It was a worst experience...we placed order for starter and lunch and after waiting for 2 hrs they said food is not prepared yet. We asked for starter becoz it was ordered first .But they said It will take more than 30 mins..and after waiting for 2 hrs how can we sit there for food and waiting for another 30 mins and more for starters only?So we left the place immediately. Pls don't visit this place if u r planning to visit #Changsresortandrestaurant.people in charge are hopeless and they don't have manners.

Worst experience ever , we went to have lunch in this resort last week we ordered crispy corn in starter which was ok ok and also wanted to order some shakes but they only had the ready-made cold drinks so we took one slice bottle ,in main course we ordered naan, mix veg , veg fried rice and manchurian , shahi paneer the whole food was tasteless , shahi paneer was the worst we returned it and mix veg vegetables was also raw . We talked with the staff but he replied rudely , in unprofessional way , never go to this place if u want to have good food and mood i had a very bad experience .

The service is the worst. They told food will be served in half an hour but we were made to wait for more than an hour for lunch but it was not served. So we had to leave without eating. The restaurant manager doesn’t have any time to even reply to your queries. The waiters don’t have any time to take orders. Total mismanagement. I think it was one of the worst experiences. Not recommended at all.

The level of cleanliness and the sheer beauty of the surroundings were truly exceptional. The attention to detail in maintaining a clean environment was evident throughout the resort, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The natural beauty that surrounded the resort added to its charm, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere that was truly rejuvenating. It was a wonderful experience that I won't soon forget.

Good Ambience, Amazing Winds, Beautiful Place but the Staff is not cooperative and does not listen to their customers, Food is okay but not so good, other resorts are far better than this Resort, My experience was not good with this resort.

Food is tasty, but lack of professionalism in staff. No card payment accepted. Over the phone they told some rates for room booking. After visiting they increase the price.

Place was great. But inspite of just a few people, they took hours to serve the food. Taste was good though!

Beautiful resort with affordable food. The traditional chang ghor type rooms looked attractive and a huge ground for kids to play around. The restaurant deck was very nice to sit with the cool breeze blowing.

Place is nice but food is not special .... I ordered pork gravy but ..... Its not very much testy ... And also jeera rice was one of the most weird thing in this place so guys orderd with your choices

Mee and my partner visit today about Christmas and year ending So we decide that we have to go and spend some memorable time But the thing is that their staff service is too bad.. if u want to go there I suggest you guys please don’t go

Food was good. However because of the large number of visitors, service was delayed. We had to wait for more than 2 hours to get our food. It might be one off day considering it being a Sunday and that too during the summer holidays.

We went for lunch with family. The food was great. Resort is in midst of nature far from hustle bustle of city. It's has small kids park. The resort is beautifully maintained. Would love to go again

We ordered chicken fried rice, pork fried rice, mix fried rice, chicken curry, pork dry fry and chicken dry fry. Both pork and chicken dry fry was amazing, very tasty. Fried rice were good. If you go there then do try pork and chicken dry fry. Also loved the servicing. Nice place!

Review in a word will be 'Pathetic'. I went to chang's resort with my family on sunday, there they were having special sunday buffet offer that was 450/- per person. The food was disgusting, chicken lollypop served was stale, it was smelling bad. In main course menu was very badly planned, each and every person there were not liking the food as it was not appropriate. Will never suggest anyone to go there..

Very bad I would say worst food taste 😕 Please don't think about it.
