Nice hotel, breakfast is good and price is reasonable. But, value on customer was limited. When we stayed here, there was a party in the dinning, guest are not allowed to order food and drink at that time. It shouldn't be. Room is no sound proof.

Stayed for 4 nights in early November. Lovely hotel. There some work still getting done. Room was lovely. Bathroom was excellent an large. Breakfast was ok. Needs more continental choices adding to breakfast. Only 1 thing let it down every time we came in reception area there was a very fishy smell. Luckily it was only there an no where else. Over all very pleasant an lively hotel.

Look like 4 Stars Hotel. Service also good. But can't pay with card. 😫

Location is good. The most I like is the breakfast served by hotel which is a variety of food to choose. If you want to see the scenic view, the rooms on higher floor ( five and above) and right side of the building are better.

For those who have never been to Pathein, let me point out a place where you can relax after a tiring day.

Swen Hotel. This hotel have two lifts,so suitable for children and wheelchair user. Bedroom and accessories and Bathrooms are clean and comfortable! Moreover Food and drinks are so delicious.

Swen hotel is one of the great hotels in Pathein with spacious rooms offering great scenic views both east and west of the city, overseeing city life and horizon. Staff are friendly and attentive. Restaurant offers delicious yet affordable meals. Breakfast is also healthy and wholesome, providing a variety of foods. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Overall experience is great and pleasant. Hotel is located just beside the main road and parking lot is also spacious.

Nice room, excellent Monhinkha breakfast, dutiful staff. Only 10 selected channels for TV, no news line. Very fast laundry service with cheap price. But not use Government tax stamps for room charges receipt.

I would like to recommend this place when you are thinking about a standard staying in Pathein. It is the most foriengners business man to choose. You can also single bedroom for budget if you don't wanna choose twin room or double bedroom if you are alone. The breakfast is buffet and price is resonable and clean.

Poor service and customer care. Do not recommend.

Value for money (~$35 / night), large beds, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast in the morning was normal, the usual mix of Myanmar and Western hot foods. My colleague complained of air-conditioning fluctuations in temperature but I didn't experience it, but out of caution will dock a point there. Good location right on the main road.
