Vorerst war ich lediglich Werkstattkunde. Die Kosten und Reparaturen empfand ich stets als sehr transparent. Der Kostenvoranschlag wurde von KRENZ stets in Preis und Tag der Reparatur eingehalten. Das Ergebnis war immer super. Alles wirkt auf mich sehr durchgeplant (man muss dann aber auch mal ein paar Tage warten, bis man dran kommt). Weitere Kosten und Reparaturen werden stets via Anruf separat transparent offen gelegt und geplant. Aufgrund meines Vertrauens zu KRENZ habe ich schlussendlich selbst ein Auto dort gekauft. Dieses wurde absolut vorbildlich übergeben. Ich stellte nach kurzer Zeit einen Fehler fest, dieser wurde direkt kostenfrei behoben und mir wurde ein Ersatzauto für diese Zeit zur Verfügung gestellt.
