Beautiful hotel , outstanding service with everything you looking for to have a unforgettable vacation and great time with family and friends! The restaurant have a Stunning view overlooking the beach and amazing ambiance . The service was wonderful , staff are friendly , attentive , and they speak English very good . Everything we had was delicious and tasty , the salmon teriyaki with sesame crust was outstanding and definitely a must try if you visit Asterias beach hotels . Highly recommended hotel in Cyprus for family vacation .

The hotel I recently stayed at turned out to be a complete disappointment. One of the main problems was the arrogant and unprofessional staff at the reception. Every time I approached them with a question or request, they responded to me with obvious arrogance and hostility. Their tone and manner of speaking were so unpleasant that I felt uncomfortable and awkward. Overall, my experience at this hotel was terrible. I believe that the arrogant and unprofessional attitude of the staff towards guests is unacceptable and does not meet the standards of hospitality service. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope that my words will be heard by the management so that they take action and improve their service.

After a week Asterias Beach Hotel and my third time in Cyprus but the first time this hotel. Never again! + nice beach + well-equipped gym - Gym doesn't open until 9 am / breakfast, but you can only eat until 10:00 am... guess what? - Speaking of which, without exaggerating, the food is really, really not good. 4/5 times the rice was either too little done or too much. The chicken was bone dry and the several males. I don't know who they hired as a chef, but I'd try someone else. - in the room there are two single beds placed next to each other with wheels on the bottom, so you can imagine how much fun it is to sleep in it with your wife.. - Despite the all inclusive you don't get a fresh bottle of water in the room you have to buy water at the kiosk - Men are not allowed to wear sleeveless shirts while eating, nobody says anything about women (tank tops). -The hotel is about 40 minutes walk from the city center, but I recommend renting a quad in Cyprus anyway Conclusion: Nissi Beach Resort 5 times better Don't make the mistake and book here!

I enjoyed the Asterias Beach Hotel. The rooms were clean and the spa service was amazing! The beach area isn’t attached to the resort, so you have to pay for beach chairs if you want to enjoy the sand and surf. The food was good, not great.

I’m just back from a week at the Asterias Beach Hotel. I absolutely loved my holiday. The room was newly refurbished, the food was so tasty and varied, the cocktails were great and the staff, despite being near the end of the season, were so welcoming. Special mention to Andonis for his cheerfulness every morning in the restaurant and a huge thank you to Adel and Kevin on the entertainment team. Adel your energy and friendliness is awesome and Kevin your humour and chilled nature was just what I needed!

I will not say "Goodbye, I will say "See you soon", because I was impressed by your hotel - cleanliness, isolation and nice equipped rooms, food variety in your restaurants and facilities like Fitness, pool, bars. Big respect that everyone follows the Covid measures - adherence to the rules of hygiene in this difficult period. Amazing hotel! The best location. Very friendly stuff. Nice and tasty food. The cuisine is different every day. The COVID-19 safty measures are strictly observe. 100% recommended.

It is a joke that this hotel is 4 star hotel. Average rooms , small bathroom, dirty toilets. Inside the hotel is no even one bar open during the day where you can seat and have a proper drink. Bars are outside, open until 6pm! Without any seat by the bar, all drinks are serve in plastick cups. Bar staff is arrogant and disrespect for the guests, they barley speak English language. They gossips and laughing about the quest, cheating with alcohol, instead original ( we pay extra for it) they putting local disgusting alcohol, you need to observe them what they pouring into the glass ! Disgraceful behavior and approach from main restaurant manager, half bold in middle age, harassment when you forgot mask, rabble and unacceptable behaviour. Another manager with the glasses also unhelpful. Level of their conversation is ...sorry but compromising. No maners, no tact, behaviour like small children, upset that they need to work. Only 2 person were nice, 1 lady in the reception ( around 48 years) ans 1 gentleman from Sea food restaurant. The rest of staff treating you like a s****. It is very sad when you paying £4000 for 7 days and your experience are so disappointing. Bad food, without taste, almost every day the same, a lot of fast food, no local food or sea food at all. Awful desserts. Range of fruits is was a joke. Snack bar is another joke, just small menu with fast food. Shame for 4 stars hotel. Nothing to do into the hotel, boring entertainment for children. Evenings entertainment also, for old people at least. Average pools. There is no hotel transfer, just general coach which picking people from all hotels around. Just location is good, by the fantastic beach. Never again Asterias Beach .

We had bedbugs in our room. There was no reaction from the management of the hotel. The receptionist moved us to another room but there was a bit of a fuss from their side. I also asked to wash all my clothes as I didn't wanted to bring bedbugs with me home and they were very hesitant to do that. After longer conversation they finally agreed but that's not how you supposed to deal with guests in situation like this. Overall location is great next to the most amazing beach but they need to work on their customer service skills.

I love this place, but last night I surely had bad luck with staff!!!! I ordered a pint on the roof top bar and after waiting 20‘ minutes I remembered the curly read head waitress and she said its coming. After another 20‘ (!!!!) I became so upset I didnt even wanted my beer anymore but went to the bar to get it myself. Guess what, 2‘ and I had my pint!! When she came for the check I said can I tell you something; you let me wait 40‘ for my beer (!)I know that because I was that long on the phone. She said, yes, but I took the order and he is busy making cocktails. But he was not that busy making cocktails coz he even had time to bring me the bill straight away. I was distracted on the phone otherwise I would have never accepted this. This girl clearly needs some teaching! I gave it up to make her understand but being even now in the morning frustrated about this.

The receptionists were helpful and friendly. Great stuff, room was clean and spacious ! Good show program in the evenings . 2 mins walk to beautiful sandy beach with light blue sea.

Beautiful hotel, decorated and furnished to high standard. We came to join our sister who was getting married, within the hotel which we couldn't recommend more (amazing wedding team).

Didn't stay in the hotel but my nephew had his wedding there which was superb. A great day and well organised. We ate in one evening, it was a buffet and the food was lovely. What we saw of the hotel it was very clean & tidy & people we know who stayed there thoroughly enjoyed it.

The hotel has a good location directly on the sea. The rooms are ok and so is the food. The hotel also offers a lot of entertainment to the guests. On the whole, you can relax well there.

Asterias is a relatively large, clean hotel with a very beautiful pool and beach. I liked the layout of the property and I could see myself coming to use beach facilities again and again

Absolutely amazing place. Location could not be better - beach is literally few steps away, there are few shops and pubs just down the street, and main town centre is 10min with taxi. Staff was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much, entertainment team was amazing. Food was fresh, well prepared with plenty of choices.

Was here for a wedding. Beautiful resort- wish I had stayed here a few nights. The service on the wedding was exceptional.

The staff on reception were polite and friendly. The cleaner was very professional and meticulous in her job. There was ample choice of food, but a could have been served hotter.

Stayed at the Asterias for 10 days in later September. Everything about this place makes it one of the best I have stayed in. The staff, the food and the facilities where all great ! The staff in the restaurant always seemed to remember us and know exactly what we here going to order to drink and was never to much hassle to set the seat up for the 30 of us staying there ! Would 100% recommended and will definitely return one day.

We were here at 2023.08.16-25. -The meal is delicious and to much. - The animation staff are very nice and creative. - The reception staff are nice and helpful. - Rooms are cleaned every day. - You get special free towels for the beach!!!! (you do not need to bring it) - Internet is fast and stabil, evry time. - The beach is clear, warm, and only 20m from the hotel. - In the beach, there are no huge waves. - In the seeside the sand is clean and light yellow. - If you want to go to the town or the mistic caves... you can choose buses. Ticets are cheap!!! (ex. adult for one week 20Eur - without limit, children 4 trip only 3Eur) - There is a free luggage storage. - In the hotel they also organize weddings. It is very fabelous, and do not distrubing the hotel guests!!! Of coure there are some negativ thing too, but those are not an irritating things.

Very nice and modern hotel right at the most beautiful beach. We only had breakfast because we like eating out at lunch and dinner. There’s vegan cheese at the breakfast but no vegan butter or vegan milk. We bought that at the supermarket and kept it in our mini fridge. The room is missing a water kettle and maybe a hairdryer, other than that it’s a very nice room with a comfy bed and the most amazing view.

Great location and facilities, very clean pools and so close to the beach. Be careful of the baby pool, the tiles are broken and 3 of us cut our feet. Told them several times but they didnt do anything. Dangerous for children but lots of pools to choose from. Got my girl some pool shoes because her foot was bad. The hotel is clean and the staff in the restaurant are amazing. Maria the waitress was just an amazing person. Most of the pool bar staff look misserable but they make great drinks. Food is excellent for an all inclusive and the wedding was magical with professional organised staff. We had premier bands, i.would of been gutted if we didnt have it. Really good place to go and the nightime shows are fun

This is a fabulous hotel. We married 3 years ago at the Dome Beach Hotel next door and it's not a patch on the Asterias Beach Hotel. Staff, food and amenities are excellent and we will definitely be returning time and time again.

Most of the staff were rude! The hotel management needs to offer its stuff training on how to treat customers. The room was basic and a bit old. My parent's room though was modern and lovely (for the same price) so make sure you ask for a renovated room. The breakfast had a huge variety, the swimming pools and lounges were great!

We had absolutely gorgeous week in this paradise. Hotel is right on the beach (with beautiful clean water) with full service. The variety and quality of food & cakes was on the top level (another day another cuisine). I also appreciate cleanliness, equipment & services at the Hotel. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed lunch pool exercise/dance which was super funny! Wish we come back here in the future. Thank you for great stay :)

We had an excellent stay and holiday, the rooms were lovely very clean and well kept. Great access to the beach and pools. The staff are friendly and we give a special mention to Andois who was so professional, friendly and helpful. The entertainment team are great around the pool with aqua aerobics etc and although we didn't see a lot of it evening entertainment. My partner's sons wedding was lovely with everyone very attentive and making their day special. Thank you Asterias Beach and well done

I spent some time of the vacation in different hotel and have something to compare. At the rest you spend time resting and eating. Resting part is perfect here in Asterias: very nice beach with white sand, clean water like you're in Maldives. Your room is cleaned perfectly with a very polite cleaning service speaking all language you can imagine. While eating time is really terrible: extremely unfriendly restaurant and bar management makes you suffer 3 times per day and even between - you feel yourself like you're asking for a favour and very unwelcomed each time. Demonstratively non-understanding of the language, strictly following of the non-logic rules makes your eat&drink part in this hotel the most unwanted time you want to spend in vacation. I advise you to look for a different place or eat&drink in a different place.

We had a very nice stay here in the Asturias Beach Hotel. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Very clean resort! Food also very delicious with a large selection. The only negative point is the high rent for the beach umbrellas. I expected free umbrellas for the All Inklusive package.

Just stayed for 2 nights at the hotel with my disabled father. The good thing about this hotel is the location, the cleanliness, the rooms and the outdoor terrace. Also excellent indoor pool. However the management is obviously not really hands on with the staff. I realise it's hard to get good staff, however it costs nothing for staff to be helpful and to smile. They are not really bothered to help. I was pushing a wheelchair and the staff couldn't be bothered to open a door for me while standing right next to it. The food, especially dinner buffet was hideous. Obviously trying to cut costs. Cheap pangasius fish, awful bland pasta, frozen chips, even the deserts were awful. And this was 25 euros per person. The supposed evening entertainment was awful. If you can't find a good singer just find someone to play the piano. Keep it simple. P. S. Display cabinets with tacky porcelain statues is a 70s thing. They add nothing to the ambiance of a beach hotel.

Excellent venue, right on the beach, some of the staff were very attentive, however some were a bit grumpy. Fish restaurant was awesome. Rooms were very clean and freshly decorated. Two big pools, however you will need to get up early to bag the right sunbeds, what is it with the race to the beds?!! Great rooftop cocktail bar, but even better beach bar serving super cocktails and food.

Awesome family hotel decent food and drink and a really good location for the beach and a watersports next door we went to a wedding there and it was amazing 👏 😀 👌

Nice hotel building and surroundings, the beach is wonderful. Food in the hotel is excellent. :) The place for peaceful relaxation, with kind staff. The smallest family room however, a regular double room jammed with 2 additional guest beds and a baby cot... :( The hotel beach lacks a shower which is weird, only a foot shower available. Not really baby friendly as no baby bath tub was available and a bottle warmer is provided by daily charge.

Amazing !! Rooms clean, food was unbelievable and lots to choose from. Definitely highly recommend this hotel.
