I've
been
going
to
Sol
CrossFit
for
just
over
a
year
now.
I
originally
intended
to
go
in
just
once
or
twice
per
week
to
supplement
my
other
exercise
activities,
but
I
quickly
found
myself
going
more
and
more
often
and
putting
the
supplemental
exercise
on
the
back
burner.
Fast
forward
to
a
year
later,
and
my
wife
has
joined
the
gym,
we
both
go
several
days
per
week,
and
we've
both
made
tremendous
strides
in
our
fitness
and
wellness.
CrossFit,
in
general,
in
my
opinion,
has
a
lot
of
benefits
from
coaching
to
group
exercise,
but
Sol
is
special.
The
coaches
make
you
feel
supported
and
are
excellent
teachers
when
it
comes
to
proper
form
on
all
of
the
exercises;
the
other
CrossFitters
are
welcoming
from
moment
you
first
walk
in,
and
many
have
become
friends
that
my
wife
and
I
will
join
for
dinner
or
coffee;
and
the
atmosphere
is
ALL
positive!
The
environment
is
one
of
a
community
with
a
shared
goal
of
getting
a
good
workout
in
and
going
on
with
their
day
to
work,
be
with
family
and
friends,
etc.
I'm
so
grateful
I
found
this
gym,
and
I
highly
recommend
them
to
anyone
looking
to
begin
or
improve
in
their
fitness
journey,
make
friends
and
be
part
of
a
community,
or
just
to
spend
a
really
good
hour
of
their
time!
