    Not only do they take about 20 mins to give you your food, apparently they forget to put everything in the bag. I have 4 kids, so it's really tough to juggle and check everything. You would assume that the employees would check before giving you your order. Spending $26.00 isn't cheap. Then the food you actually get is not even cooked all the way. Meat was still red. The bread was really burnt on the inside. This was by far one of the worst experiences ever ay mcdonald's. And they really want $15.00 an hour. Please learn to make food properly first.

    D O N T C O M E H E R E !!!! I’m so disappointed in this location. I did a mobile order 10 minutes before I got to the store,. When I got there, I told them I was picking up a mobile order, which the person that was short said it didn’t make it through which was a lie. They weren't PAYIN ATTENTION! This was the worst mcd I’ve been to so far and just by looking at the pictures . This was disappointing. When you walk in, it’s filthy! The floor and tables are so dirty that’s it looks like it’s been abandoned through the whole day . The fountain area had a couple of hairs on the counter near it. Food under tables. I didn’t even want to sit . THE WORST PART. When I got my order, the fries was HALF filled! I was thinking that there was some in the bag, but there wasn’t! If I’m paying for a medium fry it should be a MEDIUM fry not a small fry that’s in a medium fry container. I hope someone gets in touch with me because this is just atrocious! 8/1/22 around 9:30.

    Health inspector has been called and hopefully this place will be out of business soon. Service is trash and employees are even worse, could've ended up in the hospital if I didn't check my burger first.

    I waited in line for 30 minuets by staff and I finally asked if they were taking orders only to find out that they were not, when I asked why they said they were behind and I said so after you're caught then will you and and I was told yes. I then asked how long and they didn't know. How unprofessional can you be to not tell customers your taking orders and just ignore them with the manager in the store being just as ignorant 😳😳😳! They just need to close that location and put something else in its place!

    Ordered online.waited 10 minutes and manager told me she had not received my order .. Horrible customer service Manager has a bad attitude if you're not one of her favorites.. Not worth paying 12.00 for cold food..

    Always great when you're in a hurry or if I just want to pick up some fries for my rabbit. McDonald's are his favorite!

    These people are slow customer skills are not good manager and front cashier don't seem to care about the customer it's not fast food

    Came in ordered my food asked for no cheese girl read my order back with no cheese. When I recieved my meal it had cheese. Thats not what bothered me, it was when she had the aditude with me for her mistake dropped the food on the table never apologized just a dirty look.

    This is by far the worst Mcdonalds in the country...came here to pick my kids up a quick meal...and once again I'm in line for almost ten minutes before I even ordered...I'm literally next in line...watching ppl order from the kiosk and getting served...I make the manager aware she says well it's only two ppl that ordered from the kiosk...didn't change the fact I was in line ten minutes bettor they order...and if u continue to clear them this line is jus growing...as I go on to watch her clear the store...she tells me she's training the staff she didn't want to overwhelm them...I say ok...very understanding...had no issue at this point...young kids training...go for it...get my kids meals...ask for a cup holder...she tells me they have no more...purely out of spite...I clearly saw cup holders...I left the store without becoming another news story...and sat in my car and sent this review...I shouldn't even be feeding my kids this...and definitely not after experiencing bad service...but tonight they wanted it...if I'm ever thinking about this option again it will never be here again...I have no ill will...jus very disappointed in something I had no high expectations for in the first place...

    I waited 10 minutes to order on 7/23 at about 1:30 in the afternoon. Not a single employee acknowledged me at the counter 😒. I guess this store is not in the business of selling hamburgers and French fries 🤯

    After 30 min I am still waiting for an order of large fries. Staff is busy not paying attention just talking. Line getting backed up. Only getting like 3 orders out is sad for a fast food restaurant.

    Waited in line for 5 minutes behind customers, then another 5 when the worker ignored us to answer a phone call until the line grew long. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal, got not sauce no pickels. Soda machine was broken and only told after we had bought the meal and received it. Floor is filthy. Tripping hazards everywhere. I get this is just McDonald's, but this is seriously the worst customer service and cleanliness of any establishment I've been to .

    did ordered online. got there & they gave my order away. then they said i must of never made it. which i clearly did. anyways when i tried to order my breakfast they said they were out so. i wouldn’t be this upset if they could of just been honest and said they gave my order away bc i took long to pick it up LOL

    Went in for a couple shakes. After a ten minute wait I ordered and paid. Another five minutes, having been told, "Just hold up," I found out the machine was broken. Manager didn't know how to refund my card, but didn't have enough cash in the drawer. Another 10 minute wait... About what you'd expect from McDonald's.
