Worst quality of food. Idly at its worst.... There is no zero or negative star.... Otherwise less than zero Wash basin... No water. Provided muddy water (tea colour) in bucket. Horrible... If you want to have good food... Pl avoid this place.

Near to Iyyappanthangal bus depot. Very near and clean. Very tasty. Hygiene. Cost competitive.

For the amount which we pay for food and place, we request you guys to maintain the quality of the place. Hand washing place is unhygienic. Restrooms is the worst. We order ghee dosa and parotta with side dishes.price was above the average. Request to get water bottles as the water which is served is not that much of quality.

We have placed the outdoor catering order in akshaya bhavan for house warming function. Really very much disappointed the worst foods. Idly was very hard and sour. Poori is very hard and not able to eat. It's look like a rubber. Attached the photos. Chutneys also not to good. Please don't order any outside catering foods. They are money mind only.

TERRIBLE SERVICE , POOR Hygiene. STANDARDS.The service is very very slow . Ordered watermelon and basil Juice after lunch which took 30 mins to reach the table . Please check the hygiene status with which you deliver food . The cap of the mason jar in which the juice was served was full of fungi and dirt .Mushroom fried rice was so oily . They can train their staffs better .It is not right for a hungry customer to beg for drinking water ten times before someone gives us what we need . Such a shame to a brand like Akshaya .

Very poor Service. Moderate quality. But too much expensive for the quality. More than this very poor Service. It took 1 hour to get Masal Dosa. This is not first time, all my three visits are with same experience. Two couples are waited and left hotel hotel frustrated. They are not offered even water and pathetic event was servers & management not bothered about it, no effort to understand the customer feelings.

The food is good, but it still can be improved. The new AC hall is good, ambience is good. The staff needs more training and quick to respond. They even don’t serve water. We had to ask for spoons for the soup. The parking lot is okay. The food cost is in acceptable range.

Location wise - yes its in main road. Very crowded and parking is also bit problem. Coming to the food service - I would give 1/5 - you would have to wait min of 15 mins for the waiter to take your order. And another 15 - 20mins for severing. Ordered 2 South Indian meals, hot and sour soup, sambhar rice, pudhina paratha and kadai veg. South indian meals - Was good in taste Pudhina paratha - average Can improve the service time for the customers - it's like you have to wait in hunger for then to take order and serve.

Food was good. We spent time with our family. Everyday a special menu is available other than the regular menu. I especially had a vegetable platter ( panner, capsicum, onion, tomato, cauliflower, mushroom ) which was a bit costly 350/- Service was not upto the mark.

We were wondering, they have a good food taste, then why chairs are empty. Later we realised it's because of thier hospitality.. ignorant workers. Table cleaner 1 lady behaved well. Hi Google users, On 29-Jul-2023 Saturday I had lunch at Akshaya Bhavan. I had the South Indian Meals and I must say that all items in the Thali were excellent. The Puli Sadam, Vegetable Kurma, Poriyal were too good. It was an unlimited meal and the service was great. It's definitely worth the price. A must visit place for lunch if you are in and around Poonamalle Road!!!

The function hall is bigger as we expected and the decoration team did a good job and made our day special with nice decorations as we asked. Food was good , but one suggestion for 400 rupees veg fried rice or veg biriyani with cauliflower can also be added.

Had enough parking space, bt food was pathetic, ordered mushroom pulao, chapati and tandoori mushroom n pineapple and pomogranate juice. Pulao was too oily and more like xfried rice types, tandoori wasnt cooked well got raw masala smell and veggies werent cooked fully. When informed them during billing ppl wer showing hands towards each other bt no proper response, chapati was also nt great kurma was vry bland:(

Sambar rice with appalam was top notch and the nearby desert shop owned by akshaya the basil Here Mac n cheese was good

First of all organisation, everyone here, organise and make sure that none of the dishes are missed even on a busy peak time. Taste and quality are extraordinary - quantity of the food is a sufficient for a person with extraordinary service. The kids play area is well-kept. They have the wide range of the dishes including chats and millet varieties. Good luck team!

The time spent at the banquet was excellent. The food ordered was also excellent. Would recommend this place for your parties. They decorated the backdrop very nicely, though we used artificial flowers but it looked real because they used new artificial flowers.. Nice place. Ovia, the manager was really polite and helpful.

We had a really good evening. The hall was decorated beautifully by Oviya & team. The hall was very spacious and apt for a medium party crowd. The services were also appreciable. Overall a happy experience!!!

This restaurant is located at Iyappathangal, for years this was the only pure veg restaurant in and around Iyappathangal or else we have to go to poonamalle or porur. Every visit I wish they would have developed the service and quality of the food and dining but till date they haven't. This restaurant has a parking space of 10-12 within the entrance area or else they got a. Separate ground behind the restaurant. Very unclean table and utensils. Manages are irresponsible,food tastes very average and very bad service and hospitality. Need to look into a good chief for taste and good team for proper dining. Please don't over order food and waste it, because what you have ordered that would be too a waste.

Food wise it is good. But to get a seat on a Saturday in the AC hall is hell of a task. It took around 30 minutes to get a table. Even after getting that it took 45 minutes to get the order. They have only 1 person taking the order for about 15 tables. Even after seeing the rush they are not changing their way which is affecting most of the customers not to come again.

Enjoyed the Executive Breakfast menu on a relaxed Sunday morning at Akshaya Bhavan. They have a decent seating arrangement and as such a good number of items in their menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Must have is their in-house filter coffee, that just refresh's you with its first sip.

Good place for quick and tasty breakfast. Though time for serving idlis is very limited. Many a times post 8:30 it's difficult to get idlis for breakfast 😉. Coffee is also good to try.

It is a good restaurant to go for breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. It offers a variety of cusines and has spacious car parking. The service is good and so is the food quality. They have both AC and non-AC dining rooms. You can make your choice.

I should have given 5 star but their response time is very late. When you order something they will deliver very late only, even if you need sambar you need to wait. They need to change this attitude to stay and compete with other hotels. All other stuff like air conditioning, food, etc. are good. More over the price is very affordable. I am going again soon or later....
