNCHY. That's not the way it should be. How can they give that to customers. All the green beans were soggy when they need to be firm. The noodles dry. How can a store manager allows this type of customer service and food quality. They need to be trained and understand that the customers keep the store going and jobs for all of them! I called the distric manager from the window and left a message I hope I get a call back!

Quick dinner decision, Panda Express! Food was great and the person at the window had a great friendly attitude. Corner of W Van Buren & S Avondale Blvd.

Got some panda from this location and promise I will never return. They use to serve you really well and now they give you Gerber sized meals. $1.50 for the Angus and all you get is like 2 grams. What a joke. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Food is usually hot and good, however today food was dripping with oil. Orange chicken had sooo much oil. Bottom of my plate was a pool of oil. I'm not trying to get an artery clog. Not sure if I want to get food there again.

Drive through girl with the pound of make up on was either in a hurry to go home, or whoever is in charge is making employees take a very small amount of time with each order in the drive thru. I get it i’ve done fast food before, but i was interrupted several times while trying to order and she wouldnt let me finish and i had to complete the rest of my order at the window. Additionally, the portions have become smaller and smaller. $28 for TWO plates and two drinks. Nothing else. Just ridiculous. The chicken was full of ligaments. EW! Panda used to be generous but not anymore.

I just ordered a steamed veggie bowl and orange chicken. I never order orange chicken but I decided to treat myself today. I had to wait for steamed veggies which was okay, I don’t mine. But then they come give me my bowl and it’s not orange chicken. It’s orange chicken scraps 🙃 … all the pieces that fall to the bottom that’re just flour and breading… y’all did me wrong….

They Failed again... The last time I ate at Panda Express was about five years ago. Five years ago the food was horrible.. Five years later it's still horrible.! Teriyaki chicken had rubbery fat on almost every bite, Orange chicken didn't even have chicken in almost all of it, mostly bread. Fried rice was dry and had a weird taste. Took my food to go and got home to a very disappointed dinner. Took about four bites from each portion until I could not stomach it any longer! Service was OK but you can tell they act like their pay is a commission base pay with the amount of food they don't give you... Last Time Ever! Not a fan of this fast food joint.

This location has a drive thru which is convenient. The service was fast. The food was just okay. The walnuts in the walnut shrimp where so hard they where hard to bit through. The chow mein tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. The veggie rolls where good.

The food was nice and hot and this store is more generous with their portions than others I've gone to. The only complaint was that the fiery chicken did have a little bit of a burnt taste but the orange chicken was fine. This was my first time buying from here and getting the family feast. I think I will eat here for sure when my kids crave Panda again.

I can’t believe that you guys can’t make a perfect one bowl order! No napkins, forks, sauces etc… very sad that u guys can’t a simple order right I guess I have to use my fingers to eat now!

I was amazed on how clean & friendly & fresh the food was. I never go in them but I my boyfriend wanted togo there for lunch. Was very happy. Keep up the great work team.The Buckeye location sucks though.

This location is by far the best Panda in town! Believe me, I've been to all of them! The staff is always super friendly, and they all work so hard to make every person who walks through the door feel appreciated for coming in. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh, and if it's not, they have no problem cooking up more to satisfy the customer. ;)

I feel bad leaving Panda Express a bad review, since I'm a fan of the the company and their food, overall... but not of this particular location. To top it off, if you arrive at 9:30PM, they're already closed... even though they're supposed to close at 10PM. You can go through their drive-thru, but you'll have very few options... today they had 3 options available, and no sides expect for white rice. I chose something that I would normally not order and was very disappointed with the portion size and the quality of the food... the rice had been there so long that the grains were hard and they must've given me what they could scrape off the pan, as my entré option. I paid full price for a subpar experience... and, this is not the first time this happens here... but, it will surely be the last. I have no complaints about the staff, but management clearly needs an overhaul.

This location is just okay. Small servings compared to other Panda locations I’ve been to. I also had the same experience another reviewer had with the chow mein. It was almost all veggies with minimal noodles.

Use to love going here but if you go within like 2 hours of closing then they will only have like 2% of the menu available. In places that aren’t busy I get not making stuff when it gets near closing but I’ve never known Panda Express to be empty enough to just stop making food super early.

I always swing through here when they are about to close so they have limited menu but every single time I've been through there the options they have available have been fantastic

I don't like much of the food here, but that's my own personal preference because I'm very picky. The place is very nicely decorated and they have an outside eating area, the staff is Fast & friendly with service, the only gripe I have about this place is the drive-thru is kind of complicated and can be hard to get out of if it's packed.

Terrible service. Went through the drive thru and ordered the bigger plate menu option. My container looked to be missing a large portion of my order. The pic is what I saw once getting home.

I ordered ahead and was soooo happy with the order because it was ready, correct, and still hot, despite me being 15 minutes late because of traffic.
